This boutique hotel is in an excellent part of central Athens , it has many restaurants nearby and is within walking distance of the main attractions. We really enjoyed our stay at nema hotel, our room was spacious and well maintained, the breakfast provided was varied and plentiful, however the most enjoyable part was staff who went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable, in particular a special thank you to zafeiria who was wonderful. Overall would certainly recommend this hotel and would happily stay if in Athens again.

The location was absolutely fantastic! Right in the middle of everything but still not too loud. Also the staff was really great and I liked the breakfast.

For me everything was great but it is worth mentioning that if you are a light sleeper, room 601 (penthouse suite) will not be the right room for you. The reason is that the elevator goes directly into your room. Don't worry, you get a special key that is needed to get to that floor so you won't have people just walk in. The thing is though, that you hear it every time someone is using the elevator... it makes a clicking noise, then it moves and then when the doors open you hear another clicking sound. Also the screen that shows which floor the elevator is on is very bright at night. So if you're a heavy sleeper then this room is great but if you're a light sleeper you're gonna struggle a bit.

Everything! Especially the staff which is warm, professional and kind. The hotel's location is perfect, all the hot stuff are near by. The hotel is very clean. Super recommend.

From the moment I reserved the hotel, the staff was communicative and welcoming, even offering a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. All the staff was helpful and friendly - from showing me how to use all the facilities when I checked in to reserving us a 0400 taxi to the airport on the morning we checked out. The room was cleaned every day, at times that weren't intrusive when we were in the room. Beside the bed are touch panels that control the lighting as well as calling the front desk and setting Do Not Disturb on. Just a very streamlined, easy experience. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The hours of 0730 to 1030 allow you to sleep in and still enjoy breakfast without feeling rushed. The staff flushed the hot tub each day, making for a comfortable end to every night after walking all day - on that note, the hotel is in a perfect area, just a five minute walk from Monastiraki square and another ten from there to the Acropolis. Overall this hotel was affordable and everything we needed and more. If we are ever lucky enough to travel to Athens again, this is where we will stay. Would give 11 stars if I could.

The location is perfect, quiet and close to all the sites, but not too close. The area around the hotel is part of the historic garment district. There are bars, cafes and restaurants of all descriptions very close by. There is even an excellent self service laundromat very close to the hotel. The staff are very friendly, cheerful and helpful, and knowledgeable about the area around the hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed comfortable. The air conditioning works really well but there are also opening windows. The breakfast was great - fresh, varied and delicious, including local offerings. We would be delighted to return to this hotel.

Nema hotel is located near Monastiraki Metro station in Athens, just a 10-minute walk from Monastiraki metro station. From hotel you have easy access to major sites like the Agora, Acropolis, Plaka neighborhood, and nearby tourist attractions, bars, restaurants and the popular Ermou shopping street. It's modern, well-equipped rooms, include amenities such as a coffee machine, mini fridge, safe. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, and the small working table was very practical for laptop use. The breakfast buffet is great, running from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. Reception is available until 11 p.m., you get a access card to open the maid door after 11pm.

The bathroom featured black toilets which while clean, showed cleaning stains and watermarks, again it was clean but such cleaning marks remain on black toilets. The room had a small window, that opened from the top, a bit difficult to reach. Shower cabinet didn’t have a door or a curtain, so lots of water spilled on the floor, quite uncomfortable.

Amazing location and rooms. Clean, comfortable, and new. Great spacious bathroom. The rooms have a control panel on each side of the bed to control air conditioning, lighting, blinds, and do not disturb / make up my room buttons which are all very helpful. Staff are very attentive. They made sure our room was cleaned once we were out for the day (no matter the time) rather than at a random time early in the morning, which we appreciated.

Best hotel experience in a luxurious and clean suite with smart solutions, 2 TVs, 2 bathrooms, balcony, jacuzzi, a view to Acropolis and sparkling wine first night :) Breakfast was nice and the staff took care that everything was fresh and there in place in time. The hotel is very close to everything (restaurants, shops, sightseeings, incl. Monastiraki Square almost just around the corner) but at the same time in a quiet neighbourhood. Taxi transfer from and to the airport was also very fluently and conveniently organized by the hotel. Many thanks and warm greetings to the most friendly hotel staff for such a nice stay in Athens :)

Hotel was great value for the money! The location is perfect, it is located in the city center and in walking distance from Acropolis and main sights. The room is modern, well-equipped and cleanliness is at the highest level, the bed is comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived, very kind and friendly, always at our disposal. I had an outstanding experience and I will definitely be returning next time I am in town. Highly recommend Nema hotel Athens for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
