Literally everything! Location - on point! Everything is close to it. The metro station is like a 5 min walk away. Staff - very kind, helpful, professional and hospitable. Rooms - exactly like the pictures. Have a good space, clean and neat. We had a room with small balcony, it was lovely. I think the hotel has like less than 15 rooms, which makes it cozy. Neighborhood - an active one, there is a bar in the corner but with lovely atmosphere. It’s very safe and the rooms are soundproof (we didn’t hear any noises). Food - we had breakfast meals only, it was very delicious and they prepare it in no time. Price - very very suitable and worth it. To sum it up: worth every benny!

This hotel was a hidden gem in the heart of Athens. It was well appointed, location wise. It was quiet, which allowed for great sleeping and a lovely respite to the hustle and bustle of the busy city. It was immaculately clean. Great rooms with a small balcony. Air conditioning that worked! We are a family of 4 ( two adults, two kids, ages 11 and 14yo). The staff were a Godsend! We arrived without luggage thanks to BAs baggage department losing our stuff. I was totally frazzled. The gentleman at the front desk helped up find where to shop for clothes and toiletries. He gave us specific instructions, found us a place to eat, and had us served beverages immediately upon arrival. The best customer service I have had at a hotel in ages. Highly recommend.

When we came to book the room, only one room remained available. The hotel staff informed us that the room would be on the first floor, we were a bit upset but to our surprise we got a huge and clean room and the bed was big and comfortable, and there was a stunning balcony. The staff was lovely, and always at our service. And the location - wow! Just walking distance from everything! A highly recommended hotel - we will definitely return.

Breakfast was poor for vegans - just oatmeal or a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if there were more options

We stayed in Athens only one night and could not enjoy the benefits this beautiful hotel offers. Perfect location, perfect noise isolation , spacious room elegantly stylized, nice assortment of amenities, comfortable bed, espresso machine, all the small pleasures that make your stay perfect. Excellent location!!! Close to everything. Service was excellent. Team of Ivis 4 are super friendly and helpful with any questions. Quirky vibes were nice. Everything felt quite modern and clean.

It was quite noisy as it was in a laneway. Also, if you are on a lower floor you can hear everything! Greek people party in the laneway well until past midnight so if you’re a light sleeper, this isn’t the best.

Ivis 4 Boutique Hotel was a fantastic surprise! The design is beautiful, modern, artistic, and full of character. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and thoughtful details everywhere. The staff were kind and professional, and the location was perfect, close to everything, yet quiet in the evenings. I felt really well taken care of and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Love the location: a few blocks from the metro train, in walking range of the Parthenon, and there are lots of options at night for dining and drinking. Breakfast was awesome and a great value. We stayed four night and were able to have something different to eat each morning. The bar and and the drink options were also good; we enjoyed exploring the different specialty cocktails.

There was some kind of noise at 1am-3am; a metallic noise, we could not figure it out. Some street noise from the local bar, but not too bad. Ear plugs solved both problems. The bathroom does not have a fan, but it does have a window that you can pen to allow air flow. The bathroom light switch is on the outside of the bathroom, not the inside, which seemed strange to us, but maybe that is a cultural norm in Greece? The things that we did not like were very tiny and not really that bothersome, especially when compared to all the things that we did like about the hotel and our stay.

We got a disabled room, I was not aware of that when we made the booking. Maybe for this reason, the bathroom was a bit hard to keep dry with water flooding the space from the shower. Also there were no shelves to put things on in the bathroom and it was dark. The room itself was very comfortable, but rather dark.

The place, most of the stuff and everything was almost prefect. So comftable and quite to sleep. Apart of those minor issue all was amazing place, hotel and service was top tier

We order texi from hotel, and the recepionist didnt tell us it was 15 euro fixed price for short distances . We took other texi , not from the hotel back for 5 euro, and many other texi's that never excceded 7 euro, so we felt there is something fishie with the hotel and texi service they offer us

The hotel is located in a quiet street in Psirri area which is close to bar/restaurants and historical sites, like Acropolis, etc. Everything could be done on feet. The hotel is very nice with a nice modern decoration. Our room was big, it has a small balcony and was very quiet. The breakfast is not "a la carte", but was fine for us. You can choose several dishes going from eggs, cold cuts, fruits, etc. The staff was very nice and friendly especially a lady at the breakfast.

2 small things. The fact that there is no "free" bottle of water in the room. At the price of the room one / 2 free water per day would have been highly appreciated. The sign for emergency exit of the room is turned on all time and during the night it gave some lights which was not very nice. The fact that we had a room for disable people was kind of a surprise. The room itself was ok, but the bathroom was having a sit in the shower which was taking too much place for us.
