Great location, very responsive and friendly host, comfortable bed and pillows, blackout curtains, modern and elegant building and apartment, nice amenities, eco-friendly, no noise from neighbors, good wall soundproofing.

No soundproof windows on a very busy street next to a bar. Windows definitely need to be replaced, seemed very outdated. Pillow cases were not clean, protective pillow covers had yellow stains from unknown fluids, I just washed everything as it was unsanitary. Balcony was not clean, there was even cigarette ashes on the chair covers. Floors were also not clean, carpets felt dirty too.

The location of the apartments was in the beautiful neighborhood of Kolonaki. The neighborhood has many bars and coffee shops and also a small supermarket. We loved it, although it is quite high and sometimes it was a bit tiring to go up these hills by foot, However there is always the possibility of taking a Huber at only 5 Euro. The apartments were very convenient and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was always available to answer any queries we had. It was a great stay and I would recommend this apartment.

The entrance door was broken and it gave a bit of a scary feeling at first. Also the elevator is really old.

This is a well organized and comfortable studio, with a large balcony, in a wonderful location within Athens. The air conditioning, which is necessary at night in Summer, works well. The kitchen is tiny and minimally equipped, but I was able to manage and cook for myself every evening. There are supermarkets nearby and even a very nice organic store with all food needed to the other side of the street. The bathroom has a very nice shower. The building and apartment are very calm. It is very conveniently accessible from the airport, and is quite central in a very lively and upscale district.

The place to store clothes: its height is small and you cannot hang shirts, there's no available empty drawer to put your things. The door at the entrance of the building has a thick glass panel that is broken

The location is excellent! Very good and safe neighborhood, close to metro and syntagma square. The bed is super comfortable, we had everything we needed! Asked for new towels from the staff and they happily replaced them. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Check-in was fast and convinient.

The shower head was a little bit rusty, not very comfortable shower. Also, they need to change the toothbrush cup due to mould in it. The kitched has everything but no table and chairs to sit and eat what you make.. fyi. LOTS of mosquitos, but i guess thats not in their control, they did put an anti-mosquito bracelete for each one of us, which is nice.

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of tourist attractions and right in the heart of Athens. The house was a studio (1+0) with a balcony. You can really enjoy it; it gets great sunlight. Besides that, all the amenities in the house were excellent. Additionally, they were very easy to communicate with and answered all my questions.

The toilet was clean, but unfortunately, after taking a shower, an odor spreads due to insufficient ventilation.

We had a great experience at Elia kolonaki luxury apartments. Our apartment was nice and clean, with everything we needed for our stay in Athens, also having a balcony was a big plus! The location is perfect, the neighborhood is beautiful and not so crowded with tourists, it’s not far from the center and also 10 minutes walk from the lively neighborhood of Exharcheia. We would recommend it to everyone visiting Athens.

Very good location, close to Sintagma square and the Parliament with easy access to the Acropolis and Plaka and Monestiraky neighborhoods. Comfortable apartment fit with what's needed for a few days holiday. What you see in the pictures is what you find in there.

Due to pretty old windows that are not sound proof and due to fact that Athens is very vibrant almost all night long, it can be disturbing to hear the noise from the street.

Location : Kolonaki is the best area to stay in Athens Room is spacious & clean & near to the interesting places in Athens either by walk or Taxis Bathroom has Shatafa for Arabs :) Hot Water available for Showers Excellent Wifi The owner is super friendly and helped us to keep our luggage even after checking out by 2 days

We found two Cockroach end of the stay but they said it is normal in Summer

Location, 25 mins to Acropolis walking, 5/10 to metro, gardens etc., lots of nice restaurants around Modern, balcony, most powerful shower I've ever used (may even say too powerful!)

Walked in smelt of cigarette smoke, so not a good first impression. However balcony doors open for a while and it did go.

The staff team is really friendly and helpful. At beginning there were some issues but only due to the previous guest. We have several calls with Andreas but all resolved as soon as possible. The location is very nice and quiet, the room has a lot kitchen facilities which is very convenient for whom stay in multiple days! In general, it was very pleasure stay for us.

Somehow WIFI is quite slow in our room. And it would be better if bathroom stuff like shower gel could be arranged based on how many nights the guest will stay (since it is not a hotel room).
