It was one of the best rentals we’ve ever made a reservation at! A charming old building with high ceilings beautifully renovated in the heart of Athens! Very comfortable super clean facilities! The reception staff were very polite, they accommodate all our needs and answer all of our questions! Housekeeping and clean towels were provided every day! Fully stacked kitchen and refrigerator! My favorite was the towel warming rack! Very close to many restaurants and department stores, to the train station and Syntagma. Most importantly- dog friendly!

I would have liked a microwave to warm up some of the left overs.

My husband and I travelled to Greece to celebrate his 50th birthday. We booked Athinaidos for our last stop in Athens (5 nights). We loved the cleanliness, comfort, style, friendly and exceptionally helpful host (George). George gave us great tips and recommendations which helped with our stay. The room was pretty quiet for a busy area so we slept very well. The double shower was superb for quick prep to catch tours on time. The cozy rooftop garden is also a lovely space with the view of The Acropolis for nights in. Location is very central and easy to get around from. Everything was absolutely amazing! Wish we had found them for our first stop. We both highly recommend to anyone and would stay there again in the future. 10/10 Thank you again George for helping make our vacation the most memorable one to date! Aly and Charmaine 🇱🇨🇱🇨

Amazing place in the very center of Athens! High ceiling and calm colors of the walls and with a relaxing vibe .. I stayed 12 days in the first level between the Elite and the Superior and a Third just next to it I forgot what it was named! All in All amazing and perfect choice! And not to forget George at front desk was very helpful and kind! Thanks a lot George!

I would say the main thing that I didn’t I didn’t like was the rule of house keeping .. It was not daily which was very weird .. Only every three days they are supposed to clean which I sound a bit strange .. there was a list which looked UNwelcoming mentioning the price of the house keeping and the price of the things if destroyed .. It felt Unnecessary! If they had daily house keeping and cleaning I’d give them 10/10.

Incredibly helpful host that was super communicative and it was really easy to coordinate arrival. The location is excellent: right in the centre but not on the road of Ermou so it is convenient and quit! Our room was massive, with minimal decorative style, beautiful and comfortable. Given the location, the room was quiet. There is some noise coming from inside the hotel, i.e. you can hear people in other rooms, but you cannot hear noise from outside (our room was in the back and not on the main street). Honestly I cannot really complain about anything and would definitely choose to stay there again.

Spacious and well designed apartment-style stay in a renovated historic building - with a bonus roof deck including a view of the Acropolis. The attendant Giorgos was very helpful and accommodating (and friendly)

The AC in the main sleeping area didn’t seem to be working well, but that was really the only thing I could say wasn’t ideal. The roof deck was great, but the jacuzzi didn’t get very hot (but was clean and functional) Otherwise everything was great.

Booking.com had a published offer on the booking that stated free airport transportation for a booking of greater than 295 euros, which I easily exceeded; however, no offer was extended, and when I contacted booking.com I was told such was not true and asked to send a screenshot of the offer and after doing so, had no response back despite multiple attempts; at the end of it all there was a taxi strike on the day of our arrival, and we, two near 70 year olds, had to lug our luggage on the metro in an unfamiliar city after traveling for 24 hours; I will not use your site again for booking again;

The location is in the heart of the downtown Its a very clean spacious apartment way better than hotels I loved the attention to details And jaccuzi is something else

The only one thing i didnt like that the rooms are not sound proof and you can literally hear everything happening outside

Very good location (less than 1 min to the main shopping street Ermou, 5 min to Sintagma Square and the same distance to Monastiraki), surrounded by many restaurants and the hustle and bustle of many small businesses, where you can discover a lot. The hotel itself is an old building completely modernized, clean and has its own roof top with a view of the Acropolis, which can be used by hotel guests. A great discovery! Next time in Athens we will check the availability in this hotel again! And many thanks to the manager, who was able to give us lots of useful tips.

Location was excellent. Within walking distance to all major sites, restaurants and transport. Great bathroom with large shower. Toilet conveniently location on same level as bedroom. Great coffee shop directly across the road. Excellent advice given regarding directions and advice of extra excursions to do. Thank you.

This hotel consists of a limited number of larger apartments, with multiple bedrooms, a living space and kitchen. En suit bathrooms are a feature as well. It opened quite recently (2022?) so the place looks clean, pretty and smooth. There are various things that positively stand out: The overal space is extremely generous (our apartment was almost 90m2/900sqf); it featured high ceilings and the interior decorating is done to a high standard; and bathroom was one of the best I've had in any place I've stayed, in particular due to the space inside of them and the gorgeously powerful showers. Lovely to dip into on a hot Athens afternoon. We also had a small balcony that gave to a pedestrian shopping street. A definitive strongpoint was the hosting. In particular George was a blessing; welcoming us and always keen to provide sincere advice without becoming too intrusive - what a great employee to have! Should you be thinking about renting a car: there's a safe and flexible parking garage 100 metres up the road (13 euro start fee and then 1 euro per hour). Ah yes, there is indeed a view to the Acropolis - with the Parthenon (partly) in sight!

This location is in Monastiri, which is a 5 minute walk from the iconic Plaka neighbourhood imagery. That means it's both less congested with tourists, but also a wee bit more gritty (nothing troubling though) with a fair amount of building renovations going on here and there. It also means one might get a bit of morning noise from vendors opening shops and other predictable stuff.
