Location was great. Lovely bathroom, nice decor.

As is normal in Greece toilet paper was put in the bathroom bin. The bin was small and needed emptying every couple of days. No bin bags were provided and there are no rubbish bins outside the apartment. I bought bin bags and put all our rubbish in the ordinary a bin for pedestrians up the street. I feel some information needs to be in the apartment about this, particularly as at the end of the stay you are requested to empty all bins.

Location was perfect; Very walkable! We got their early but the staff let us in and held our bags for us. They also helped us lug our bags up the crazy steep stairs to our room. We had the apartment on top with the 2 terraces and it was worth EVERY penny! The view was so beautiful! Would absolutely stay again

The stairs up to the apartment really are scary, but I did my research prior so I knew what to expect. I can't blame the building, it's an old city and this is one of the charms.

The apartment was in the perfect location to visit Athens and was pretty much central to everything we wanted to see. We were in Apartment 6 that had a roof terrace and provided the additional space we needed as a family, as well as great views of the Parthenon. We didn't have any issues during our stay and the whole family loved it.

We were completely happy with our stay, but other families may have an issue with the children's bed being in the main open plan apartment space, especially as it is next to the bathroom. Also, be aware that the list of facilities covers what is all the apartments, not necessarily the individual apartment you are staying in. As I say though, we didn't have any issues as a family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so we would thoroughly recommend the Karma Athens if you are planning on visiting Athens.

Good central location. Convenient self check in and room was very clean. Bathroom and room seemed to have been recently renovated.

Wasn’t a huge issue, and it’s not something that’s easy to fix, but the front steps to the building were quite steep so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues / large luggage. There are only 2-3 steps and it wasn’t a huge issue for us. Our room particularly also had a large window behind the bed head, so we could hear some cars passing throughout the night. The street wasn’t super busy, but it was noticeable. A double glazed window would fix this.

Very noisy. Could literally hear everything our neighbors were saying/doing. The beds were not comfortable at all.

Great location, just at the edge of the Plaka district with loads of shops and restaurants. Roughly a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis Museum and also to the Monasteraki area. Close to lost of tours also. As for the apartment its on the top floor with a rooftop terrace with view of the Acropolis. This was amazing, but we didn't use it much due to the 40 degree heatwave at the time.

The only down sides we found was the narrow spiral staircase to get into the apartment which made it difficult to get a large suitcase up. We have two kids so the fourth bed was the pull-out, rock-hard type which isn't great for comfort. Also, no teaspoons or desert spoons to eating breakfast and making tea/coffee with with table spoons was a funny experience. Besides those small things, it was a great apartment.

Central location, everything we wanted to do was maximum a 15-20 minute walk away. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and hosts informed us of when/how to check in well in advance. Absolute bargain for the price we paid. Would definitely visit again!

If there is one thing to be critical, the apartment isn’t very well insulated from the noises of the corridor / outside. However, we are heavy sleepers so we didn’t mind too much and we were out most of the time - but something to be aware of when booking.

This small apartment is in a perfect location. A short walk from the bus station , metro, the Acropolis and heaps of amazing restaurants & shops . Safe, quiet street. Keypad access to a shared hallway which was very nice. The terrace is huge & comfortable with views of the Acropolis. The master bedroom was large and comfortable.

The bathroom was very small and dated. The shower water leaked onto the floor despite our best efforts to keep it inside the bath and using the curtain. The children’s beds were adequate , camp beds but there wasn’t much by way of a covering on the window or roof light above their beds . The kitchen was small and dated. We were expecting a washing machine but I think it may have been a shared one in another part of the building. There was a large mirror in the main bedroom which was not hanging on the wall and it had cracks in the glass.

A fanatic hotel located in Plaka in Athens. The room was very big and had everything you will need. A very comfortable bed. A clean and spacious bathroom with toiletries provided. A kitchen with cooking facilities. It had a very easy automated entry system, where the owner sends you a code on the day to access your room. This made things really easy for us after a long day of travelling. The location was excellent. It’s very central so you’re close to lots of restaurants, cafes and attractions. We were delayed in arriving which meant we didn’t get to see as much of Athens as we’d liked. We were wishing we’d come a few days sooner so we could stay here longer! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay when you visit Athens, I would highly highly recommend you book this place. It’s absolutely great!

The location is excellent, 8 min walk to Syntagma, 5 min to Acropolis. Also located in a quiet area, away from noisy restaurants and bars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room has a lot of space, the bed was quite large, bathroom also very nice. Shower was also great. My room was on the ground floor, so the view is to the street, and to an area outside, converted in a cute lounge. I wasn´t looking for a room with a view, so I didn´t care.

The only thing to point out is that the floor was dirty. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, and sound insulation is poor, any noise from the neighbors or from the street is loud. But still, the area is quiet.
