This is a gorgeous neoclassical boutique hotel in Neopoli, a beautiful trendy old aristocratic neighborhood. We were floored by the high ceilings, the modern decor with antiques and best shower we have had at a hotel. There is a lovely rooftop where a breakfast from a local take out artisanal bakery is brought in if you like or just have drinks at night. However, what made it exceptional was our hosts Elias, Tryfonas, and Panagiotis who went above and beyond staying up extra late to greet us when our flight was late (Tryfonas) at all times from Acropolis museum (Elias) to helping decide what island to visit in my last minute planning (Panagiotis). They made us feel like family. We will be back!

Breakfast was a box of boiled eggs, sourdough, yoghurt, fruit, cheese and nuts - with orange juice and coffee. The room was lovely and spacious as was the shower and the hot tub outside. We stayed in the cineflair suite and watched a movie outside as well using the projector. The best thing about this hotel are the staff. They are so welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and tried to sort out WiFi as quickly as possible.

Breakfast was nice for the adults but the kids would have preferred an option of scrambled eggs. Also one morning I had to leave before 8am for a conference and breakfast was late despite asking for it at 7:30. If you are early risers bear in mind that breakfast starts from 8. Also the WiFi was down for a day and a half of our stay which wasn’t ideal for the kids or the pre-conference prep I had to do. We used the cafe/bar nearby for WiFi.

Absolutely fantastic location, super comfortable room and bed, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely small boutique hotel in a gorgeous building with a roof terrace ( we were too early in the season for the roof top bar so improvised with our own drinks on the roof). We didn't have the breakfast as there are so may places close by. Perfect location for exploring with great bars and restaurants just moments away.

Our room was right next to the reception so there was a small amount of noise in the morning but not too early and didn't disturb us too much.

Athens Flair is the perfect place to stay in Athens. The location is fantastic, near lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars and also within walking distance of the main attractions in the city centre. The property is beautifully done up and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From little touches such as chocolate truffles on arrival, to providing recommendations for the city and helping with travel logistics, the Athens Flair team were amazing!

My stay at Athens Flair was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and there was a wide range of (tasty) breakfast options to choose from. The hot tub was a great way to finish a busy day of walking around the city centre (which is only a 10 minute walk away). Every member of staff that I met was increadible helpful and cheerful.

There could have been a bit more storage room and a table to eat breakfast at. The bars in the street were also abit noisy untit about midnight / 1pm, so better sound proofing around the door would be beneficial. But these are minor quibbles for what was otherwise a very enjoyable and conformatble stay.

For 4 nights in Boutigue hotell :) Very good location "everything" must see around 1 km. You can use public transportation or hop on hop off bus, Wi Fi connection is very good. Mini bar. TV modern with connections and with good sound. Rooms are cleaned daily till perfection. Nice view to Lycabettus Hill which we could see from our balcony and actually this was 700 m uphill to get on cable train! Must to go !! We had room with warm hot tub and we used couple of times for relax after long walking. Breakfast is private on terrace or in room depending on weather, but its is very good and you can make your choice every evening. And what is most important very very friendly stuff. They are always available and helpful. *WE had on our last day strike of taxi drivers and they manage to find for us asap private driver till airport and was said if we do not find I will drive you by my self. ( I talk about person in reception)

Nothing if we will come back if in Athens we will stay here.

Location, style, staff courteousness and kindness, cleanliness, size of room

Not meant negatively at all but hadn’t realised how bijou it was. So only 5 or 6 rooms so not the vibe I was expecting- roof top bar where I had thought breakfast and sundowners were served wasn’t a thing I didn’t realise it was as niche as it was Partner was sick most of the time so turned out the space was perfect for us

Fantastic location, in an area Greeks live, socialise and work in. Means you can visit real shops and cafes rather than just touristic ones. Not in the heart of the tourist attractions but a 10 minute walk from them. The hotel staff were SO friendly, like every single one.

Given the historical building, there’s no elevator. The staff can help with luggage but something to note if you can’t manage stairs.

The neighborhood is lovely with beautiful streets and nice food/drink options. 3. It is a boutique hotel - and so it felt intimate and cousy

A very nice boutique hotel - nicely decorated and quaint. Location is very good but not in the conventional/touristic city centre - situated in Kolonaki, but very close to Exarcia: the best place in our view, for nightlife and cute little stores. Lycubettus hill was in a walking distance. The best thing was definitely the attentive and helpful staff (especially Lia). We got help in so many things  - from locating interesting galleries to  tips of cool and more local places to hang. Breakfast was ordered by nenu and served on the roof balcony. We wanted something else to eat and the staff just bought the ingredients and made us our desired breakfast .We were upgraded to a nice suite and could only say thank you for this stay.

Hotel situated is in a historically reserved building so has no good accessibility for physically disabled people.
