The Property was in a great location only 5 min walk to the Monesteraki flea market which is amazing and all the shops and restaurants. We stayed from midweek for 5 nights. Experienced the weekend vibes and it was great. Some noise but nothing bad. It was family of 4 2 boys ages 12 and 14 of my boys is ASD and he coped very well. Very secure premises you need a code to get into the front door.

We just got off a 23 hour flight we ran out of water getting to the apartment. On arrival there was no waters in the fridge we were dying of thirst as it was in 40’s degrees, It’s only .50c per bottle water and surely they could’ve provided at least water. As it’s an apartment would’ve been nice to also have a washing machine at least so be prepared to hand wash esp when travelling with kids this is needed as not paying $$$ everyday to get washing done by someone else. Washing dried in few hours as was extremely hot.

The location is excellent! It is a clean apartment with a nice shower and the air-conditioning was perfect, except for the last night when it stopped working.

The backdoor to the garden was unlocked. Also, there is a locked door which I guess is connected to the room next to it. For 2 girls and since this is a ground-floor apartment we did feel a bit unsafe. We could not open the windows, especially last night when the air conditioning was not working. Another thing we did not like is that for the 4 days we were there we had to ask to change the bath towels. The internet was slow and I could not use it for work.

Location was just right for us, everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance and we had a bus stop right across the street for visiting other neighbourhoods or attractions. Extremely clean, spacious, no carpets! (We hate carpets in hotels). The view of the Acropolis from our room was exactly as shown on their website and the rooftop terrace had incredible views of it as well as the entire region. New microwave, stove top cooking, clean fridge… I loved the swivel full length doors to let in the evening breeze and small balcony facing the Acropolis.

For some, the neighbourhood may seem a little noisy at night but that’s expected when you are close to Plaka and a vibrant scene. The graffiti everywhere in this neighbourhood can be artistic but I’m sure for some it may be intimidating, I found the area cool and edgy. I was originally worried about all the security measures (strong doors with integrated deadbolts, but the fact no one could come onto the premises without a special code made me feel safe. Interestingly, there was no graffiti on this pristine building.

Great position - near restaurants and pubs and shops and the metro. But not on top of a restaurant so less noisy. Clean. Spacious. Large fridge and freezer. Self-catering. Shower worked well. Helpful hosts. If relevant to you, you can get manual keys to the building and to the apartment.

Ground floor so some windows overlook the street. But this is a minor point. Overall great stay and highly recommended.

The owner opened up for us a bit early so we could stow our bags before touring. If you are sabbath observant- he gave us a metal key instead of the code for the sabbath and the location is perfect for proximity to the local synagogues. Great location for walking to the acropolis and the street markets. Friendly polite service. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great!

Room was as per the pictures. Lovely place with all modern finishes. Small view of the Acropolis. It met all our expectations and walking distance to resturants. Plaka is a little further away but also walking distance, which is lovely to do in the evening, especially in August. Wifi worked perfectly. Great stay for a family of 4.

Didn't realise that the rooms were not going to be cleaned. This needs to be mentioned on the website, so people booking are aware. Netflix on the TV didn't work.

Host was very accomodating and went above and beyond, was really kind and helpful with providing recommendations for restaurants and the local supermarket, and gave us the route to get to the apartment. The room was beautiful and plenty of room for 4 of us. It was kept really clean too. Great amenities, central location really close to Thissio station and short walk from Minostiraki in the centre.

As it is the external entrance, it can be a little loud at night. But as you are in the middle of a city you expect it and it really wasn’t an issue at all.

Location was excellent - close to restaurants, public transport and shopping. There was a wonderul spa/hammam in the property which was awesome. There was a terrace, ideal for coffee. Sofa bed was comfortable for a second guest.

A bit noisy outside during the night for the person occupying the sofabed but it was because it was very centrally located. Otherwise, this property is a great value for money.

Spacious and beautiful apartment, equipped with all facilities, perfect isolation from noises of the road. Having the kitchen and the respective facilities was crucial for my staying since I am gluten free and is difficult for me to find the appropriate food. Paul and Tasos was very friendly and helpfulll

Parking the car was not easy. There were two of them very near the structure, but no one of them accepted cars parking all day. We parked our car in another parking, 200 m far way, but the price was very high for one night. I suggest an agreement between the structure and the two first parkings. It will be win win for both of them

The location is central but it was not in a safe place to walk around at night, not the best side of athens. Rooms were big and clean.

Our check in we did ourselfs by calling the owner and getting the keys from his desk , we had to wait a good half an hour before he answered his phone so we could check in, there was no one at the front desk which I found to be extremely poor service.
