The hotel is really good, very close to the main square in Athens. The staff was great, very helpful (Angelo was amazing with me and my mother). We received a complimentary upgrade room - very beautiful. Also, we could check in very early that it was amazing!

The elevator is very small and doesn’t look safe. The safe in the room is complicated to settle even with instructions. We had issue with the A/C - the front desk staff could fix and put it to cool down the room, but when I tried again to harm up the room the A/C didn’t work again. Overall the property is good and is an option for me to come back.

We loved the location in central Athens as we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were very nice and friendly. Plus there was a “lift” for taking our bags upstairs (No porter, just us). As seniors, we prefer not to walk up steep stairs with heavy bags.

We did not realize from the photos that the room / bathroom was so very small. It was nicely appointed but had no place to put our bags and clothes (no drawers). We do travel in Europe frequently and expect smaller rooms but this one was smaller than expected. However, I would still recommend this hotel as we spent very little time in our room.

The hotel is very centrally located to Syntagma Square and The Acropolis. Lots of great shopping and restaurants right there within a very short walk. We were there during a massive heat wave in Athens and the room had great air conditioning. Our room was also very modern and stylish and the king bed was very comfortable. The room is a little on the small side, but really no smaller than the typical rooms you stay in in NYC or Paris or London if you’ve stayed in other big cities. It was perfect for my daughter (11yrs) and I because we were out and about most of the time exploring the sights. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English. Overall I thought this hotel was really nice, a great value for the price and would stay here again.

I liked the location (10 min from the metro station). Niki Athens hotel has very comfortable beds & pillows, nice crispy sheets and good quality toiletries. The hotel has a very attractive decor. We stayed in two rooms with our family and they were able to accommodate us with the rooms close to each other. I also appreciated that they helped us with storing our luggage since our flight was later in the evening.

Although the overall design of the rooms looked great, some of the bathroom choices were not very practical. There were some visible tiny mold around wash basin in the bathroom due to a moisture. Perhaps marble sinks are not ideal choice for high use purposes and harder to clean.

Great location, walking distance to most key attractions and the nice places to dine or drink in between the tourist traps. Rooms are nice and clean, and everything works.

Of the 9 items to choose from on the breakfast menu, not one day were they all available, and on one morning they could only offer yogurt with fruit (and we were not late any day, eating between 8-9 during our stay - considering breakfast went from 7:30-10:30). Oh, and if you are more than 188/6’2 you won’t fit under the fixed shower-head, but that’s not the end of the world…

The location was excellent, much better than we realised when planning. Don't skip on the restaurant downstairs: also very good. The room had everything we needed and the staff were very helpful - room service staff were particularly lovely. Would absolutely stay again.

Shower had mouldy spots & it was impossible to keep water from leaving the shower. Wifi was usually unusable.

Great room with sleek modern design and a large terrace. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help with my requests. Hotel is in an area with lots of other vegan shops/restaurants. Worth noting that breakfast has non-vegan options too.

Location is a bit hard to access as it is on a very narrow road with lots of parked vehicles (worth bearing in mind if you are walking with big luggage).

Honestly the hotel is amazing, it is located literally in the center, we used to barely walk 5 min. Staff were super friendly!! As tourists they gave us tips and tricks on what to do, and they seem to care about their customers comfort and health.

they are only 3 things i disliked which is the breakfast. As a tourist i would prefer a buffet in the morning instead of "A la Carte" and especially being an eco friendly breakfast where i was not very satisfied. Second, the shower's water shield glass is small, whenever i want to take a shower the bathroom becomes all water. Third, the bathroom door is very small and has no lock and it is not very duo-able.

The room was very cozy and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The temperature inside was great, especially since it was hot outside. Really comfortable! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

The only downside was that the room didn’t have a view, but everything else made up for it.

I am vegan - location was good with Avocado restaurant right across the street. The included vegan breakfast was amazing, and so were the dinners. The Winners restaurant is connected to the hotel and serves the included breakfast and is open to the public for dinner. I can't say enough good things about the food - simply amazing!

The room was on the small side with the shower and toilet area being very small. The bed felt like stiff foam, but was comfortable enough to sleep on. There was no place for me to work on my laptop in the room, but there was a floor that had a small lounge where I could work. It was cold and the room heater did not make it particularly warm for my comfort.
