We really liked this place. Th room was a good size and well furnished. The view was over the square, not the Acropolis - you need to be in the roof for that. The location was excellent, about a 10 minute walk from the underground train - so easy to get from the airport. The small square outside is full of restaurants, but it is not noisy. Breakfast is at their restaurant next door and it is good. We had dinner on the roof - wonderful view and food to match.

Location of this gem of a hotel is perfect! I was in Room 10 and thoroughly enjoyed my 3 balconies. Two were small and the 3rd was large enough to be very comfortable for the table and 2 chairs provided. Very comfortable chairs! The overhead awning was run by a switch on the wall. The room itself is spacious and decorated eclectically which I enjoyed. Staff at the Suites was great! Very helpful calling taxis and answering questions. I arrived 5 days before my husband and know absolutely no Greek.This did not pose any problems for me. I appreciated the welcoming bottle of delicious wine and cold water, and being able to make coffee and tea in my room. Breakfasts were amazing- 9 choices plus coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. All the food at the associated restaurant was delicious! When we return to Athens, this is where we want to stay!

I travel with noise-canceling headphones and used them at night to block the happy noises from the square beneath my room.Therefore the noise was not a problem.As there were no towel racks in the bathroom, I moved the foldable luggage rack in and used it for hanging my towels.

Location is good. There is a bottle wine for room which is nice. Free breakfast helps us good start of day. (4 options) Room size is good.

Feel not very clean. like all three cups in room are dirty. There is dust on headboard. I think the good cleaning lady is needed. We stay over is on Friday. May be because it is weekend. downstairs neighbor (bar) has party until 2:30 am. For light sleeper the Center location may have this issue.

Location excellent - walking distance to lots of sites and restaurants. Negatives are that it is not possible for cars to get near, so we had to be dropped off/ picked up in a neighbouring street. Taxis could not always find this. Plus, it is noisy into the early hours (because of the nearby bars and restaurants) I found the breakfast very good: freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, and interesting dishes to choose from. It's served at a cafe in the square - very nearby. However, NB any deviation from what is offered eg asking for decaffeinated coffee rather than regular, is charged for. Oddly, there is no 'normal' tea available in the room - just camomile tea and coffee sachets - and no milk.

Very unfortunately Booking. com described the suite as two rooms: a bedroom plus a separate sitting room with a sofa bed. It also listed a washing machine. Neither of these were accurate - it was one room and one bed only, and there was no washing machine. That said, the room (with a large balcony, overlooking the square) was lovely, and very spacious.

They were very nice to wait for me to arrive late in the evening and provide a complimentary wine bottle in the room. The position is fantastic, within walking distance to every major site. The room is very big and spacious and the bed is comfy, it is also cleaned daily.

The noise on Saturday night was very loud from the square nearby, double glazing might help. Breakfast at their restaurant is limited to 3 options (2 eggs, omelette or club sandwich), it would be nice to have a menu to choose from (or a buffet), and no juice is provided

Breakfast was interesting - you chose 1 item from varied menu, ranging from bread, honey and jam to different types of omelette. Decor of accommodation interesting turn of the century. A/C was good as was the fridge with free water. The complementary bottle of wine was very nice. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel were happy to store some of our luggage for a week between our 2 visits. Nearest metro is Acropolis Metro, about 7 mins walk from hotel. Also a supermarket close to the metro (on same street). Well situated for a variety of ancient sites and plenty of restaurants within 50m of hotel.

The location was perfect for our stay. We did not have keys but codes that made us feel reassured (we could not lose the key). They have airconditioning which was working perfectlyy

Our only issue was with entering. When we arrived there were noone to guide us, I called the place and they did not answer. In a couple of minutes one of the (ROH) restaurant workers came to us to help us get in and give us the codes.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful.

The room I was assigned was on a square with several tavernas, and it was loud in the evening. I asked to change to a room on the back of the building, and the staff arranged it. The hotel is in the center of the tourist district. If you don't like tourist crowds, it's not for you.

The location is really good - central spot to explore almost all of the major atractions in Athens. Extremely clean.

Well, the wifi was an issue. And you may think - ok, you're in Athens, why the wifi remark? Because it is not admissible in this age and time. Worst, the first person to which you complain about try to let us believe that the problem was in our phones. On a second approach, another person of the staff, much more nice, explain us that wifi is not working in the rooms and give us the password of the wifi from the restaurant next door. The breakfast is included, but you're limited to some "menus". Not at all diversified. So that was disappointing as well.

It is centrally located in Plaka Square,so easy access by short walk to Monastiraki, Ermou, Thissio and Acropolis. Aircondition worked well during Heat wave. Many options for food, drink, shopping all near by.

Property is not sound proofed, we could hear everybody coming and going. Bed was a bit on the hard side for our taste. Small refrigerator was very noisy, had to unplug it at night so we could sleep.
