The location. Close to ermu street and acropolis .the staff ,they were very friendly .the room was big and had everything we needed.

The noise. Near the hotel there are bars and restaurants. At night the noise from the bar is very loud and we could not sleep. For couples with no kids this should not be a big problem. But we had small kids and a baby.

We liked the variety of choice for breakfast. Booking a time slot and ordering the day before meant breakfast was served promptly. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Urban Nest is a haven in a busy central location. We had the room with a roof terrace which had fabulous views of the acropolis and across the city. Our room was clean and well serviced. We had a microwave, fridge, coffee pod machine and a kettle. Glasses and crockery was a bonus. There is a lovely bakery across the street and plenty of places to have coffee, or a cocktail and we found some excellent well priced restaurants.

The location was brilliant, with a stroller a baby and a child accessing local restaurants and mini markets was brilliant literally 2 mins away from everything! The room and bathroom were clean, fresh and very comfortable which was wonderful. The breakfast was great and they provided anything we wanted, it was plentiful, delicious and served hot to you. The breakfast staff were wonderful and helpful, always greeted us with a smile and provided a breakfast box for us on our departure because we checked out early which was so lovely 💜 Would definitely come back to Urban Nest again 🙏🏻

The only small suggestion I could make is the sizes of the towels...they are small and could do with an update. But having said that they were clean and plentiful.

The Acropolis suite is very comfortable, has a great bed, mini-fridge, is equipped with glasses, plates, tissues, bottle opener, microwave, coffee machine, 2 small bottles of complementary wines and some candies, ver modern bathroom... and most of all has a beautiful large furnished terrace with stunning views over the Acropolis and the city. The terrace is beautifully decorated with lots of plants and flowers, and is very private. Breakfast is very tasty, you have the option between different menus (Greek, English, american...). Also the breakfast room is very cosy and you can eat outside. The location is super good, all city highlights are in walking distance (eg acropolis within 10 min, ancient agora in 5 min...) as well easy connection to the airport by metro. The neighborhood is very lively with many bars and restaurants around, but in the room we didn't hear anything of this thanks to good sound isolation and sleeping in the top floor. supermarket and the local food market are just around the corner. Highly recommended and well deserved 10/10.

Lovely staff, very friendly. Good space for the hotel room and the entire apartment that had kitchen and lounge. Very clean with good amenities down to microwave, coffee machine, kettle and fridge. Good location and close to shopping and food precinct. Breakfast was also lovely and you can choose from the menu for the next day.. portions were substantial and food was fresh.

We were a group of 7 people and we booked 3 rooms. First of all at the reception, Eva greeted us with a smile and was super nice, she explained everything we needed to know about the hotel including ordering breakfast and anything else we asked her for later on in the stay, she made an effort to help. The rooms were very spacious, clean and the kitchen was also equipped to the level of the smallest details. The location is very central and very close to the Chabad house. There is no doubt that if we return to Athens we will stay there again.

Comfortable bed and pillows Right in the heart of the best street for night life and cafes, restaurants. Good breakfast each day.

The drains won’t take toilet paper in Athens so it’s important that the bin provided is taken out daily. I didn’t like the fact we got back from being out all day, the room made up but the bins not emptied! I had to ask for this to be done. Not good. Otherwise great. A lot of street noise, which is ok for us but understand if this would keep you awake.

Urban nest is a real hidden gem in the heart of the pedestrian and lively district prof Psiri. The rooms are large, airy, bright and very well equipped. The teams, from reception desk to the breakfast area are super friendly, always keen to assist you with any request. There is a wide choice of breakfast, from continental to Greek, freshly made for you. In top of everything, the value for money is really good. We are returning customers as we have enjoyed a lot our first stay there.

The hotel’s location is amazing, walking distance from many of the landmarks and close to restaurants and bars. The hotel seems either updated or brand new, it is modern and very stylish - also the room has a full kitchen so it gives more flexibility. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Overall the hotel is amazing and totally worth the stay, the only 2 things that could be improved are the shower (a bit more water pressure would be nice) and the pillows - nothing wrong with them but they only had thick pillows and we prefer thinner ones

Excellent location. Nicely appointed room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is included and is delicious. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately there is quite a bit or street noise. Of course while the street noise is not the responsibility of the property, we did expect a bit more soundproofing from the windows. This being said, the situation seems the same for most hotels in the area and the staff were very understanding and did compensate in other ways. If this is not an issue for you, then I would 100% recommend this property!
