Everything was great ! The building is amazing, with exceptional facilities. Apartment is lovely, confortable, clean, cozy and you can keep it very dark during the night, so you can get a proper rest after a busy day exploring Athens. Location is exceptional, 15 min away from metro station, which you will only use on your way from and to the airport. Because from the apartment you can explore all the main touristic points by walking. Also the neighbourhood counts with many markets, bars, restaurants and bakeries for breakfast. Couldn't have stayed in a better place ! :)

The design of the space is pleasant, there is everything you need for a vacation. Modern and proper design. Relatively central location, many supermarkets near the building and we loved the gym

The apartment is on the ground floor and there is no window in one of the bedrooms. Although the apartment is very beautiful and cozy, some of the pictures shown on the website are different from the apartment itself (probably from other apartments in the building). It is desirable that there be a match between the viewing and the apartment itself. We enjoyed the apartment and the vacation very much, but we were surprised that we were on the ground floor and that the apartment was a little different in design from what is shown on the website.

The residence was very nicely renovated and clean. The artwork was very cool too. The garage door window coverings were excellent for shutting out the light and getting a good night's sleep. The main patio balcony was very large and comfortable to sit out at night. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the fridge was cold when we arrived, which is not always the case for some places in Athens. There are TVs in every bedroom, which my kids enjoyed at night. Safes were provided as well to keep valuables and passports. We were pleased with the neighborhood. It seemed safe for families and was not busy. We were close to grocery markets. Walking to the agora, across from the Temple of Olympian Zeus and took about 25 minutes. It is also one of the pick up point for the Cape Sounion/Temple of Poseidon tour. We would stay there again.

The only thing we disliked is that the housekeeper only left us 3 towels to take a shower and there were 5 of us. We contacted our host Eva and she sent a message to the housekeeper to bring us two more. We got the towels at 2 pm the next day.

From the new building, very nice and central location to all the necessary facilities, the welcoming and quick replying host- all was more than superb! Extraordinary place for amazing price ! I really hope they don’t put the cost up cuz this place is a gem! I had so much space and was one bedroom, fully equipped kitchen just as the photos! Private access to gym as well as bbq and best part was that the building was not crowded and also I had my privacy with a personal patio! At the end due to taxi strikes in the city my host was so considerate to offer me a pre-booked ride to the airport ! I can’t ask or think of more ! In addition laundry room was with brand new machines and dryers as well as softener and detergent was provided for the guests !

Recently had the opportunity to stay at a holiday apartment in Athens, and I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location of the apartment was fantastic—nestled in a vibrant neighborhood that allowed easy access to some of the city's most iconic landmarks. We were just a short taxi ride from the Acropolis and other historical sites, which made exploring the city with our family a breeze.

This stay made my Athens trip so memorable. The location is the best thing about the stay and everything is within walking distance. My room is on the lower ground floor which I was a bit hesitant about at first, but my room has a private “garden” area which is really lovely to let light in in the morning. Eva is really lovely and quick at replying to messages. I locked myself out of my room once when I left for dinner, but Eva was quick at replying with the code for the door - I was out quite late for dinner and she was really nice about it and even replied to my message past midnight (I do not condone my behaviour of bothering the staff past midnight and would be completely understandable if she only replies to me the next morning)

The area is great but be aware that its quite hilly and if you’re bringing with you a big suitcases, you might not have the best first impression

Really nice apartment for family and friends. Safe neighborhood also for women, lots of good restaurants around and everything else you may need (supermarket, pharmacy). Very quiet day and night. Highly recommended 😊

If you want to get to the main attractions in Athens you will need a taxi. Metro station is 10 min walk. BUT we knew that and wanted the quiet and safe neighborhood. Taxi is only 5 to 10 euros so it was right for us

Loved this place! We stayed twice last month,, and both times we were very happy. For our first stay, we inquired about early check-in, and got the room by 12 pm. This meant an extra afternoon of sight-seeing! Host Eva is very good at replying and answering any questions and concerns, and giving clear instructions regarding self check-in. The studio is clean, with a modern, well-equipped kitchenette, good bathroom and excellent bed and nice linens. There is a safety-deposit box to lock valuables. A big bonus for us was the laundry room, with two big washing machines and dryers. Olympus Residence is a ten minute walk from the center of Athens. During our stay it was very quiet at night. We are so thankful we found this place, and will book again if visiting Athens in the future. Thanks Eva!

The street itself is uneventful, and sidewalks are narrow. Looking out from our window we only saw parked cars. However, we went places everyday, so it wasn't a problem for us and there is a beautiful park 15 min away.

I like the responsiveness and warm gestures Eva gave. I had a little bit difficulty to get the the place, and not able to open the key box to get the key. She was very patient and guided me using WhatsApp. Even I have not met her in person, I feel very much been taken care of. She is very friendly and makes me feel welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable. Large enough for one or two people. However, overall I am happy with the place and will recommend to a solo or a couple travelers.

The only problem is the location is not very easy to find. I had to use taxi several times, and you have to walk out to the main street, and most taxi drivers are not familiar with this particular address. Since I had some problems with my legs, walking to the street was difficult for me.

The residence provides a memorable and enjoyable experience for us, with its combination of convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent amenities. Whether traveling for business or leisure, guests can expect a pleasant and satisfying stay at this residence. Eva was a helpful person, every instructions to enter the residence was timely and accurate. The residence was located in a wonderful neighborhood with many facilities nearby and you can enjoy the Athenian family life. We had a studio and really enjoyed our stay at the residence and I strongly recommend choosing it.

When I booked I asked for a space with 2 kids, but only one sofa served as a bed for my 2 kids, and this was not good.
