Hotel very comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly ! I 've loved to stay at ADRIAN Hotel,and will come back next december at this very same place , will ask then for a room at the first floor as Im scared of heights because as this time I was on the third floor .. but it is true .....with a broad view on the Acropole while I was seating in room 307....... Very comfortable Hotel and ideally located in the very center of ancient ATHENS in Plaka at only 20 minutes walk from the Acropole for example...... I highly recommend this nice Hotel :)

The location was incredible. 2 minutes walking to literally everything! Acropolis and Agora sooo close and Hadrien’s Library steps away. A zillion restaurants and shops right outside! Room was nice and so clean. Bathrooms new with great water pressure. Plenty of towels and nice greek shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The roof terrace was awesome. very pretty, very comfortable with a GREAT view and PLENTY of choices at breakfast with eggs, including fresh squeezed orange juice.

One reception man was very disagreeable. he was rude and condescending and made you feel like he was doing you a favor instead of doing his job. I asked about internet since the hotel was not coming up in my settings. he told me it must be my device. Instead it was because we were the last room on the hall. the furthest away. so the internet in room 105 was pretty bad. Later we asked about a taxi. he arranged, but not pleasantly. the other reception person was much more pleasant.

The location was great, just a couple of Minutes walk from Monastiraki metro station , plenty of restaurants and cafes and shops to visit nearby, easily walkable to the Acropolis too . The breakfast was very nice Greek yogurt and honey, freshly squeezed orange juice, a choice of breads , cereals and pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, and bacon and fried or scrambled eggs too. The room was comfortable, a coffee machine, balcony, a good showerer with toiletries, bathrobe sand nice towels too.

Nothing . I wish I could have stayed longer

Very comfortable beds, rooms had everything we needed - mini fridge, kettle, coffee maker, towels and more. We had our trash taken out every day, we also got clean towels. Staff is really nice, hospitable and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, they had greek yoghrt, honey, jams, fresh fruits and salads, eggs, sausages, various kind of bread, teas and coffe. Hotel Adrian is located in Plaka district, very close to the Acdopol, Hadrian's library and other important monuments. Really recommend, if I'll ever visit Athens again, I will definitely stay here. :)

Our room was equipped with everything(hair drier,lockers,fridge,airconditioning, bath perfume, even the weight scale). It is located in one of the tourist's streets, but also quiet in the night so it was very comfortable to get to the most interesting places in the city. The breakfast in the rooftop floor with a view of the Phanteon and sunrise is something epic.

Network connection in the room was poor, so I had to stay close the the room exit to got it.

- The Metro & the train station to and from the airport is very close. Very central location, near all the main attractions of the city, the hustle and bustle, lots of shops and places to eat and drink. - All the stuff of the hotel is very polite and helpful! - Every day cleaning. - The room was comfortable enough. I loved the bathroom, it is not too big, but very functional, excellent water pressure in the shower, bath-robes and slippers.

- I would appreciate to have few music channels on TV, coffee machine at the breakfast and extending the hours of breakfast until 10:30. - Wi-Fi connection needs to be improved, as didn't work most of the time. - As for me, the pillows are too hard and uncomfortable.

The location couldn't be better, very close to one of the main squares (Monastiraki) where the metro from the airport stops, but far enough away for the hustle and bustle of the center not to be bothersome. A few meters away there is an endless choice of restaurants, shops and gift shops. From the hotel you can easily reach Plaka, Psyrri, all the archaeological sites that are worth visiting as well as the museums (the furthest away is the National Archaeological Museum). The service could not have been better, available to help with everything we asked, like the best way to get where we wanted to go, and always with great friendliness. Rooms are big, clean, tidy and have everything needed. We faced the inner courtyard so we didn't have any problems with noise, except from other guests who forget how to behave civilly in the corridors (it's not the hotel's responsibility to educate people). Breakfast is simple but what is available is good and for us more than enough (if you are expecting a wide variety of bread, fruit and other foods you should have gone to a 4 or 5 star hotel, don't demand a palace for the price of an apartment). You may have to wait for a table to have breakfast since the room is small, but if people don't stay for more than necessary to eat (there is a world of esplanades in the city, go there to talk and spend time) you will quickly sit down (no point in sulking or fussing, we are all on vacation, be decent and polite people and wait for your turn, the world does not revolve around you). It was an excellent surprise and when we return to Athens I hope to be able to return to the Adrian Hotel.

The breakfast terrace must be one of the prettiest places in Athens -- a flowery garden suspended between city and Acropolis! To make it even better, the quality and variety of the breakfast choices were much better than one usually finds. The rooms, though not large, were comfortable, if bland in design. The bathroom had been recently redone in a pleasantly modern yet earthy style which one hopes might also soon happen in the bedrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff! The location was ideal for tourists wanting to walk to many of the key sites.

The bedrooms and some of the common areas are showing their age. (I'm happy to ignore that if it means the hotel remains somewhat affordable).

as a solo traveler felt very safe in area, everything in walking distance. Even though hotel is on a main tourist street room was very quiet. Breakfast an added bonus.
