The location is easy to shopping area, metro and convenient access to taxi. Walking distance to central and old town areas. Inside units are so clean and spacious including a mini Kitchener which came handy for our family. Staff provided great support and cleaning our room in a very professional manner similar to top star hotels. There is a front desk personnel which were so polite and helpful in giving us all we needed during our long stay. The hotel has a washing and drying unit that was a big bonus specially if you are travelling with family and kids and also staying long in Athens.

The sofa bed was not comfortable that was replaced

We liked everything concerning the property. Location is really very good. Less than 5 min walk to many of the attractions, hop-buses, etc. Pantheon entry is 17 min :) The overall idea to convert whole building floor into descent apartments with all the code accesses and business flow details is very good. We liked all and I'll not repeat all already said. Now, about some not that positive moments, which might appear and cannot be considered as property issue. Generally speaking, traffic and parking in downtown Athens is a VERY specific story. While traffic specifics are bearable with some extra attention, active dynamic defensive driving and behavioral analysis of the low flying mopeds around :) finding a parking spot requires experience, reconnaissance and propitiation sacrifice to the god of parkings, which overall, we, the first time visitors to Athens don't have :) Don't underestimate :) Yes, there is a parking in the same building. Yes, in most cases, it will probably be fine. But there is a black dressed prophet of the god of parkings on your way that you have to pass. Obviously I was a sinner and I was not the chosen one :) My sin is called citroen berlingo and especially its height of 1.8m doomed it out of parking heaven. So if you are driving something different than sedan or smaller crossovers stay alerted. Until you pass your vehicle's keys to the prophet, you are not safe. Yes, in most of the parkings in Athens you will be asked to give your keys so the vehicle can be tetris-ed around the place. If you don't fit to this place, you have to continue straight ahead down the street. Turn left at the junction and keep the right lane (where might be already a queue). In less than 100m there is another parking (not the cheapest one at all) which have open space and can accommodate higher vehicles. This maneuver could cost you about 45min if you are unlucky enough.

Very good location. We could return to the room in the middle of the day to rest and go back out again. All the main sites are within a short walking distance (no more than 15 mins). Syntagma metro is also just round the corner. We are family of 4 and the room was prepared for us upon arrival (sofabed all set up). The facilities were all we needed with small kitchen and sink (and stove which we didn’t need). The rooms were cleaned everyday and towels changed every 2 days. We had a late flight on the last day and were able to store our luggage/have use of toilets, and enjoy another day in the city. We are very happy with the stay and will not hesitate to book again.

The location was less than a 5 min walk from syntagma square and was very central and easy to get to, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was helpful :) Overall it was very good value for money.

The windows let in a lot of noise from outside, which didn't bother us too much for the most part but occasionally a loud church bell or beeping horns from cars woke me up. Also, there were only blinds and no curtains on the windows so a lot of light got into the room at sunrise and would wake me up early every morning. However this wasn't a huge issue considering the comfort and location of the room, and I planned to wake up early enough to travel every day anyway.

The location is great - in the very city center, near Syntagma metro station and wonderful National garden which has plenty of trees and birds. You can get by metro from the airport to Syntagma station and also get by feet from the apartment to all the main historical sites. Supermarkets AB and Bazaar are within 10 minutes walk. The apartment is nice, the balcony is cozy and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. Moreover, the dishes were washed by the staff during the cleaning - which is very nice and absolutely not common when you stay at apartments. Tea, coffee and some sweets were also provided. We were allowed to check-in one hour earlier. Shower gel and shampoo with olive oil were great - we liked them so much that we even bought the same shower gel in duty-free shop on our way back home. You can also leave your luggage in the locked cell after check-out which is also not very common when you live in the apartment.

No oil, salt or spices in the kitchen which is strange when you provide kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Initial cleaning could have been better - the sofa in the room was not properly cleaned, some of the spoons were a little bit untidy, too. Not enough space for clothes in the wardrobe (some additional shelves would help a lot) and in the bathroom - only one hook and one rail which is not enough even for the provided towels, so you have no place to hang or put your clothes while taking a shower. Water pressure in the shower was not stable enough but it was bearable.

My fiance and I stayed here for two nights and were over the moon with our apartment. We had been upgraded free of charge, which was a wonderful surprise, and the balcony was amazing. The apartment was spotless and the bed was so comfy that we joked about being disappointed to go home to our normal, mediocre one! The staff were also absolutely lovely. The location of the hotel is a huge bonus - it's within minutes of Syntagma metro station and very easy to find. It's also really close to lots of fun bars and restaurants. The electronic check-in was very handy as we ended up arriving a little later than we anticipated. Overall, a wonderful hotel that we'll definitely choose again when and if we return to Athens.

Nothing, everything was spot-on.

The room in the aparthotel, located two blocks from Syntagma Square, exceeded all our expectations. Two elevators, friendly staff ready to answer all questions, lockers for luggage in case you arrived a little early - it's all there. By the way, early check-in was not a problem either :) The room has absolutely everything you need for life: from a refrigerator to glasses, from zoned lighting to comfortable pillows and a mattress, from a cool balcony to fluffy towels. If you are looking for a cozy place in the very center of Athens - this is the place for you!

I have booked.a last minute room (after an awful experience i had with an Airbnb room that we left). The staff was immediately responsive despite the late hour, and the room was readily available to host us and to finally get some rest. The location is triple A, the room was spacious, clean and modernly designed, and decorated, however a bit cold (but manageable). Hot water with high pressure was available all the time

The mattress was very soft for our taste and bodutype but still good. The room was a bit cold but one can manage the temperature via the ac.

Location is perfect. Staff were very friendly and let me check in a bit earlier as well as check out a bit later I was there in February so it's not going to feasible during busier periods but it was very nice of them. The lockers that are available for luggage storage before or right after your stay are very convenient. Rooms were very clean and had what you'd need to bring back food and drinks to your room etc. All in all a very comfortable stay.

The bed was softer than I was used to BUT I didn't wake with any soreness.

No doubt this is a very comfortable place to stay in Athens. Has all the needed facilities, super comfortable bed, easy self check in, great location. Bathroom and shower absolutely fantastic.

Generally not sure the price is accurate for the value, but this is now the case across all of Greece and Athens. The studio is really tiny. It was a bit dusty in corners and walls have lots of marks. The exit sign above the door gives a lot of light at night which may be disturbing to some. In general, however, nothing to really complain about. If you look for solid accommodation in Athens, this is the right one.
