Excellent location close to the centre of Athens. Very friendly and accommodating staff and surprisingly quiet for its location on a busy main street. I Couldn't hear any traffic noise at all when I shut the windows. Very clean, spacious rooms and the bathrooms are quite modern. Even though I'm writing a couple of negatives underneath, the hotel was actually a very pleasant experience. It's a city hole for short business travel.

There are absolutely no facilities to talk about, meaning that apart from the reception, there's no other room where guests can use to have a cup of coffee outside their rooms. There's no option for breakfast or a room to have that breakfast in to speak of. So, if you want to sit and get a cup of coffee or relax somewhere other than your room, you have to leave the hotel. The Internet Connection Speed is horrendous, absolutely abysmal, which makes it impossible to work from the room if you rely on their WiFi instead of your mobile router. Speeds were 3Mbps down and 10Mbps up at the best of times but very unstable with router freezes and disconnects.

The location is perfect! The hotel is very close to the city center, to the T-bane Panepistimio station and there are a lot of nice restaurants and bars around it. The room was big enough and the staff was very helpful and polite. It was easy to get in when the reception was closed. Also, there is no noise at all this was a big plus!

The bed was not very comfortable and the wifi was terrible. I had to use my data to participate in a meeting. But even to navigate in the internet the network was extremely slow.

The smell in the room when I first entered, but it's nothing too bad, or intolerable. The "lead time", between presenting/touching the card to the entrance of the resort, and the actual unlocking/opening of the Main Entrance! But, it's nothing too serious or substantial. It was clean and comfortable. The area was vivacious

The room was as described, roomy and comfortable. I was offered a kettle on arrival to supplement the coffee machine in my room so was able to make a cup of tea. The hotel was in the heart of the city and was an easy walk to the metro station although I tend to walk to most places myself. There is a lively night life just around the corner which goes on until the early hours of the morning although it did not disturb me in any way. The receptionist at the hotel was very pleasant and gave me a lot of advice on where and when were the best places to visit. His advice was very helpful.

We had a great stay at this small yet charming hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the daily cleaning service was much appreciated. Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the reception. They provided many good suggestions for the food and for the things to do in Athens. Monastiraki Square and Plaka are just a 20-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop right across the street with frequent connections to major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, with plenty of small restaurants, cafés, and mini markets nearby. Overall, a perfect value-for-money stay!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had an excellent experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Babiss at the reception, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive – his outstanding service truly made us feel at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, featuring a cozy bed, a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine, and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was large and modern, with a great shower, soft towels replaced daily, and a high standard of cleanliness. The hotel’s location is also a big plus – peaceful yet close to the city center, attractions, and public transportation. 💬 Overall, we feel we received great value for money. Excellent service, a clean and comfortable room, and a very convenient location. We would happily stay here again next time we visit Athens. This is a great hotel, the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, very clean, comfortable bed and plenty of storage space, there was a flat screen TV and a coffee machine. The bathroom was huge with a lovely big shower, and sink, lovely soft bath towels which were changed daily, housekeeping was very good. The location was good too, close to the city centre attractions. If we're ever in Athens again we will definitely be staying at this hotel.

Some thoughts: - The location is ideal, in the heart of Athens, close to Exarchia and Kolonaki, metro is like 5' away on foot. Many bars and restaurants nearby - Clean and spacious rooms, nice bathroom

- the reception closes relatively early (20:00 if I recall). The nice cafe on the top floor is open during reception hours, so we were not able to make it. As far as I understood, not meal options are offered (that includes breakfast). - the elevator is very small.
