I had an amazing stay at The Pinnacle Athens! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore top attractions like the Acropolis, Plaka, and Monastiraki Square. The views from the hotel, especially the rooftop, are simply breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering great recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. One of the highlights of our stay was receiving an upgrade to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had all the modern amenities we could ask for. The attention to detail in the decor made it feel truly luxurious. Overall, I highly recommend The Pinnacle Athens for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Athens. I will definitely be returning!

Central location, very friendly staff

Beautiful rooftop view of acropolis and Parthenon with access 24x7. Friendly and helpful staff that readily offers advise and their assistance. Room was clean with modern shower facility. The hotel has 2 double bedded and 2 toilet suite that is ideal for family. Breakfast was great and we had dinner at the restaurant with delicious Greek cuisine. Around the hotel there are food and restaurant within walking distance. Very central location and feasible walking distance to places of interest. We are a family of 3 and moving around Athens by cab was reasonable range EUR6-8. Small gestures such as welcome drinks, delicious treats and packed breakfast for our early checkout for Meteora make our stay a memorable one.

Nothing. We like the church bells chime in the distance on the hour till 10 pm daily and gives us a warm vibes of Athens.

Breakfast was very satisfactory. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was ultra helpful. Location is very nice. The person in charge of the roof bar was very friendly and really did everything to provide us with a comfortable evening with lovely view of the Akropolis going down and up the stairs to bring blankets, drinks, change the gas cyclinder. The reception staff members shared comprehensive information of the city and surrounding areas as well as the hotel. They made us feel at home. One's own family can't host at such comfort and sacrifice on each level.

The hotel is in a great spot - the view from the roof is fantastic. The room was very comfortable and the staff was absolutely delightful - nothing was too much trouble. Super attentive, helpful, and accommodating - the room was ready early and we were able to check in early, a 'take away' breakfast was supplied to us the night before our 8 am exploration of the Acropolis site because we would otherwise have missed breakfast at the hotel, and we were given a complimentary dinner on the rooftop (there was an impromptu fireworks display somewhere between the hotel and Acropolis which just added to the magic), complimentary in room snacks and a bottle of wine. Highly recommend, and will certainly stay there next time I'm in Athens!

We had an issue with the TV (no signal) but that was rectified the next day (in fairness, by the time we realised there was a problem and told reception, it was late too late in the day for a technician to attend).

Wow! What a fantastic stay! Rooms are as seen - beautiful and well decorated, suites are a great size and well appointed. Bed was extremely comfortable with choice of pillows. The staff team were also wonderfully warm and friendly, able to support with recommendations, bookings, nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was lovely and staff again always friendly and helpful. Little extras and thoughtfulness of the team were very much appreciated. The views of the city from the rooftop were breathtaking. The location is close to all main points of interest. It was great to hear the church bells each morning as this also made our holiday extra special. Thank you!

Before our stay, the front desk at The Pinnacle Athens provided us with all the necessary arrival information, setting the tone for a seamless experience. During check-in, we were warmly welcomed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, providing helpful details about the location. Our room, the Penthouse apartment, was absolutely fabulous, and the New Year’s event exceeded all expectations. The staff made sure we were well taken care of throughout the celebration, and the feast was truly remarkable. Throughout our stay, every staff member was attentive and faultless, contributing to an outstanding experience. The location itself was perfect for exploring the city on foot. Keep up the excellent work—looking forward to visiting again soon!

I can't find any faults.

The Pinnacle Athens is the perfect location to visit Athens. All the sites are within walking distance, there are many restaurants close by, and the safety features at the hotel gave us a sense of protection at all times. The room was spacious and well appointed - and if we needed anything the staff quickly provided for us. The restaurant offers a lovely breakfast and we enjoyed a tasty meal through in-room dining on our arrival evening. The rooftop bar has a spectacular view of the Acropolis. We will treasure the memory of toasting our trip under the stars staring at the Parthenon! The staff are what makes the Pinnacle special. Panous welcomed us in kindness and tips to make certain we would see all the sites. Alex greeted us each morning and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was served by a lovely woman that doted over us and made us feel like we were at home - but with better food! The housekeeping staff made sure our room and the common areas were clean while providing anything we needed. Each evening when we would return to the Pinnacle, there was a surprise for us in our room - wine and a sweet treat! We highly recommend a stay at The Pinnacle Athens!

We had to really think about something - we really loved staying there. Athens is a busy and free-spirited city. The weekend nights were noisy with people out on the street having a fabulous time. But this is not a fault of The Pinnacle - just be prepared to listen to music and people having fun…better yet, join into the fun!

The staff, each one, was genuinely interested in how our stay was going and if there was anything they could do to help. They offered several unexpected pluses - treats delivered to our room, discounts, and so on - and our included breakfast was a large selection for such a small hotel. Location was great. The decor was interesting and unique - great eye for art. We could see the Acropolis a bit out the window but from the rooftop it was 360 degrees of the Acropolis and Athens. Spectacular. Highly recommend this hotel.

There is nothing I would point out that was unpleasant or service undelivered. And they were ready to address anything that wasn't quite right throughout our stay. I wish all hotels were as caring as this one.

Did not have breakfast included in our room rate. Thought that was going to be but found out it wasn’t but the food was excellent and we could also go anywhere we wanted to. We didn’t have to go there. They upgraded us to a two bedroom suite and it was just perfect for my friend and I The location of this place is excellent. It is in walking distance of so many of the landmarks as well as wonderful restaurants and shopping. The ninth floor of the hotel that overlooks the acropolis is a showstopper. Wish it was a little warmer so we could’ve enjoyed it more.

I guess the only thing I would change is, I would like to have been on a higher floor because we could hear a lot of the street noises.
