Absolutely Wonderfull staff. We in particular loved Maria's hospitality. Breakfast is ridiculous. Just don't bother providing BF. Just offer free coffee. Views are none so to say. But great location in Plaka.

Breakfast is ridicules. Don't think people don't see things when you try to take the clients for a ride..lol Just provide coffee. Funky elevator.. that's all I would say. But we enjoyed the stay though. The staff makes up for all the draw backs the hotel has.

The hotel look small on the outside, but my room was pretty spacious. I really like the design of the room: simple yet modern style. The sofa bed was also pretty comfortable. The staffs were very friendly and helpful; my family need to leave early to the airport and they happily arranged an early breakfast for us. The breakfast options are limited, but the quality is pretty okay. The only problem was the elevator, which is very very small (probably only fit 1 person and 2 large suitcase). The location is very good; close to most popular tourist attractions. I think they also have guests space for printing, working, and projection for watching movie, although I did not notice that until my last day of the stay.

The elevator is very small, so it was a bit inconvenient to get the luggages to and from the room. The option for breakfast can also be improved.

Urban Frame Plaka was a very nice and modern hotel. On the smaller size but consistent with other hotels we stayed at in Europe. The staff was so kind and helpful. It's within a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis side entrance plus you're within a few minutes of some great shopping and restaurants.

I'm extremely happy they have an elevator but be prepared... it's very small. If you're thin to average in size, you'll easily fit in it with 2 large check-in bags. If you're very large you'll barely fit by yourself with one piece of luggage. The other option is a spiral staircase. I'm thin and only used the elevator when we had our luggage. Otherwise just used the stairs to the 4th floor.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Urban Frame Plaka, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including comfortable bedding, a well-functioning air conditioner, and a clean bathroom. Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently situated near metro station, making it easy to explore the area and had a good connection to airport and Piraeus port. I had only stayed one night, but overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Urban Frame Plaka, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay in the area.

Location was convenient, facilities were just as advertised and overall a good value for money.

The front desk staff were rude and abrupt. They asked me to write my credit card details on a piece of paper, which I was uncomfortable with. When I expressed my concern, the woman at the front desk offered no alternative and insisted I walk to an ATM—without allowing me to drop off my belongings in my prepaid room. I understand if this is part of their policy, but the attitude was completely unnecessary.

Great location. Breakfast is good and variety. The afternoon shift staff Aveniah (sorry if I spelled incorrectly) is super nice and professional. They had problem with internet so we didn’t have WiFi the first day, She helped us with directions and weather information, all the restaurants she recommended were fabulous. We had a pleasant stay with her help and we really appreciate it!

The breakfast was fresh on first day, but some bread and vegetables were hard or dry on the second day.

The hotel is very nice, with a modern style, and is located a few steps from Syntagma Square. The receptionists were very professional and helpful.

The hotel has also rooms with city view but as we needed a room for only 1 night (21.00-07.00), we booked a room without view and expected to have a limited view on a garden, courtyard or road as in the pictures on Booking you can see light coming from behind the curtains. Actually there was a cement wall and this made us feel a bit claustrophobic. The bathroom was not really clean and the linens on our bed had a big stain.

Loved the location. Walkable to the Plaka eating and shopping area, the hop on hop off bus, the Acropolis, Monastiraki Square and Syntagma Square. The rooms that slept 3 people were good size and comfortable. Maria was very helpful, responsive and friendly. The continental breakfast was fine.

The lift was very small (could only take one suitcase at a time), the spiral marble staircase was a bit steep and narrow. The shower in room 303 didn’t have hot water and was broken, my aunt and mom had to shower squatting under the faucet. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a rooftop we could access and go see the view of the Acropolis as advertised.

The building is very modern and well equipped. The location is just amazing, the neighborhood is lovely and there are so many nice restaurants and attractions at a walking distance! The staff was also lovely, always nice and ready to help with any need.

Unfortunately the breakfast was quite poor, both in term of quality and variety. There weren't really many things to choose from and what was there wasn't really tasty or fresh. The bedding could have been cleaner.

Perfect European experience, selection of cereals, Greek yoghurt, fresh fruits, cold cuts, eggs, toast, pastries along with juice, coffee and teas! The staff was the best I’ve met anywhere while on my travels! Polite, professional yet friendly! Huge thank you to STEPHANO MARIA X2 Elefteria

Our rm turned pretty cold at night due to the temp fluctuation from daytime - made a call to front desk and Stephano immediately brought up blankets and reset the thermostat - TY
