The single room was nice, with balcony and everything. They clean the room anytime you ask for it. The staff is amazing, they helped me for a lot of things (for example on how to reach a concert venue and all this stuff). The area is really quite and nice but there is no metro station. The closest metro it's Victoria and it's 1.5 km by feet and it's the line that closes at half past midnight also during weekends. There are many buses but you have to wait so, if you are on holiday it's not a problem. By night you can walk from Victoria or call a taxi but they apply more expensive rate for tourist without leaving receipt and they don't accept cards. There is a Grocery Store just nearby, open until midnight everyday, very useful. There are some restaurants just close by and if you walk a bit inside the area you can find more.

Sometimes the wi-fi was slow. I had a problem only one night with the neighbor, I called the reception but there was a lady that does not speak English so it was a problem to communicate. This is the only wrong note. The problem by the way was solved afterwards.

- It’s clean and in a quiet area. - The staff was very attentive always we needed any assistance.

- Breakfast needs to be improved a little bit more. - If we depend on the public transportation we have to be a little bit patient because buses take a while to stop at the closest bus station, even though the station is only 3min away.

Good value for money, balcony was very pleasant, good A/C.

One cockroach showed up at some point during our stay. It would be nice with a little more variety for the breakfast buffet, but in general it was very good.

Buffet breakfast , plenty of it, available from 7.30 - 10.30, alwyas being checked and topped up , if anything getting low. the rooms were immaculate, very comfortable beds, balcony with a view. Lift between floors, and some one in reception 24 hours. Room was cleaned when you went out, whatever time that was. Outside, within a 15 minute walk, you had near enough everything. supermarkets, bus stop, taxi rank, numerous different restaurants, and many cafes can coffee shops

There was nothing I didnt like. There was no fault with anything at the hotel for me.

No they made me feel at home, this is my third stay with no complaints Toilet system broke went and told reception they moved me to another room straight away and were so kind and thoughtfu

Everything except the parking. The parking isn't at the hotel, which we specifically asked for.

We wanted a hotel with on site parking, because of one disabled traveller and one small baby. Because of the awful parking situation, the disabled traveller had to go home. Not really fair.

Great hotel and staff; they are very friendly and helpful. The room was great, but the shower was small, and water kept coming out because of the curtains. The breakfast variety is limited, but it was good. The location is not far from the center and attractions, about a 30-minute to 1-hour walk, but there is so much to see along the way.

The staff were so kind and helpful. The facility was good, and the neighborhood was safe. There are nice restaurants next to the hotel with affordable prices and good food. And there's a market really close to the hotel, working to 11 p.m. I would highly recommend this place.

Only illumination in apartments is not so bright.
