Location is great, 2 minutes walk from the Larissa metro station, 15 minutes walk to National Archeological Museum, 1 minute walk from pick up spot for Meteora tours. The room is not too big, but everything is provided - towels, safe, fridge, hair dryer. Very reasonable for its price.

Kettle was missing, I wish there was an option to make your tea or coffee. as I hd early tours and everyhing is closed in the morning. There are not too many supermarkets and places to eat in the area, you need to look for it on a Google map.

Close to Athens train and Larissa metro stations. Very clean hotel. If you just need a clean place to sleep, not fancy, I’d highly recommend it.

Bathroom a bit tiny, but ok.

The staff is more than friendly, the metro station is a 3 min walking distance, 1 min walking distance are 2 coffee shops that make great cofee in the morning.

The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms also, so take notice of this.

Handy location by Metro and Larissa Suburban train stations (if coming from Athens Airport, can take direct suburban train for same price/ticket, 9 euros, to this station - saves the changing if you were to use the Metro. One train/hour (ask at ticket office for time/platform) - and shorter journey too with more room, better seats. Staff all very helpful and pointed us towards local cafes, eateries and, bars, how to get to Acropolis, etc. Very late check-in was free, check-out was a useful noon and they looked after bags while we explored Athens until flight home. Room was large, given 3 bedder for the 2 of us, very clean sheets/towels, air-conditioning, TV. There was a fridge but unplugged so we didn't use it due to shortness of stay. Good lock on room door. Very good priced hotel. Food no longer served: stopped for Covid and owner not yet reinstated it - but plenty of local places to drink and eat - not a bother for us but the Booking dot com blurb states about a great breakfast. Room could be updated but we're happy for it to stay as it is at the great price offered. Happy to stay here next time I'm in Athens

Would be good to have a kettle in the room and maybe sachets of coffee/tea etc Shower small but worked fine and we were happy enough with it WiFi could be a bit hit-and-miss

Nice Staff!! Closest hotel to LARISSIS METRO STATION! Good Neighborhood...Grocery Store 2 blocks away. Barber also two block walk away. 2 Coffee Shops in the SMALL PARK across the street from SOCRATES.

The only thing I had problems with was the COMMUNICATIONS between the Front Desk and the Cleaning Staff. *(You have to remember to ask RECEPTION and also inform the CLEANING LADY on ur Floor, ok? They will NOT VOLUNTARILY KNOCK on your Door every day asking you if u need something. The Custom of this hotel is to ASK--and THEN U will receive. ASK/& Bug two entities and you will get what u want...fyi)

It’s right next to the metro and train station so perfect for travelling. Very easy to Athens city centre. Not a long walk at all. Staff were really friendly and super helpful Staff kept the rooms clean and the property looks nice . Thanks for the stay

I didn’t like the shower , it was small and the curtain stuck to your body but I’ve found most places in Greece are like this. It says on their website it is not the most safe at night so I would make sure you use the metro or taxi instead of walking but we had no issues at all

The hotel is very basic, but, the lack of facilities, is compensated by very welcoming staff and cleanliness. It is very close to the Metro and transport (100 meters). If going by train from airport simply stop at LARISSA Station and the hotel is less then 5 minutes walk. Yet very nice and quite if you like to rest in the air conditioned room. The surrounding area offers many food shops COFFEE BARS and Hypermarket (150 meters away), that sells nicely prepared take away foods both local and continental A FRIDGE is available in the room

The only drawback ids the lack of eating fancily and a decent bar. Those that like their morning coffee or tea take a kettle, and requisites. Otherwise excellent hotel.

Very welcoming staff and great room for the offered price. Clean. Completely what I was expecting for 3 nights Very close to Larissa subway station /Athens central station easy to get to the city center’s touristics places. Very calm neighborhood during day time.

The neighborhood at night changes completely from day time and may not feel as safe (especially for women) but taking a subway from city center or a taxi it feels completely safe :)

The location of the hotel is ideal as the metro station and the train station are very close. Also, although it is not far from the main road, the noise coming from it is quite reduced. The staff was courteous and eager to serve the needs of the customers.

The age of the hotel is evident, both in the common areas and in the rooms, especially the balcony doors, the balcony area, the wardrobes, but more so in the bathroom, which needs renovation as soon as possible.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean room, and close to an Athens metro station, which was very handy for getting around. The room was simple, but more than adequate.

Not really much to do or see in a rather bland neighborhood. But the nearby metro station, which enabled me to quickly go to more vibrant neighborhoods, partially made up for the lackluster location.
