This property and its staff are amazing and I really wanted to give it a 10. However there was a noise issue which I will address later in this review which forced me to downgrade my stars. The location is crazy good, with a quick walk to many of the famous sites and markets. We were able to explore the sites, shop, eat and then hop back to our room for a minute and then venture out again We were in Athens for only two days and stayed fairly close to the hotel, but the metro is right there and convenient for venturing further! The room was beautiful!! Large, clean and amazing! Everything in the room is new and modern. The view from our window was invigorating and we loved being in the center of it all!! The hotel welcomed us with a bottle of wine, sweets and chocolate. I really cannot say enough about the property and staff. It is gorgeous and the staff very caring! The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but there are literally eateries steps put the front of the hotel.

Now for the big elephant in the room. There is a nightclub next door which was so loud it felt like the dj was in the room with us. If you're a night person and want to go clubbing until 3 a.m. or can sleep through anything then this shouldn't be a problem for you. I know that the nightclub is an issue with the hotel and that the club is supposedly closing in July but at the time of this writing it is going strong! Christine, our lovely host, did allow us to change rooms for our second night to be further away from the music, but without my Bose earplugs it was still LOUD and we needed to cut our stay short, as I couldn't do a third night of being up to 3 a.m.

Excellent location, beautiful, tasteful large suite with comfortable beds. The generous size of the suite, the layout (separate wc and separate ample shower room) helped the 3 of us peacefully navigate the morning routines. Brilliant facilities: Nesspresso coffee, free wine on arrival, robes and a well stocked minibar. Despite the cold spell, we enjoyed the heating facilities, electric fire/radiator. Breakfast - 3 courses per person, plus unlimited filter coffee and a glass of orange juice is served either on the terrace or in your room, according to your personal preference; perfect! Fabulous staff: Dimitris, Yannis, the lady who served us breakfast, either in the courtyard or in our room, all made us feel valued at every step.

Hotel was beautiful! Location was central to a lot of things including shopping, sights, pedestrian streets, public transport. It was also REALLY quiet in the room (from outside noise). AC worked well, staff was friendly, and we both thought it was a great value for the money. We were also able to check in a few hours early.

Being nit picky……Shower was a bit slippery (inherent with marble), room we had was on ground floor just next to the reception and another room the staff used for various things, and we did occasionally hear things in the room. Overall it was a great hotel, in a great location, and I think under priced for the quality of the room, and the experience. Would defiantly book here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite establishment, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the glamour and elegance exuded by every corner of the property. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities truly made me feel like royalty. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made me feel right at home. Overall, my experience at this property was nothing short of exceptional. I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit truly memorable.

Hotel beautiful and location excellent. I think breakfast although nice could do with some tweaking. You have to pay for coffee unless you’re happy with Americano, I feel in a hotel if this calibre any choice of coffee should be available. On the last day we were offered orange juice which hadn’t been offered any other day in lieu of the included American o which we didn’t have on any day. On the last day we didn’t want the eggs offered and were told we could have pancakes instead. I think these choices should be made clear on day one.

UNFORTUNATELY WHAT I HAVE BOOKED IN BOOKING ONOINE WAS AN UNIT WITH SEPARATE LIVING AND THREE BEDS. WHEN I ARRIVED IN THE HOTEL I FOUND JUST A NORMAL ROOM AND I HAD TO PAY AN ADIDITIONAL UNIT FOR THE SAME PRICE AS THE UNIT BOOKED PREVIOUSLY, IN ORDER TO HAVE MY SON SLEEPING SEPARATE. SO I PAYD THE DOUBLE IN THE HOTEL. THE HOTEL EXPLAINED THAT THERE IS AN ERROR IN BOOKING.COM FOR THE UNIT DESCRIPTION AND THIS ERROR COST ME MORE THAN 1000 EURO.

It’s so fabulous. It’s perfect. I loved it. I got into my room, I was in awe of the view, the interior, my shower! I got into my robe and lay on my bed with a coffee. I’m desperate to go back.

One thing, the house keeping starts at 6am. I’m not sure why. The staff did try to keep as quiet as possible but unfortunately the rustling around in the cupboard and the creak of the floor boards did wake me up. I think they should start at 8am instead.

The location is everything!! I rented the spa room and it was by itself outside of the main building with the bedroom on one floor and the spa/sauna room along with the bathroom are on the lower floor. I was gifted a beautiful bottle of wine along with some Greek sweets, and a big bottle of water.

As amazing the location is, it is near bustling restaurants, which had loud music very late in the night. Also, there are no taxis to bring the luggage to the entrance of the main building and you have to drag them yourself. The accommodation is not a hotel so it was hard for me to find it immediately.
