The hotel exceeded my expectations. I stayed on the fifth floor heading to the main street. Sound isolation is very good, there was no noise from the street and the view to Mount Lykavittos was also nice. The window can be opened, if needed, A/C is working well. The room was pretty standard, modern look, deposit safe large enough for laptop, enough storage space for clothes, a small desk to work and a chair to relax, mini-fridge and kettle with daily added tee and instant coffee (and small bottle of water) were available. Maybe, there could be more electric plugs for charging. WiFi is working smoothly anywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was great, buffet style, with eggs at various styles, toasts, bacon, cheeses, salami, olives, cucumber, tomatoes, cereals, fruits, two sorts of juice, various coffees, tees, pastries etc. Easy to choose what you want. Since 6:30 till 7:00, cold breakfast was available for early birds. For relaxation, there is a small pool on the roof. It is quite deep (1.5-2m) so not for small kids, opens at about 11am, a few sunbeds for sunbathing are available for free (towels available there as well), and great views of Athens. The location itself may not seem that attractive, but metro station is about 10 mins walking (direct connection to airport and historical city center) and (trolley)bus stops are in front of the hotel. Supermarket is available across the street. Mount Lykavittos (great views) is right in front the hotel (you need to walk there, quite steep, about 25mins, as the funicular is from the other side of the hill). Syntagma square is about 25 mins walk and National Archeological Museum is also like 20 mins walk (but this museum was a bit disappointment with many rooms closed). Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; check-in and check-out was smooth. Briefly, speaking, I was very pleased by my one-week stay there.

Maybe, more electric plus would be useful.

Great choice at breakfast and all the food we had in the hotel was really good. The air conditioning was excellent and made a huge difference as there was a heatwave during our stay. The family room we had was spacious and had a little fridge. The bathrooms were well stocked with shower gel and shampoo etc. The pool area on the roof was a good size for the hotel and there we plenty of times when we had the pool to ourselves. Good selection of drinks available as well as ice cream.

Would have been nice to have a slightly larger selection of food on the menu. The drinks were expensive, but it wasn't just the hotel. It seemed most places we went, the drinks cost more than we were expecting. The location is ok, but the road outside could get busy and it was too far for us to walk to get to the tourist attraction. However, we had no problem getting taxis and as long as they were prebooked by the hotel or on an app, were not expensive.

Excellent customer service from the lady on reception, she was knowledgeable and very helpful sharing information about the city, travel, shops, busses etc. The room was clean and the roof pool was much needed in the August heat! The breakfast had a broad selection and plenty for our vegetarian family to enjoy too. The sunset from the roof is good too

The roof pool was not as it was pictured as there was no umbrella’s by the sun loungers and the while outdoors roof seating area, that looks very attractive in the photos, was empty of seats. It was incredibly hot in August so umbrellas by the pool are needed!

breakfast is well varied and good quality, pool is nice and not overcrowded (week day), staff was friendly (esp. restaurant), location was good for easy out of the city (airport 30min ride), good sized room and bathroom w the basics provided (desk, small table, toiletries, closet)

bed / mattress could have been better, charging for extra water bottles feels a bit cheap for a 4 star-hotel; bit far from subway (15min); while not super close to the main touristy areas there are still nice restaurants close by (10min) and some points of interest (Athens Academy, 20min)

It’s a beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly and obliging. Breakfast was great with lots of variety.

The opening time of the pool (11am) was quite restrictive in the morning and we’d have loved it to have been open earlier for a morning swim to allow our day being tourists to start earlier.

Clean hotel, very nice rooms .Great breakfast. Short walking distance from bus and trains.

A little far from main tourist spots like Plaka and Monasteraki. Pool never had any shade to cover you when on a sunbeds by the pool, so you sre always exposed to the sun. Shower head over a bath is never ideal, but this is a small issue.

AC in rooms was working OK, the size of the room was more than adequate with plenty of bathroom space. Breakfast was OK, nothing special, but repeated daily. The staff were very helpful 🙂

Didn't like the dirty pool, some days cloudy and the greasy coloured ring of dirt around the pool was off putting . Apart from that the hotel was a pleasure to stay at... The bar was a little overpriced compared to other hotels in the area, It's not in the centre so they need to keep the prices competitive in order to keep the customers from wandering outside.. especially from the pool area...

there isn’t a lot of restaurants or bars in the area so eating out was restrictive, we got a taxi to the Monastiraki area. It’s a 45 minute walk into the central Athens, Hadrian’s Arch, and 20 minutes to the nearest hop on hop off bus stop at the Archaeology Museum

2 connected badrooms that were perfect to accommodate my family (2 kids). Restaurant with excellent food and very nice people. Pool area very good.

It was not walking distance from the Acrópole and main ponts- we used the taxi and it was ok.

Everything. The room was well maintained and clean. The rooftop pool, bar, and seating area were exceptional for this price. The staff was kind and attentive. The breakfast was good.

That we only had 4 nights in this hotel 😉
