Loved the location. Very close to bars, cafes, restaurants, transport & attractions. Communication with Dimitris & and check-in /out procedure was easy. The beds were firm but comfortable & and the apartment was clean & spacious. It's fantastic to have the elevator in the building.

A few little things like no plug in the kitchen sink , some ice trays & scissors would have been handy ( we bought an ice tray & left them for future visitors). Better lighting in the bathroom. It was not the fault of the owner. However, it was very noisy at night with loud music playing until 3-4am & some jerk thinking it was ok to practice drumming in the early hours. You can hear everything from the adjoining apartment.

The studio bigger than I expected and has all you could need, air conditioning, bed very comfortable, everything clean and options for the maid to bring you anything you might need (more towels, toilet roll etc) over the week. Location is good - about a 20 min walk to the main attractions. The owner was very friendly, organised my taxi transfers which went seamlessly, allowed me to store my case safely after check out, responded quickly and politely.

Nothing really bad to say at all. I've seen a review complaining about the pubs outside...yes, that's loud and on Friday/Saturday goes on until about 4am - but, with the windows closed, kitchen and bedroom door shut and air conditioning on - you couldn't hear it, so didn't affect my stay at all.

We only stayed one night, but check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward. The apartment was nice, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large terrace. Despite being surrounded by many bars, cafés, and restaurants, we slept very well without any noise issues from outside.

The apartment could have been cleaner—the floor was quite dusty. The terrace door was left open, which might have caused the dust, but still, it requires a deep cleaning. The showerhead is positioned low, so you have to hold it while showering, which is a bit uncomfortable. However, it's worth staying for a short period, and I would recommend it.

The communication with Dimitris was very good all the way through. He even helped me by arranging airport pick up and drop off. Instructions on check in were very clear and accurate. The apartment is in a very cool area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was quite suitable for our 2 night stay and I feel it was good value for money We could walk to all major attractions of Athens. I did find the bed a little hard and I think it would benefit from a mattress topper Air con was good as well as fast wifi and a wonderful host Really good stay

If you have long legs like my hubby, you may find it a little squishy

The location and size of the apartment. There are so many cafes within a 2 minute walk. Shopping nearby is excellent too.We walked up Lycabettus hill first thing in the morning, absolutely fantastic. All the main sight seeing attractions are nearby too.

It was a little hard to find the sign for the entrance. However, instructions to get in are very clear. At first, the street seems a little dodgy, but in fact, it is fine and in the daytime very lively. There is a view of the building next door from the bedroom. The handle on the bedroom door needs to be repaired.

Nice and spacious apartment and balcony. No view from balcony, but it was nice to be able to sit outside. Comforable beds. Kitchen was good ti have, coffe and coffe maker. Soap and shampoo. About 10 min walking to Monastriaki square and same to Syntagma.( Better to go that way to Hadrian as you are then starting in Plaka.

Dresser in bedroom could be changed to make it look much nicer. There could have been more towels and toiletpaper, so I didn't have to ask for extra.

I recently stayed here with my partner and daughter, and it was a fantastic experience, especially for the price. The apartment was in a very central location, making it easy to walk to popular attractions, with plenty of lively bars and restaurants nearby. There's also an elevator, which was convenient, though it only fits two people at a time. Checking in was a breeze with a key box and code provided, allowing us to arrive at any time. The owner was very responsive and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying here! A quick tip for those driving: navigating Athens can be challenging, as drivers are often aggressive and many cars show signs of wear. While free street parking is available, we chose to park at Polis Parking, which is within walking distance and costs around €15 for overnight parking highly recommended for peace of mind!

It was value for money. The location is close to Omonoia Square metro station. There are many shops and cafés around. Although we haven't met him in person, Dimitris was very helpful and answered our questions very quickly.

Mosquitooos 🦟. The room was a bit humid. When we opened the window to air it, mosquitos swarmed to the room. It would be good if there was a fly net on the window. There wasn't a proper duvet cover (like a big bag) but only a sheet under it which was not very hygienic.

The geographic location was very good, very centric, but the neighbourhood was less good. Not crazy bad but not somewhere where me as a woman would dare walking alone and night. The room was fantastic and well equipped, clean and well thought of. Lots of space and ideal temperature. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, and helped us a lot. Staff was friendly as well.

As mentioned the neighbourhood is not ideal in terms of atmosphere but its closeness to the center compensates for that. We were unable to open the blinds and window. For the rest it was all good.

Where do I begin? Everything was great. Great location, apartment is very spacious, have all you need for your stay. The best thing was the check in and check out, no need to coordinate times, the key was waiting for me. Also I loved that I didnt get tons of messages from the host, we only interacted when needed. This is a 10 for the host. It's true that there are bars outside, but I was lucky not sure if it was because it was raining or January, but nobody was there so no music or noise. I could sleep like a baby. I didnt expect to have a jacuzzi, though I missed a shower, there's a shower head in the jacuzzi you can use. Wifi worked ok and tv channels are limited, but could watch some Greek series. Close to the metro (omonia) and supermarkets, restaurants etc. around the apartment, I staid in the zone 4 years ago, so I knew how it was. I hope to come back to this apartment in the future. Just a suggestion, having an actual shower and kitchen frypan would be great.
