NJV Athens Plaza is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Athens. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable—right on Syntagma Square, with easy access to major attractions. The facilities are excellent, with spacious, spotless rooms and great dining options. A perfect choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Athens!

I was disappointed with the view from my window—it wasn’t an interior garden, just the interior of the building, which was quite unappealing. Aside from that, it was a great stay, and I’d still recommend the hotel for its comfort and convenience. Pretty noisy in the morning, if the cleaners are around.

Loved our stay at NJV Athens Plaza! This 5-star hotel in Syntagma Square is a total gem. The location’s perfect—steps from the Parliament, Plaka, and metro. My Acropolis-view room was stunning, with cozy bedding and a luxe bathroom. Staff were super friendly, hooking us up with an early check-in and great tips. Breakfast was a feast, and the Explorer’s Bar had awesome cocktails. Freshly renovated rooms were quiet and stylish. No gym, but they’ve got a deal with a nearby fitness club. Highly recommend this spot for a classy Athens getaway!

Very helpful staff, the hotel was warm, welcoming and comfortable. The bed was so good to sleep on I wanted to take it home with me.

housekeeping service a little erratic. Tea or coffee cups, spoons either not provided or not replaced. The options regarding cleaning on the hotel tablet were not clear or detailed enough. there didn’t seem go be an option to just choose room cleaning with no towel/laundry change. 3 days without cleaning or emptying of waste bins is too long.

Location was excelent but not very convinient if you have a car as there is no parking facilities other than assistance of the door staff. The reception and door staff was very helpful and nice.

The Bathroom of the room we stayed had glass shower separation that constantly leaked water to the bathroom floor which made the Marble on the floor dangerously slippery, this was due to having the hotel rooms getting old and details worn out. breakfast could be better with more fresh greenery options and better maintained buffet.

We stayed at NJV Athens Plaza, right in the center of Syntagma Square. The hotel is elegant, the renovated room was very comfortable, and everything was spotless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Truly a five-star experience – we can’t wait to come back to Athens and stay here again ❤️🇬🇷

The hotel's location is great in center of Athens, the staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very expensive if you want to have it at the hotel, but the main problem was the location of our room. There was no balcony, and when we wanted to get some fresh air, we encountered the noise of a generator or similar machine, and we couldn't use the window.

The reception should tell the guests that the "dont disrturb" is a button beside the door instead of a piece of paper to hang on the door. I didnt know that until third day and got annoyed by employees just walking in randomly.

The staff were extremely helpful. Very courteous and polite and were able to help us with any adjustments to booking. Room was modern and very comfortable . Beautiful breakfast .

We could not see out of the window as the glass was frosted. (Faced back of building and views other buildings) . This was not really a concern as we just spent our time sightseeing.

Location and room were very good. I stayed in top floor with view of the ACROPOLIS, this was excellent experience. Breakfast varietis is excellent, but the resturant space few times was limited due to large groups of tourists.

The worst thing was the traffic noise all the times, specially at night, due to lack of proper sound block windows
