When we came to book the room, only one room remained available. The hotel staff informed us that the room would be on the first floor, we were a bit upset but to our surprise we got a huge and clean room and the bed was big and comfortable, and there was a stunning balcony. The staff was lovely, and always at our service. And the location - wow! Just walking distance from everything! A highly recommended hotel - we will definitely return.

Breakfast was poor for vegans - just oatmeal or a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if there were more options

Excellent location!!! Close to everything. Service was excellent. Team of Ivis 4 are super friendly and helpful with any questions. Quirky vibes were nice. Everything felt quite modern and clean.

It was quite noisy as it was in a laneway. Also, if you are on a lower floor you can hear everything! Greek people party in the laneway well until past midnight so if you’re a light sleeper, this isn’t the best.

Love the location: a few blocks from the metro train, in walking range of the Parthenon, and there are lots of options at night for dining and drinking. Breakfast was awesome and a great value. We stayed four night and were able to have something different to eat each morning. The bar and and the drink options were also good; we enjoyed exploring the different specialty cocktails.

There was some kind of noise at 1am-3am; a metallic noise, we could not figure it out. Some street noise from the local bar, but not too bad. Ear plugs solved both problems. The bathroom does not have a fan, but it does have a window that you can pen to allow air flow. The bathroom light switch is on the outside of the bathroom, not the inside, which seemed strange to us, but maybe that is a cultural norm in Greece? The things that we did not like were very tiny and not really that bothersome, especially when compared to all the things that we did like about the hotel and our stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet street in Psirri area which is close to bar/restaurants and historical sites, like Acropolis, etc. Everything could be done on feet. The hotel is very nice with a nice modern decoration. Our room was big, it has a small balcony and was very quiet. The breakfast is not "a la carte", but was fine for us. You can choose several dishes going from eggs, cold cuts, fruits, etc. The staff was very nice and friendly especially a lady at the breakfast.

2 small things. The fact that there is no "free" bottle of water in the room. At the price of the room one / 2 free water per day would have been highly appreciated. The sign for emergency exit of the room is turned on all time and during the night it gave some lights which was not very nice. The fact that we had a room for disable people was kind of a surprise. The room itself was ok, but the bathroom was having a sit in the shower which was taking too much place for us.

The place, most of the stuff and everything was almost prefect. So comftable and quite to sleep. Apart of those minor issue all was amazing place, hotel and service was top tier

We order texi from hotel, and the recepionist didnt tell us it was 15 euro fixed price for short distances . We took other texi , not from the hotel back for 5 euro, and many other texi's that never excceded 7 euro, so we felt there is something fishie with the hotel and texi service they offer us

Great location, nice breakfast, lovely staff. Everything interesting was in walking distance, the hotel was very clean and lovely.

We got a disabled room, I was not aware of that when we made the booking. Maybe for this reason, the bathroom was a bit hard to keep dry with water flooding the space from the shower. Also there were no shelves to put things on in the bathroom and it was dark. The room itself was very comfortable, but rather dark.

All the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We only stayed for 2 nights (me and my 1 year old son) but it really felt like home. Everyone was so exceptionally friendly but also professional. Breakfast was awesome (good coffee!!). The bartender Anna stole my heart! Reception was always great and helpful. Beds and pillows were super comfy and room very clean. Strongly recommend!

I wouldn’t know where to start describing the great service we got. Everyone is SUPER attentive. We celebrated our anniversary and with a couple of weeks of anticipation I requested some surprises for my wife, a flower bouquet during the breakfast and a bottle of champaign for the room in the evening. These two were delivered with perfect coordination so it was a real surprise for mu wife! I can’t thank them enough. The room and hotel in general is very modern, comfortable and conveniently located around many restaurants from where you can see the Parthenon offering a beautiful view. The service in general is REALLY good. One day I stuffed all my clothes for laundry in the respective bag but forgot to take it down to the lobby. I communicated with them through IM and they gracefully agreed to go to the room and pick it up. By the time I was back to the hotel it eas washed and dried, fresh in my room.

The area of the hotel can look like it’s dangerous, but when you realize that there’s graffiti in the entire city you realize that it’s a very safe place to walk around. If you don’t like cats, you may want to reconsider ealking around. It’s full of them.

The location was perfect, just off into a quiet street in heart of downtown Athens. Walking distance to the Parthenon and to a lot of nice restaurants, bars, and shops. In contrast to many of the places around, the building was modern and the rooms were very spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was spot on, and the in-house restaurant also has a great menu and ambiance. Staff were really helpful on every single point.

Parking is always an issue in this area, but more suggestions and information of the parking options and culture around the property would have been more helpful for foreigners (ex: that you have to leave your keys with the valet overnight for the 24h parking services). Also to know that there are other lots where you can tell the time you will depart and also stay in contact with the parking attendant. Not really a fault of the property, just the one thing that we struggled with during our stay.
