It was centrally located near the Plaka, Acropolis, and Monastiraki. It was the perfect location for exploring the big-hitters of Athens. While we used trains when we weren’t laden with luggage, the airport transfer service removed a fair bit of stress after a long day of travel. I read tourists with luggage in Monastiraki station are the #1 targets for pickpockets in all of Athens.

The roof area was in a bit of disarray, but we were visiting in the off-season during a period of high-winds. One power outlet was broken. Minor gripes that I’m sure they’ll fix before the heavy tourist season begins.

Location was excellent, only a 2 minute walk from Monastiraki Square, bed was comfy and the apartment was clean. Dishes, cutlery and a kettle was also available. Breakfast provided by Brunchers was really good too!

The windows looked directly on to the roof terrace, so if there were other people on the terrace then you’d have to keep the blinds closed for privacy, but the night that I stayed it was not a problem. A couple of small maintenance things like the plug socket coming away from the wall could do with just updating

Massive!!! So much space it was crazy. Lovely balcony. The perfect location. Breakfast was amazing. Honestly the value for money was insane. I will be recommending this to my friends and family. I will be back! The staff was great too. Loved it.

The 2nd bathroom has a problem with the pipes or something so there was a weird smell. The drawers in the kitchen were hard to open. But honestly those were so minor because the place was so perfect for a few days.

The 2 Bedroom Apartment exceeds all expectations. It is very spacious, very beautiful, with funny details, and all the comfort possible. Two clean bedrooms, two separate toilets, a balcony, a very comfortable sofa and a large dining table... all in all, this place is a hidden gem on a 5 star location. We are thanking the very kind team of the Brunchers for the delicious coffee and the fresh orange juice, served before we left. We will for sure be back soon!

There is nothing that we did not like, we had a great stay.

Great place with all facilities in the heart of eveything [2 min walk from Monastiraki, 10 min walk from Acropolis,shopping, retaurants, metro, bars, best cafes and local stores] The place is huge with many facilities making it perfect for a long term stay [even it has an iron and books] The breakfast was very good in a great restaurant just below our appartment. The host was great and answered immediately all of our questions. In addition, they offered us a free place to hold our luggages in another place in 3 min walk.

There was no elevator and soap in the toilets' faucet.

This place is just what you need for a short visit to Athens. Located in a busy area in Monastiraki it is on a side street and surprisingly quiet as very little traffic goes by. The Terrace Studio I booked is small but clean and the Terrace outside is very large although overlooked from buildings on either side but come on , you are on a roof in central Athens and it is real downtown city feel. If you book breakfast then you are in for a treat at Brunchers across the street. The staff were all lovely young smiling people who made you welcome and a great Breakfast choice to set you up for the day. If you want luxury this is not for you but if you want a true downtown Athens experience then this is the place to go. Psiri and its restaurants are just round the corner. All in all a great experience.

Not much really. There is a fuse box where you click your water on that glows in the night.Maybe it needs a cover. The small wardrobe has no internal shelves for T shirts etc but these things are small and easy to remedy. Ice compartment was full of ice too. Apart from that. Poly Orea...

In the heart of Monastiraki, there is this special place. It is important that you know for sure which of the apartments you have booked, as some do and others do not have a balcony or a view, and all of them have a very different atmosphere. The Brunchers restaurant next door is delicious, and if you love breakfast, make sure to order your eggs a la carte, as the breakfast that is served at the same place for hotel guests, is not that super delicious as the dishes on the menu. If we had known, we would be happy to pay for it (- 10% for the hotel guests) then to get for free something not that delicious as the meals on the card. For later on the day : do not miss out the spicy soft taco's, it is a delight. The personnel is super friendly and caring and very relaxed about everything, we and our dogs had a great stay and will come back for sure. Thank you Concierges!

Large living room with comfortable sofas, and enough space for large groups. The beds were comfortable and had thin sheets which are perfect for warm weather. Having two bathrooms is very convenient. The decoration is very stylish and helped make the stay more enjoyable. Location is fantastic and restaurant below is really good.

Shampoo instead of hand soap in second toilet. Entrance is used as storage for the restaurant at night and can seem a bit unwelcoming.

Place was awesome clean comfortable, breakfast was really enjoyable shops and attractions within minutes of walking wouldn’t hesitate to return/recommend

Shower was nice f glass shelf iffy loose sink was tiny like tiny ! so I was solo traveller had my wife joined. me she/woman would find it challenging but it was clean no regrets

Huge space in a great location. Everything walkable. Tons of room to hang out with two living areas and large dining area. Spectacular view of Acropolis/Parthenon from rooftop area. And free breakfast next door. Hosts responsive and so helpful. Absolutely recommend.

No complaints at all. Love this place.
