The staff is so helpful and excellent! Whatever you need they help with. That was the absolute BEST part. VERY accommodating and nice! Bus right in front at the main street. I was able to take the bus from the main bus hub easily.

A little odd behavior at the corner, in the park, but no one approached me and in the morning a police presence.

It’s amazingly good value, especially in the middle of the tourist season, when getting a decent size room at a decent price can be a pain. Exis offer the choice of a large room with a small balcony (which I took) or a room with a jacuzzi. Staff are unwaveringly helpful. Rooms are very clean. There’s a very nice cinema nearby and the walk to the National Archeological takes in many shops from budget to mid-range (eg Zara, Badila).

It’s not the best of areas, though not particularly dangerous. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro, but there are frequent buses and trams just outside. The hotel itself is slightly antiquated but in a charming, quirky way, but no problems. Breakfasts, if taken, are quite basic.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a fridge in the room, which was really convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The jacuzzi was fantastic and worked perfectly.

We loved our room in the hotel, it really felt like a treasure from the past. Everything worked well, and having a fridge and good air-conditioning in the room was an absolute godsend. Staff were attentive and friendly, we loved our stay. This place is definitely a hidden treasure, it's got so much old-school charm. Would definitely recommend.

Can't think of anything we didn't like! Maybe we could have done with a kettle in the room, but there was a bar downstairs and the staff were happy to provide things we asked for when we needed them.

Our staying was excellent, the place fullfilled all of our needs and everything that was advertised was provided. I was a bit concerned due to the comments about the hotle location, I didn't see anything worrying at all during my time there. Be careful as in any big city streets.

Very beautiful and clean hotel with pleasant staff, you feel yourself like you are not in a hotel, but at a friend’s home, they helped us with all the questions that arose during our vacation. We would gladly return to this wonderful hotel.

Little far from the sea

It was good. Really love the night lady. She is very friendly.

The only thing was that the AC doesn't work well, so it was a bit hot. We had to sleep with the door open for a breeze. It might be helpful to have some fans handy if guests need it.

24 h front desk, very friendly and helpful staff, offered room cleaning every day, assisted in many things during the stay. The room was spaceious with more than enough furniture

Very nice hotel in good Athens location. The hotel is in a pretty building and has a lot of character for such a cheap room. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful with taxis etc. The location is good, there are nice cafes nearby and to get to central Athens is only a 30 minute walk or cheap 5 euro uber.

Best staff I have met. Fantastic team. The hotel is stunning. The room was perfect. Room service was exceptional. Value for money.

The only problem is the location. Unfortunately the park outside the hotel is a very bad element. Alot of unworthy on goings in the park.
