I loved the location—it’s on a quiet street but conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and cafes. I was able to walk to most destinations, and it’s very close to many of the area’s top sites. Ermou Street was only a 13 to 15-minute walk away. The daily breakfast provided was the perfect way to start each day. The property offers daily housekeeping, which was a great plus. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need, from a well-stocked kitchen to a washing machine. It had a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. We ended up extending our stay because of the excellent service and care from the hosts and staff. I will definitely return the next time I’m in Athens. It’s also perfect for families!

Nothing to complain about was truly a great place to stay and I had no negative issues.

An unforgettable stay in Athens We had a wonderful experience at Likno Hotel during our recent stay in Athens! Traveling with a 3-year-old can be a bit of a challenge, but this place made everything incredibly easy and comfortable for us. First of all, the location is absolutely perfect — you're close to everything, yet it's peaceful and quiet, so we could rest well after a long day of exploring. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, which we deeply appreciated, especially with a small child crawling and playing around. Everything inside was designed with quality and comfort in mind — from the furniture to the kitchen/bathroom equipment — everything was brand new and of high quality. What truly set this place apart, though, was the attention to detail and the outstanding hospitality. On the morning we were leaving, we had an early flight and to our surprise, they had prepared breakfast boxes for all of us, which were delivered right at 5:50 AM! It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made a difference. A special thank you to Panos, the manager of the location, who was nothing short of fabulous. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, kind — he explained everything in detail, sharing about the history of the place and made sure we had everything we needed. He was always just a message away, ready to help with anything. If you're visiting Athens, Likno is better and for sure more interesting than a 5 stars Hotel.

There is nothing on my mind, everything was more than perfect!

Our 4-night stay at Likno Suites in Athens was absolutely perfect! The 2 bedroom suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and ideal for our family of four. Every morning, we looked forward to the delightful breakfast boxes filled with fresh, delicious options—a wonderful way to start our day. A special thanks to Lina, the exceptional hospitality manager, for her warm welcome and assistance with everything we needed. The central location was ideal for exploring Athens, yet the suites provided a peaceful retreat after a busy day. We cannot recommend Likno Suites enough and will definitely return.

We liked everything, the location, the buiding, recently renovated, the whole apartment and the welcoming from Apostolia, the location manager. The apartment is very confortable, modern, well maintained and well soundproofed. The kitchen is well equipped with Miele appliances, Nespresso machine. The breakfast is delivered every morning in front of the door, a lot of good food. And Stella, the housekeeper is very nice and helpful. Apostolia offered us the traditional greek cake for 1st Day of New Year, Vasilopita, and a sparkling wine.

Look no more! This appartement was AMAZING with an amazing manager. The space was magnificent ! So high tech , bright, had a washing machine, a great balcony and all you need. You couldn’t beat the location either as it was in the most beautiful neighborhood with high end shopping and all shopping you need, walking distance from many many restaurants and cafes! We were welcomed with extra bottles of water, fruits and a wonderful daily breakfast that was left for us outside on a table starting 8am! The person who greeted us was just outstanding. He provided us with an incredible customer service experience. He was available to answer any questions during our stay. He was responsive and even got us treats day before our last!!! Thank you so much for all you did, we had a memorable stay at your place.

The apartment is beautiful and practical with hidden closets all over it. The owners have definitely the eye for quality premium interiors. Every detail is modern and well curated. Great location, daily cleaning and most importantly an amazing manager: empathetic, professional and so invested in making your stay memorable.

The unique issue is the long staircase to reach the lift. With strollers and suitcases, it can be challenging sometimes. However they have the automatic lift for people with special needs making this place an accessible one.

Location is central to shopping area. Room amenities were good range with full kitchen, laundry and entertainment (smart tv, vinyl player). Very spacious living and bedroom for family size accommodation. We would love to stay longer but was an overnight stay before we fly off to Santorini. Manager was attentive and helpful.

The heater setup was not ideal as we have a family member midway through washing hair when the heater run out of heated water. We have to wait for heater to reheat. For family with kids make sure you have the heater setup to the right temperature before that especially during winter season. The instruction to switch off heater before taking a bath was a little strange. There is a flight of stairs to the lift lobby and be prepared to lug your luggage up.

Likno is centrally located within walking distance of the major shopping road. Nevertheless the apartment is very quiet, you can only hear the hustle and bustle of the city with the windows open. Likno feels like a home away from home! The breakfast baskets were made with love and well thought through. Apostolia was an amazing host. She made sure we had everything we needed at all times. She checked on us to make sure we were safe during the ongoing protest. I would like the express my appreciation to her!

I have absolutely no complaints. We once had a short issue with electricity which was resolved quickly (despite the fact that a major protest was going on in the city)
