We had a very comfortable stay! The room had everything we needed, from flip-flops to a bottle opener, microwave, coffee machine, plates, and more. It was incredibly cozy, spotlessly clean, and everything felt new and in perfect condition. The location was fantastic—right in the proper city center. The metro station was just a 3-minute walk away, but we didn’t even need it as all the main attractions were within walking distance. A special shoutout to our host, Irini, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She was very responsible, helpful, and provided us with great tips for our trip. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at this lovely apartment in the heart of Athens. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps away from Syntagma Square (where the metro is located), Ermou Street for shopping, and a variety of excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, which made our stay with our 3 year old very comfortable and convenient. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Irene, the manager, was excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Her hospitality truly made our visit feel extra special! We highly recommend Astikon for anyone visiting Athens. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and excellent service! We’ll definitely return the next time we are in Athens.

the rooms were modern, cozy and clean. The best feature is the location, right in the center of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The only unexpected detail was the access to the building which is old and somewhat unassuming. We had some minor problems with the elevator once.

The best part about ASTIKON Xenofontos Suites was the fabulous location! Very central and most of the top tourist spots were within easy walking distance. The room was very clean and beautifully presented. The staff - super friendly and responsive. The room felt safe and quiet despite the central location.

The room was smaller than we thought it would be. Once the sofa bed was opened, there was very little room to move around or lay any of our things out. The bathroom was tiny with barely any room to lay out any of the toiletries. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable.

The suite was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The room was extremely clean, I was very pleased with the fact that we received an extra set of towel just in case, and the bed was just amazing. The host, Irini, was a sweetheart. She saw that it was my birthday last week and gave us a wonderful bottle of wine to celebrate. Also, the place is in located in the center of the city, easy to walk around and visit different neighborhoods Irini, thank you one more time for your hospitality! We will for sure come back and recommend the place to our friends.

Our host, Irini, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She kindly offered to store our luggage before our check-in time at 3 pm, and the same courtesy was extended to us when we checked out. Irini allowed us to extend our check-out by one hour and also kept our luggage until we left for the airport. This saved us the extra cost of renting a luggage box around the city. Additionally, the accommodation was exceptionally clean and brand new. The mattress was also new and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the location was excellent. The soundproof window was very good and important to us as the traffic in Athens is heavy.

One evening, although not late, we encountered some disturbance from guests in the room adjacent to ours who were speaking loudly with their door open. I had to kindly ask them to lower their volume. We could also hear that their TV was ON but we did not complain again. They were a family occupying two rooms.

Very good location in the heart of Athens, but in a slightly more quiet side street so the city noise is a bit further away. Main sights are within walking distance and Syntagma metro station is close by. Apartment has everything you need. The host was friendly and communicative and also gave some good suggestions for restaurants and bars.

One small inconvenience is that you have to manually turn on the boiler 20 minutes before you want to shower for proper hot water.

The hotel was perfect for my partner and I and my parents in two separate rooms! The facility was very clean and newly updated. Irini was so helpful from start to finish. She checked in with us before we arrived to make sure the rooms were ready and she was there to walk us through, she recommended great restaurants and activities and help facilitate a ride to the airport. The hotel was right in Plaka so walking distance to everything you’d want to do in Athens. Overall it was amazing!

Our only complaint would be the blankets on the bed were a bit thin so we were a little cold at night but adding an extra blanket or thicker one could remedy that right away!

Astikon Hotel in Athens boasts the perfect location, but what truly made our stay remarkable was the incredible service provided by Irini. Even before our arrival, Irini was helpful and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. Upon arrival, she personally welcomed us, guided us through everything step by step, and even provided her direct number in case we needed anything at all. On our last day, with our flight not until 8 pm and the heat being intense, Irini generously offered to look after our luggage until our departure and even arranged a taxi for us. The service was truly exceptional. The hotel's brilliant location and exceptional cleanliness further enhanced our experience. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Irini—we will definitely be back next year!

That there wasn't a clothes line and we couldn't stay longer. Everything else was exceptional.

Perfect location. Walking distance to all popular attractions in Athens. Monastaraki square, Plaka district, Ermou Street, Syntagma square... All very close. It is very close to the metro and bus to reach the airport very easily. The attention and communication of the staff is excellent. They have an excellent employee named Chryssa. The room is very large and spacious. It is very clean and has everything you need. Modern and perfectly decorated. We stayed in the comfort of a five-star hotel.

The room we stayed in had a balcony, but there was no door leading to the balcony :)
