Great location in the center of Athens, sites and metro station is nearby, bars and restaurants as well so perfect to explore Athens. The room was good, spacious, with a small 'kitchen'. Staff was pleasant but not much interaction needed apart from the checking in/out. Breakfast was at another cafe down the street but it was very good with several options to choose a-la-carte, had a nice atmosphere with great staff.

There is no common area to relax, but since the room came with a balcony not much of a drawback. Please note it can be quite noisy outside. If you're a light sleeper you might be troubled, but for us it was no issue.

We arrived at the hotel on a fourth end already at the reception everything was friendly. The staff welcomed us with love. We received vouchers for breakfast at a nearby restaurant with a great special menu. Every day they changed our towels and cleaned the room, the air conditioner works from scratch. I asked for an iron for the clothes and they immediately gave us we asked for more towels and immediately gave them. The location of the hotel is close to everything and all around there are plenty of tavernas and pubs. In front of the hotel there is an excellent mini market with cheap prices. Recommend sleeping here. And they have a view from the roof

There was a bit of noise but we chose a high floor so we didn't feel the noise

Highly Recommended Stay in a Central Location We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed and spacious apartment. The room is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It includes a cozy living area with a kitchenette, fridge, and coffee machine, as well as a separate bedroom. The bathroom is large and modern, and there's a small balcony overlooking the street — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Monastiraki Square and very close to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Right across the street, there’s a small shop that sells coffee and pastries and is open almost all the time, which was super convenient. One of the highlights was the rooftop view — from there, you get a stunning panorama of the Acropolis, especially beautiful at sunset. Also worth mentioning is the warm and welcoming receptionist at the front desk, who provided excellent service and made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

While my overall experience was positive, I did encounter one inconvenience. Breakfast was only available starting at 8:30 AM at a nearby café, which was too late for me as I had to attend a conference that began at 8:00 AM. It would be helpful to offer an earlier breakfast option for guests with early morning commitments.

The hotel location is excellent, close to everything, plenty of restaurants within minutes, spacious, clean room, spacious bathroom. Breakfast included, in the cafe downstairs is excellent and delicious. Of course, if you are in the heart of the center, there is some noise from party people from the area but it is reasonable. Espresso coffee with capsules . On the roof of the building there is a great balcony to sit and watch the surrounding area. Two minutes from the train station, we arrived from the airport and took the train to it 9 euros per ticket, very convenient. The staff is kind and friendly. We took 5 units for the whole family with children from one and a half to 13 years old. A perfect experience at the hotel.

I loved the breakfast at Frogs--the extended hours were an especially nice feature--plus, I'm lactose intolerant, and they were happy to offer me numerous different milk options with my morning cappuccinos! The roof deck was amazing. The A/C in the rooms was nice, the kitchenette super convenient, and the bathroom very nice. The little balcony was perfect for putting on spray sunscreen before leaving the hotel. The location, in the city center just north of Monastiraki square, was PERFECT for traveling everywhere on foot--even the Archaeological Museum was a great walk through the spice & meat markets.

Honestly, I can't say much here. I got a little dizzy descending the delightful spiral staircase from the fourth floor down to the ground level, but I think that's more a symptom of my age than anything else! :) If I had wanted to, I could've taken the elevator, instead.

We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is in a central and convenient location, providing quick access to all the attractions in the area. The place is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The hotel staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always available to assist us – truly outstanding service from the heart. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. In conclusion, this hotel offers excellent value for money – no need to look any further. We will definitely return in the future!

The hotel has amazing staff that really makes an effort for you to enjoy. The room is well designed and comfortable, and the hotel is located in a very central place. However, we didn't hear a lot of noise from the street, even at midday. We were also able to check out later, which really helped us get ready for the late flight.

The only problem we had was with the local cafe that offered the included breakfast - we didn't get to actually taste it as the service was so slow we gave up after an hour. Having said that, we haven't discussed this at all with the staff at the hotel at the time so they really couldn't take care of it. The only other thing I cant think of is the small and somewhat slow elevator (but that didn't affect us as we stayed on the 1st floor).

very clean, good comfy bed , great water pressure, great location, decent wi fi, nice breakfast location. cozy balcony, tea coffee facilities were a nice touch.

the aircon didn't work, thus the room was cold' especially since the balcony door was not wind proof enough. no carpeting on the floor near the bed (can be easily solved by a pair of slippers if provided) . a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be useful. sound proof windows could be nice for front facing rooms .

The location was great, both the Acropolis and Syntagma were within walking distance. The lady at the reception called me right away after checking out to let me know that I had left my phone in the room, so I could go back and get it. This hotel is a very reliable and kind. We heard music from a nearby restaurant if we go out to the terrace but we enjoyed it because we thought it was typical of Greece. When we closed the window, it didn't bother our sleep. We also enjoyed the view of the illuminated Parthenon from the rooftop.

Amazing location, clean spacious rooms. We stayed with our 8 year old daughter on the sofa bed, she had her own space (and us ours!), much better than regular hotel. The room felt very clean and tidy and the breakfast location was a really nice cafe just across the road in the centre of Athens.

There's really not much not to like about this place! The only thing I didn't like was that you could hear the outside at night until around midnight, not great if you want to get an early night.
