This location was wonderful if traveling by train. The staff was very helpful.

We felt the ‘rooftop” garden was misleading and had hoped for a pleasant evening relaxing; however, it was only open for breakfast which was meager at best. The Wi-Fi was sporadic in our room and I needed to sit in the hall in order to use it.

The location is great, just a couple of blocks of one of the main train and metro stations so you can go anywhere in Greece very easy and fast from here, the neighborhood is not the nicest area but I felt very safe by walking alone during the day until 9 pm on summer bc it’s still some sun light and a lot of people walking around, the staff are amazing friendly and helpful, the rooms are quiet, they have a nice view from the rooftop, the hotel has elevator for the luggage which is a blessing.

The room has a small fridge and it was out of service, also the AC was not working properly but I guess they fixed them when we left.

The Staff were alesys trying to be helpful.

I am surprised being aware that I,m disabled that you booked me into an Hotel with 16 stepps from Street to Reception only to find it did not have any Handrails throughout the Hotel due to some ancient Classical entitlement. However despite this problem the stay was extremely comforyable.

It was in a good location. Just two minutes from Larissa Metro station. It is in a good secure location and quite so if you need a peaceful night sleep after your busy day it is great. Building is so cute that attracted me most in deciding to book this hotel.

When we arrived at night on 11th August there was a very rude and aggressive woman at the reception. She refused help in everything, tried giving a room without windows under the ground and rejected providing extra keys. Toilet was broke i said we have to get another room and she rejected again. Guess what we had tobpay another hitel to sleep because of the toilet problem. It is unaccaotable and not hygenic to stay in a roomwhere you cant fladh the toilet!! Next day in the morning there was another smiling sweet lady who helped us - gave extra keys and changed our room! Thank you to her a million from here if she reads

I am impressed by the friendly, positive, and hugely supportive staff, and I especially thank Marina, Dora, and Sofia for making my stay adorable! The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and there is a nice mix of classic and modern decor. I have new towels and bathroom refreshment every day, and every second day I have new bed shirts and pillows. The hotel had a perfect location in a safe area with great connections all over Athens and close to the centre, Sintagma, and Acropolis. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Perfect for solo travellers. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Spacious and clean room with ensuite bathroom. Breakfast is basic but enough to keep you up till lunch. The panoramic view from the restaurant is wonderful. The location is great, about 30 minutes walk or 7 minutes ride by taxi from Syntagma. Basic toiletries included.

Great location near to station and metro. Nice old building with character , everything worked in room and was very clean. Bed nice and firm, mini balcony was a bonus. Staff quietly friendly, looked after bags while I was visiting Athens

WiFi a little slow, but that may be a problem in the area.

The hotel is located close to the main railway station so easy to get to. Reception staff were really helpful with recommendations on places to eat, location of supermarkets etc.

The Air-conditioning did not work well but we were provided with a fan which helped.

I Looked for place close to the train station for one night and the hotel is one minute from the station and Larisa metro station which is great. The neighborhood is maybe not in the top neighborhoods of athens but I felt safe and anyway you only go to the metro. Room was clean and comfortable, good value for money. Staff responded quickly to messages through booking and they let me to check in earlier which is appreciated

The hotel is situated 3 minutes from a metro station. The room was clean and the staff was nice.

The only probleblem I had was the wifi which worked awfully at my room (103).
