The staff was friendly and welcoming with great communication before our arrival. At the checkin, in the room was provided a complementary basket with some cookies, snacks and water bottle. The bed was comfy and not too soft. The shower was spacious and with a good water pressure. At the check out they kept our luggage in a locked store room. At the reception there is the receptionist 24h. Nice restaurants and nightlife at few blocks away from the hotel.

Although the hotel is 12 min by foot from the city center (positive side), the neighborhood is not very nice during the night. It is common to bump into people who are drunk or under the influence of heavy drugs. I would not recommend this area for a solo traveler or women. However, during the day is full of tourists coming in and out from the hotels.

The hotel is not big but it seems recently renovated. The room we stayed in was large, clean, cozy and with a nice terrace. The furniture is simple but modern and well kept. Bathroom adequate, shower ok. The people at the reception are very kind. On the top floor there is a terrace available for all customers with a view of the acropolis (between one roof and another). The hotel is quite close to the center (Monastiraki Square) and at least two metro stops: 10 minutes walk.

Unfortunately the area in the immediate vicinity of the hotel is quite degraded. Returning to the room before 10pm we had no problems, but the streets did not seem particularly safe after dark. But if you walk 5 minutes towards the center the atmosphere changes completely.

The staff on reception were there 24/7 - our flight was delayed and we were greeted by lovely Panos at past 2am. Nikos was also very helpful to us - we were able to leave our bags after check out time as we had a late flight home. The apartment had excellent aircon, was kept very clean by the cleaners, had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. And a great balcony. And excellent sound proofing. We discovered some short cuts into the centre which were really interesting and varied.

Athens is a noisy city, the area is a little run-down, but it is on the edge of Psyri a vibrant and very noisy part of town, and apartments like this can only help the whole area.

From a very warm welcome to the spacious and spotless room, everything was perfect. Great location close to a dozens of bars and restaurants, just a short walk from the metro. Wandering around we also found some more local-feeling cafes and bars. Within walking distance to the Akropolis and other major tourist attractions.

The apartment was really comfortable, quite big and very clean. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable as well. The host was really nice and helpful , even though his english was basic. We could communicate without problem, and anyways there's always a person available per telephone or WhatsApp ready to help you with anything in English. We recommend it!

The neighborhood wasn't the most beautiful in Athens, but it was quite all right. It had a very good location and we could walk around at night without inconvenients.

Excellent location close to the city center, metro stations and to the main touristic area. Clean and comfortable apartment, well equipped. Smooth check- in. Pleasant and friendly staff, reception service 24/7.

The neighborhood is a bit run-down, but we did not feel unsafe. We walked everywhere from the property.

Liked the size of the room, the Aircon was beautiful, nice bathroom, loved that I had a kitchenette and the bed was comfy. Loved how close it was to Psyri. Had a slight issue with WiFi at the start but told the staff and it was promptly fixed

The immediate street where the hotel was located didn’t have the best people around. It was a bit dodgy

The location is convenient and close to everything. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. It was great that we could leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The staff was kind and helpful.

The check-in time was quite late, which was a bit inconvenient, although we were able to leave our luggage earlier. The surrounding area felt a bit rundown.

The location was very convenient only 5mins walk from the metro station and at the centre of the city. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful.

There were no power outlets next to the bed. Probably just our room haven't seen the other rooms. The location even though was convenient there were some shady allays near the property but nothing bad happened

The apartment is very clean and host Efi was very collaborative. After the second day they changed the sheets and cleaned every day. It's several minutes walk till center and all archeological locations. If you are planning to be almost all day out, this accommodation is perfect and good value for money.

There are not enough clothespins in the bathroom. The neighborhood is not so nice, one corner behind and there are a lot of people who are junkies and you can find a lot of syringes on the ground. They don't bother you, but it's not pleasant to see them. And also on the street there is a bad smell, but in our room we didn't feel it when we opened the windows. However, you just need to cross the street and you are in another world.
