The location is perfect. It's close to shopping, food, and the major sites. The staff was extremely helpful and anxious to please. A lot of our luggage was delayed because of the airlines, but the staff was experienced in this problem and worked with the airlines to get our bags delivered.

There is no elevator, so bags have to be carried up the stairs. The good news is that the staff is more than willing to do the work. The entrance to the property is 50-60 yards from the nearest vehicle access. This is a small price to pay to be able to walk out of your door onto a pedestrian street.

Very modern and in the centre of everything. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby, walking distance to the main shopping strip, pretty quiet at night and a lovely view of the Acropolis. The room was always restocked with coffee and water.

The windows were locked shut and even if you get the key from reception you can't open them due to the blinds being in the way, it would be very stuffy in the warmer months. We also asked for a taxi to collect us from the airport, not sure if it wasn't booked or they just didn't turn up but it wasn't a great start.

Amazing location with walking distance to the main attractions, located on a quiet pedestrian street without restaurants, so during the night it was completely quiet. Loads of shops and restaurants/tavernas within the walking distance. Comfortable beds. Super friendly and helpful staff, providing with all the needed information.

Bathroom very close to the bed, so might be a bit uncomfortable in case one needs to go to the toilet at night and the other person is still sleeping, but for a short stay that didn't really bother.

Large, clean room. Bed was big and very comfy, with plenty of pillows. Lots of in room amenities, like TV, mini fridge, coffee machine, steamer and couches. Well insulated against the cold. It was well appointed in a busy, but safe neighbourhood close to all the major attractions of Athens, as well as plenty of good restaurants and bars, which meant it was within a short walking distance and is perfect for travellers who choose not to hire a car.

Shower drain was a little blocked, but it had no overall effect on the stay.

It was very spacious and well equipped. Lots of plug sockets, a fridge, freezer with an ice cube tray, glasses of all types, coffee machine, tea bags, kettle, clothes steamer, safe, hairdryer, soap, shower gel, and free drinking water provided. Staff were easier to reach via WhatsApp and could provide fresh towels, extra drinking water, toilet roll etc.

In the mornings we were often woken up by staff chatting or on the phone, the reception desk is only manned for a few hours a day but it is right outside the rooms. We also found some dark hairs on the bathroom floor which were not ours. This is the only “dirt” we experienced, other than that the apartment was very clean.

Location was excellent..right in the heart of happening Plaka….Apartment was well maintained and had everything we needed….The guy at the reception was extremely courteous…Loved the seamless and keyless door locking system…Overall a great stay! Would highly recommend this to others.

The acropolis view is from the back and not front… The washroom sliding door could either be used for shower or wc which was a bit of an issue..

Perfect location to explore the heart of Athens. So many shops and restaurants all around you! Surprisingly quiet for how lively it is just outside your door. The room was very clean and comfortable. Demetris checked us in and was kind enough to allow us to store our luggage when we arrived before check in. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day walking around this historical city. Would absolutely return.

The place is excellent! Located in a perfect area. You should know there is no parking in the street and sometimes the taxi is not allowed to enter the street, except on the arriving and leaving day it's that big deal. The room is enormous and very comfortable, with all the needed accessories, including a bottle of water, a coffee machine with capsules, and a herbs team. The place is clean and organized. It is not accessible by all means for people with disabilities. There are 15 steps to clime. I was with a baby stroller, and it was not so comfortable, but again, it was not a deal breaker compared to all other benefits. The place is quiet!!!! Most important Aldo is an amazing host!!!

Just the stairs

The property's location is good; it's in Plaka, around an 8-minute walk to Monastiraki and nearly 10 minutes to Syntagma squares. The Acropolis is even closer. The room was much bigger and more tastefully decorated than we expected; I would gladly use all the furniture in my own house. The bed was very comfortable as well. Notwithstanding the property's central location, it was very quiet at night. The room had almost everything we needed for a 3-night stay. Although it was just my wife and me, if we had two children, there were already places for them to sleep. The room was also very clean. Aldo offered to have it cleaned without waiting for us to ask. Speaking of him, he was very kind and helpful. He suggested places for us to eat and even helped us arrange a reservation for us at a traditional taverna by phone, where the manager did not speak English. Thanks to him, we never felt alone during our trip in Athens. To sum, our stay at the property exceeded our expectations, offering a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and hospitality. We highly recommend it for those seeking an excellent accommodation experience in Athens.

I wished our room's shower had its own door, and it would have been nice if the windows could be opened for some fresh air, especially since the A/C was inadequate in providing sufficient humidity to the room atmosphere. Unfortunately, the windows were locked and protected by an alarm, presumably for security reasons. Nevertheless, these were very minor inconveniences, considering the overall comfort and coziness of the room.

The location was great, as it was within easy distances to everything: Metro, restaurants, markets, and the Acropolis. I also appreciated that, although with in the midst of a very active area, the room was quiet.

The furniture (especially the bed) could have been more comfortable. The air conditioner leaked a lot of condensation if operated at less than 75*F. Towel bars and a better shower caddy is needed in the bath (so that stuff doesn't fall through.)
