Very modern design. Very central location and convenient to walk anywhere in the center. I had the room 112 which is an internal room and although the property is in the middle of everything, in the heart of the city, there was no sound from bars around, completely no sound and I am very sensitive to this so i was very happy. Bed/mattress was very comfortable (firm and above), i dont like soft mattresses and this one was perfect for my back.

I can not stress how amazing the location was. in every which way it was a 5 minute or less walk to whatever you wanted to do. A 15 minute walk to the acropolis. Valerie was amazing in helping us make sure we were comfortable and was a big help in my lost baggage situation. Also the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful modern look as well as high tech in room setup. Our room was cleaned diligently every day and the hotel was always spotless. everyone is so nice and it’s the perfect place for privacy. also a random small but positive impact was we always got free water bottles refilled in the mini fridge which is a big help. Next time I come to Athens I will only stay at Nikiou Suites.

Excellent location in center of downtown Athens. Surrounded by tens of coffee-shops, bars, restaurants. Walking distance you find several stores, the usual ones you see in the shopping mall. Great architecture inside, decorations are lovely, very modern. No breakfast at the location, as there are only rooms, but they advise you where to go for it and all of them are really close by, with very good food. Definitely would recommend!

This property does not offer breakfast but many good choices are nearby. It is on a pedestrian street in a lively neighborhood and close to many attractions and places to eat. It is not exactly a hotel, they have 10 rooms and after we got our keys, the building is not staffed overnight. We ended up arriving later than anticipated so be sure to contact the staff so they can be there for you. I decided to upgrade to a special room that has a really cool tiny pool on glass deck in the courtyard. I would not have chosen it if I had known it was not a hot tub, since we visited in the fall. I think I just misunderstood from the photo. The whole place has a great modern vibe. Fancy Nespresso coffee! Comfy bed, great shower.

Valeria is an asset to the property. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She speaks well English and French. The location is perfect.

It was not a problem for us but something you may want to know is that the windows open on an inside patio but not outside. There is no noise coming from outside which is great!

Great central location, comfortable bed, modern fittings, clean bathroom. In close vicinity there are deveral great breakfast places recommended by the suite

Despite double glasses windows you still can hear noises from the street. And noises from other rooms (loud music, party) which was a bit disturbing

Nikiou Suites is centrally located and the decor is very welcoming and modern but with a classic vibe. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. We arrived early into Athens and had asked about leaving our luggage but as the room was ready early we were allowed check in early which we were so grateful for. They also booked our taxi transfer to the airport when we enquired about transfers/cost. Nothing was a problem. We had a room with windows facing to the street, some rooms don’t have street facing windows so it is best to make sure and read the room description well before booking if this is important to you.

We personally found Nikiou Suites totally met our expectations and made our stay in Athens so pleasant.

Amazing residence in the heart of Athens. You can practically walk to all major tourist sites. The level of finishing and detail in this place is incredible. And Valerie is so helpful and does her best to assist - she is such a gem. Thank you!

Lack of privacy in bathroom.

This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in during my three months in Europe! We stayed for a few more days of our 8-day stay and fell in love with Athens. When my son and I arrived at the entrance of the hotel, Valerie, the elegant hostess, was already waiting for us in the lobby of the hotel. The fashionable furniture and carefully selected music in the lobby made us feel more relaxed. The room was the kind of boutique hotel design that I like, which is full of design sense. With the Greek snacks on the side, I knew I'd made the right choice. Valerie knew that it was our first time to come to Athens, so she introduced several Greek restaurants with characteristics and quality that night. She was afraid that we could not find them, so she took us to the restaurant. We went to the restaurant several times during our stay in Greece, which was really delicious. Every morning, we see valerie, who is well-dressed and delicately dressed, warmly entertaining every guest downstairs with a smiling smile. Every morning, we receive short message links from her, including various information about food, shopping and sightseeing. She treats her guests as if they were friends. She is the soul of this hotel, she made guests feel at home. And for that we will revisit Athens and stay in this hotel.
