We checked in early and got to rest in the apartment which was just ready. Rooms were very quiet and faced an inner courtyard. Beds were comfortable. Sitting area was spacious and allowed two of us to spread out. Area was quiet and the hotel is located among residential buildings. Breakfast was wonderful and included everything one needs. Having a kitchen is so convenient for warming up a simple supper. I would stay here again and recommend highly. Easy walk to Metro stop Evangelimos which is 2 stops from the center Monastiraki.

Hotel is in a very nice, old building. Minor comment: The elevator is from the '50s. It works fine, just small.

I stayed there because of my Philosophy Interests, Aristotle's Lyceum is about 8 or 10 minutes away by foot. Also, I like that it has a reception desk and is so easy to get useful and vital information from Nicholas especially. The breakfast was generous, with many options for different tastes, I had my daily cup of camomile tea just like I do at home, which I was not expecting to have. Lots of restaurants around, even that due to an allergy I prefer to cook my own food. Quiet at nights and a safe neighbourhood, with lots of friendly people and dogs. It is also not difficult to get around in English, most people speak or understand more than basic sentences.

Even that I chose to travel there at the end of September the average was 30 degrees in the temperatures, it was difficult to walk around....for me, especially during my day in the steep climb and steps in the Acropolis.

We arrived super early but were given the keys to start our day. The apartment was very clean, spacious ( with a large balcony), and quite comfortable with plenty of storage. We were close to the metro and within walking distance of downtown. There are numerous restaurants right next door. I would stay here again without hesitation.

1) no kitchen supplies ( clean sponge, dish towel, or dish soap 2) missing tub plug 3) we were asked for our room number to verify we were guests after we ate breakfast. No one else got asked and it might have been linked to our ethnicity. Please ask all your guests to avoid the perception of discrimination.

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was pristine when I first entered and was cleaned every day. The position was also very convenient for my work trip, and it is also very easy to reach on foot from the nearby subway station.

The pillows could have been more comfortable, and breakfast options could be improved with very little effort. No hot milk was provided (very easy fix), and fruit was also limited and on a slice-it-yourself basis. Adding a hot milk jug and a couple more fruits (possibly pre-sliced for lazy people like me) would be enough to make breakfast basically perfect.

This is the third time we stay at this nice apartment hotel. We love the location near a large park, and the convenient access to anywhere in the city. The apartments are spacious with double windows, the kitchen is excellent and the beds are comfortable.

In the apartment we stayed in, it was almost impossible to shower properly. We understand the need to save water, but this was a bit excessive, and also actually extends the time of water usage far beyond what is required. We were surprised because in the previous times the current was not the strongest, but certainly reasonable.

Delice Hotel is just a perfect option to enjoy the city of Athens. Located in a very calm neighborhood, you are not exactly in the city centre, but just a 10-15 minute walking from Syntagma. Subway is very close to the hotel, too. However, it just take 30 minute to get to Monastiraki by foot, so is much better, as it lets you enjoy and discover the city. Delice Hotel has all you need to make a really lovely stay, as amenities are very good and staff is welcoming and ready to help. We are coming back for sure, sooner rather than later. We are delighted!

The hotel is conveniently situated on the route to the airport, allowing us to enjoy a restful night's sleep before catching our train. The proximity to the airport terminal was a major plus point. The night receptionist greeted us warmly, and our room was spotlessly clean. We were surprised to find a cake on the dining table. We only discovered its purpose after inquiring with the receptionist. A welcoming note explaining the gesture (a New Year’s eve tradition), especially for families with children, would have been great. While the beds were comfortable, we found ourselves a bit chilly, with only two blankets provided for five people. After a long day of travel, the ambiance of the hotel felt somewhat outdated and dimly lit, particularly the dining area located in the entrance, reminiscent of old Parisian flats from the 1960s. An update to the decor would enhance the overall atmosphere. Additionally, a more spacious bathroom would be preferable, particularly for taller individuals who may find the narrow space challenging. Although the presence of a restaurant at the foot of the hotel added convenience, it also contributed to some noise, which could be disruptive for families with children. Overall, our stay was satisfactory, but not the best we've had in Athens as a family. The atmosphere felt somewhat impersonal.

Everything was wonderful, including possibility to prepare a cup of tea in the room - it was perfect - also Chamomile tea was available. It was nice to use possibility to use writing table in lobby after check - out as I had to work. Taxi for airport was available in few minutes. I plan tp come back to this hotel during my holidays. Breakfast was very good - nice start of the day.

It was literally and apartment, with living room, kitchen and dining room, so it was super comfortable. The bedroom was huge too and you could perfectly live there. It's relatively close to Evagelismos metro station so easy access everywhere and the neighborhood is super chill, residential and with enough restaurants.

I didn't sleep that well, probably because they were two single beds instead of a big one as I'm used too. Shower was a bit disappointing.

We booked this apartment for our last night before heading to the airport, and it exceeded our expectations. It comfortably accommodated our family and provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, adorned with crisp white sheets reminiscent of those found in hotels. Overall, it offered excellent value for money.

The bathroom and kitchen are little old-fashioned but not an issue for us. Indeed having 2 full bathrooms for 2 bedrooms is not usual in Athens. We appreciated!
