this hotel exceeded my expecations. it was right in the middle of the old part of Athens, but the room was quiet. The room was newly renovated and the size was unlike what you usually get in Europe. The bathroom was large as well. The breakfast was delivered to the room each day (order the night before) and was included in the price of the room. The staff was extra nice and friendly. Overall super.

Nothing! If there is anything we could give a small feedback on, we would recommend to have a better isolated door from the room out to the hall. Not a big problem, just because the elevator and breakfast preparation is just outside the room.

Amazing location. the best you could ask for. perfect design, very detailed maintenance and superb personal service. The room is exactly as you see in the picture and even better ! (XL, double shower, double sink, very well designed. definitely an SLH) I would like to compliment Cristina, for providing a great service with a smile, creates a very good atmosphere and is always there for anything.

The staff is exceptional. Very professional, polite, and helpful. Had a lot of special requests due to a birthday weekend and the staff made the experience that much better. The room (we had the ground floor suite with a back garden) was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The weather was great so we could have our breakfast on the terrace, there were many amenities and a nicely stocked mini bar. The Wi-fi was flawless and the location was perfect. Right in the middle of Plaka, but also close enough to Syntagma Square, and all it's shopping and business amenities.

A bit better soundproofing for the room's main door would be great. Was not a big problem but sometimes elevator sounds and doors opening were loud.

The location was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave good recommendations. They had nice touches like snacks and drinks and tea and bath items and sending a taxi to pick us up from the airport. With the breakfast, you could change any order to fit what you wanted. The water pressure was really good in the shower and bathroom. The room and bed was very comfortable.

There is no view from this hotel. The breakfast was nice but not amazing. The shower leaked a bit into the bathroom floor. It is overpriced for what you get.

We took the suit with the jacuzzi and acropolis view was amazing breakfast was served outside i loved it. The location was perfect in the middle of beautiful plaka area close to everything. I must say that the staff was extraordinary they truly wanted to give us the best hospitality and that is definitely appreciated. Definitely recommend this place thank you.

A very high quality experience. The hotel manager Konstantina was amazing, helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and was cleaned twice a day. The hotel is full of style, classic but modern and in an excellent location. We were surprised to find that the minibar was free and full of Greek branded drinks! and even refilled it all the time, We will be back for sure.

A lovely hotel. Great location in Plaka for seeing the sights, the staff are very warm and friendly, they helped organise a few guided tours during our stay. Breakfast was very nice also. Thank you

Shower temperature was a bit tricky to get right

This hotel was fantastic. The little touches like the welcome tea, lavender sachets, herbal shower sachets, and the shower sponges were so lovely. The mini bar is available free for the first round. The massive breakfast delivered to your room each morning at no extra charge was beautiful and delicious. The room was well appointed with a large closet and drawers for storage. I can’t say enough about the location and loveliness of this hotel.

Beautiful boutique luxury hotel, located in super center of Plaka, the staff was so welcoming and sweet ! We stayed at the Penthouse suite for our wedding (the view is just sublime), couldn’t have asked for a better experience !
