The apartment was sparkling clean and just as pictured. Comfortable beds and each bedroom had a private bathroom. Location was about 15 minutes walk to everything and was quiet. Stratos was an extremely gracious host. The last day of our stay we had several hours until our flight. We were able to leave our luggage with him while we enjoyed the city a bit more. The laundry we did that morning was not dry yet and he was very kind to take it out of the dryer for us while we were out- truly above and beyond! Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was lovely. Very secure and so clean. Just as was advertised. Stratos was so helpful and always available to answer questions. Location was great and easy walking distance to monastriaki train station, shops and lovely restaurants. Stratos very kindly gave me an early check in as I had come straight from an international flight

Initially I was a little nervous as it looked like it was in a dodgy area with graffiti on walls etc and particularly as only 2 streets away I saw the riot police. I found out later however I was located in part of the business district and it was an Athens holiday week so they were patrolling the streets. It was very safe and I felt quite comfortable walking around the area.

The location of the apartment was within 2km of all the main areas and with loads of eateries and coffee shops near-by. The apartment itself was to a very high standard with very good beds, linen, towels and very nice shampoos and shower gels! The kitchen was well appointed (although we didn't use it as loads of restaurants in Athens!) and the living area was very welcome after a long day sightseeing! There was also a washing/drying room, but again we didn't use it as our stay was so short. We felt very safe in the apartment with two external doors (with key/code access) before our room door.

The only thing that was a slight annoyance (out of the control of the apartment hosts) was the road noise from below. As its a city we expected some noise, but the volume of the motorbikes throughout the night was disturbing - we guess that it echoed off the buildings around the apartment?

The apartment was clean, fresh and well looked after. The staff were amazing and very attentive ensuring we had all we needed when we needed it. The laundry room was a fantastic addition and made life so much easier not having to do a week's worth of clothes washing when we got home. The Host was great and very helpful, even booked a taxi for us to return to the airport.

We were dropped off at around midnight and the street the apartment is situated is not very appealing in the late hours of the night. That being said it is in a great location for exploring Athens and is around 25 minute walk to all the areas of interest in every direction. Don't let the graffiti put you off it's all over the city!

It was a large apartment with a separate living area/kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. We loved having a king-sized bed and the bathroom was large with plenty of counter space. The location was good for walking - about 10 minutes from the touristy Plaka area. The host met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. He provided a bottle of water and each day they replenished the coffee for the coffee maker in the room. A small laundry room was available in the common area of the hall.

The only real complaint was that it was quite noisy. There were skateboarders that were skating every night until almost 10pm and since we go to bed early that was disruptive. Also we were there for Orthodox Easter and there were fireworks late at night. The only other small negative is that the shower is completely open on one side and so water sprays all over the bathroom. Fortunately it seemed to be low humidity so it would dry in a few hours.

Our stay at KIN was excellent. The apartments are fully equipped, very comfortable to stay in, everything is new and clean. The manager was amazing and really helped us out, especially when we got stuck here without return flights to Israel. The location is great, with lots of bars in the surrounding streets. We’ll definitely come back!

Probably the best value for money you can find in Athens. From the outside it looked like a very old building, but once inside everything changed. Entire apartment was pretty modern and clean. Host Carlo was super kind and friendly and waited for us to get to the location till late at night. On the floor there was a nice laundry room with modern appliances for guests to use (washing machines and dryers). The thing that surprised us the most was when they put our clothes back in the apartment after being washed and dried. Location wasn't super close to the main touristic areas, but city is full of taxis that can take you almost anywhere for a few euros. Otherwise you can always take a nice walk. Definetly recommended, thank you Kin Athens!

Maybe some noise coming from the bars downstairs, but nothing surprising considering you're sleeping in a big capital city. No big deal :)

Very clean and well presented accommodation. Staff special mention to Stratos as went over and beyond to help me with late checkin. Also he helped me with a transfer to the hotel as mine had cancelled last minute. Very helpful!!! Great location in the city of Athens. Secure entry into apartment.

Some noise of dinging from the lift people entering. However I shut inner door and was better.

This was our second stay here. And just like the previous time, everything was perfect. The apartment is in excellent condition and is fully equipped. Stratos, the host, gave us a very friendly and warm welcome which immediately made us feel at home. If you are looking for a quality accommodation in an area in Athens that is rapidly changing and developing, close to the city centre, then this really is the place to be.

The apartment was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed and nice towels - having a washer and dryer available was an added bonus. Stratos was a very responsive and helpful host. The location, which is about a 10 minute walk to the Plaka area, (where the action is) at first seemed a little bit dark and isolated, but once we learned our way, the walk was very easy.

The key to the front door could have been easier to use.
