Location was perfect! Just a few minutes walk from Syntagma metro (direct airport line), and easy to find on Google maps. The Yellow room was ready for an early arrival. It was spacious and had nice amenities like the coffee/tea and nice bath products. Mainly booked for location and the good reviews on low noise at night, compared to other neighborhoods. Had no problems at all and host/staff were very friendly. Door code was messaged to me with all other instructions and helpful info. Easy stay, recommend!

Very nice apartment!! Check in was easy since it was all through codes. It exceeded my expectations on cleanliness (I'm super picky) . Location is very family friendly for walking to all the attractions Athens has to offer.

We didn't know breakfast was included.. maybe communicate that better next time?

The view from the two bedroom apartment we booked (Orange) included the Acropolis, which is in itself pretty amazing. There was a large, nicely appointed deck to view it, although it was quite warm before around 6pm. The apartment itself was nicely appointed and very spacious. It would be great for cooking meals there if you were staying more than a few days - but the abundance of great restaurants in the area precluded that for us. The location is excellent - about a 10 minute walk to Monastiraki Square, the Plaka area and Syntagma.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

It is very easy to get to the place (close to the main metro station) and enter the facility (with all the codes sent early in advance). The apartment is quite big and has everything a family is wishing for a stay of couple days or a week (like we did). being on the east side of the city was a very good choice as it allowed us to go almost everywhere very easily and by foot or metro.

We were in the yellow room. The mattress of the main room is really too soft and back pain started on day 2. I guess a sur-mattress as the one used for the sofa could be a good solution. Also, noise insolation is not very good (even with windows closed), as the building is between two very active streets, even at night. Also this could be something easily upgradable.

Location was excellent, toiletries were great. Kitchen was well stocked.

The mattress needs to be replaced immediately, it was sunken on both sides of the mattress. Very hard time sleeping. In addition, we noticed mops and cleaning materials being washed in the washing machine. This is very unhygienic for guests. This practise needs to be stopped.

The location is superb, it's basically a max. 15 minute walk to anywhere in the centre. Very easy access with door codes. Parking in the same building, 70€ for 3 nights. A nice, spacious apartment with lots of light and a big beautiful balcony with Acropolis views. Very well equipped; there is coffee, tea and various pots and pans in the kitchen, and shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Very good AC in every room. The host was very friendly and helpful via messages. Everything worked well, except for some wear and tear issues mainly in the kitchen area.

Upon arrival we notified the host about something that was broken in the apartment, just in case they hadn't noticed. We were then essentially told that we had broken the item ourselves, or that we just didn't know how to use it. Both false. This was quite a letdown after the excellent, friendly and polite customer service we received via messages before our stay.

Excellent location and wonderful staff. This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel in the recent 2 years. We slept soundly every night because the hotel was located in a small quiet street. The staff keeps the place very clean. The apartment is well equipped with everything we need. It’s spacious and modern. I especially love the bathroom. Walk to all the attractions and many nice restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment hotel.

Excellent location for exploring Athens. Close to public transport and central for all types of activities. Whilst rooms were smallish, they were well appointed and there was a large private balcony, aircon etc. Host is great at responding to messages and requests.

Not overly keen on the frosted glass doors, as noise and light was hard to block. The shower surround had a small leak which meant water ended up all over the floor and even reaching the living room. The hosts were very responsive to this with extra bath mats etc being provided to help, as it wasn’t something they could really fix until our stay was over.

I recently stayed at the Athenian Modern Apartments and had a very positive experience. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. Its location in the Plaka area is excellent, being very close to the Acropolis, which made our visit there very convenient. The communication and response time from the host were outstanding, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for good value, comfort, and a great location in Athens.

All was vey good

The location was excellent, just 100m from the place where you get off the bus 95 from the airport, in Sintagma square. The apartment had everything, very well recently upgraded kitchen and bathroom. They have even a terrace and from there you can enjoy a drink looking at the Acropolis. The staff are very friendly and available over the phone, WhatsApp. The cleaning lady was the best, very helpful and did a great job every day we stayed in.
