This is one of the best hotels in life. According to the map, it seems that the hotel is close to marginal Omonia, but no, it is located in a very pleasant area. Literally 10-15 minutes on foot through clean streets and you are already in the center of cafes and restaurants. We didn’t use a metro at all. All the staff was great. We were checked in at 9 am, instead of 15 pm, at the reception there is a Nespresso coffee machine and delicious cakes from the nearest bakery. The room was great, absolutely all equipment is new. Nice veranda where you can even sunbathe in January :) Excellent sound insulation, we have never heard anyone. A comfortable kitchen with everything you need — a microwave, a kettle, a mini-fridge, cutlery, bowls, plates, glasses, etc.

Everything was brilliant!

Modern furnishing, all needed amenities (including washing mashine and washing liquids in public space free of charge). Questions were answered quickly. Looks well maintained and recently refurbished. We did not find how to change room temperature, so it was too warm/ not enough air, so had to open balcony door regularly (sometimes even at night). Potentially should have asked staff, but instruction in room would have been very helpful. Wi-fi was quite poor - YouTube on television did not load properly. Also lack of storage space for clothes - just few hangers. Had to keep many things in suitcases and re-pack every day.

Rather noisy in general as Athens seems to never sleep and walls seem to be rather thin. I was initially given a room on the ground floor next to the luggage room: that room had basically no day light and was horrible noisy all night due to three generators super close to the room that were running all night. A nightmare. I asked for a new room and received it, thanks to the kind help of Chris. However, that room should in my view never be offered to anyone.

The location is near some city' s main attraction, the metro red is less than 10 minutes walking. There are many restaurant around, but many of them are closed on sunday, anyway we had breakfast in a bar just around the corner. The room is bog enough for two people for few days there is a little kitchen full of all the tools you can need, but we didn' t use it. I appreciated all the things left in the room as the plug adapter and the wires for the usb devices. There were other useful things for the gym and a polaroid camera, of course without the film ... and it was a great idea.

unfortunately the glasses at the Door were crashed and there was a lot of police around. I don't know why, maybe sone stupid guys...it didn't seem a dangerous area.

It was really comfortable (beds were great!) and room was well appointed. It had everything we needed for our stay. The guy in the foyer was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The whole thing was well thought through. I would stay at another Bob W.

Very small points. The area around isn’t the most beautiful and the hotel front had again been damaged by protestors so had a bit of a beaten up look but the location was very walkable to the centre and he sights, there were some lovely bars nearby and the glass damage didn’t detract from the great rooms inside. The room key being a link on your phone was a bit fiddly but we got used to it (I shared the ‘key’ in case my phone got stolen or ran out of batteries).

The hotel was very clean and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was perfectly quiet—I didn’t hear a single noise from outside. Other guests were respectful, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. The location was very central, making it easy to get around the city.

Daily cleaning service is not included in the stay and comes at an extra cost, so just be sure to check this in advance if that’s something important to you. As for the city itself, while Athens has a lot of charm and history, some areas can feel a bit unclean and crowded, and there are quite a few people experiencing homelessness. It’s good to be aware of this, especially if you're visiting for the first time.

We stayed in the mezzanine studio. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a small kitchen with a microwave, sink, and coffee machine. The bathroom was modern and clean. There’s no iron in the room but we could borrow one downstairs from the laundry room. The contactless check-in/check-out is very convenient. We had to talk on the phone with the staff and they were super friendly/helpful. The neighborhood of the hotel is not the prettiest, but we felt safe and did everything by foot since it’s very close to the historical center. There’s also a metro nearby.

Standard check-in should be at 2pm instead of 3pm and check-out at 12pm instead of 11am (at no extra costs).

We stayed two nights in BobW. It was easy to check in with details sent to us before arrival. There is no staff at the facility, but they are easy to get in contact with through the system and they even reached out to us a couple of times during our stay to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We stayed in a deluxe room with no balcony and it was such a great room for us. The room is big and there's a kitchenette with everything we needed. The bathroom was big and had a good shower. The room feels modern and exclusive. The bed is very comfortable. There is tea and coffee in the room, but if you need more then there's a pantry on the ground floor where you can easily get more. We needed to do laundry while we were there and there was a washing machine and a tumble dryer at the ground floor. There is airers too that you can bring to your room. Free laundry powder as well. This was very nice and made our stay even better. The location was great, close to metros and restaurants. The rooms were super clean. Some people has written that there's a lot of graffiti in the area which is really only when shops close down and the shutters has graffiti on them. We felt super safe in the neighborhood which had a bit of a hipster vibe. We would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to stay there again.

These apartments were stunning and very modern. It is self check in so you let yourself in/out with your own codes provided on the app. We had an apartment to sleep 4 but there was only 3 of us so plenty of room. We had 2 shower rooms with toilet which was great and 2 double beds with a separate kitchen/dining area. This apartment did not have a balcony. The host left tea and coffee and some sweets for arrival which was nice and also left some items on the pinboard to be taken as souvenirs. The walk into the main centre was not far from this apartment, allow 5-10 mins depending on where you are going. Some of the streets surrounding the apartment were less desirable.

Amazing experience in this fantastic apartment. The location is wonderful, since it’s in the center of town so we did everything by walk. Excellent service, the rooms are beautiful , clean, we even have laundry service to wash our clothes. The view to the city from the windows are simply beautiful. The staff was very helpful and kind, the communication with them was always very nice and easy. They really hosted us in a very nice way and for us means a lot cause we were far away from Our city. I booked this place as a gift to my parents and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience, my mom and dad are very happy ! Highly recommend it !
