I absolutely loved our stay at Athens BlueBuilding. Based on the reviews, I expected it to be good, but it exceeded my expectations on all fronts. The location is very convenient, within walking distance from the city center, in a lively area with plenty of nice cafes and shops. The building is new and modern, and all the flats are beautifully furnished with every detail considered—from a daily supply of bottled water to dryer racks. I also enjoyed spending time on the balcony, which is huge and provides ample shade. The host and staff were incredibly nice and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Overall, we spent a week in this apartment, and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay in Athens.

I'm not sure what else to add because I liked everything. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy on Friday nights, but the apartment has excellent sound insulation.

This place was great. Excellent location in walking distance to Acropolis, Parthenon, Olympic stadium and many, many restaurants. Much more modern building and design compared to others in Athens. Very clean and well set up. Good sized kitchen and living area with a very comfortable bed in the bedroom. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors led to a nice patio. We also had access to a rooftop space on the top floor. Communication was easy via text. Breakfast food was provided for our stay (fresh fruit, bread, coffee, tea, juice, etc). Our room on the 6th floor had a couch the had a pull-out trundle twin bed, so we could accommodate 2 other family members in the living area. Just a great place to stay in a very good, safe area in Athens with lots to do within a 10 - 30 minute walk. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious, modern, clean place in a great area of Athens.

The size of the apartment was exceptional, it was well equipped with everything you could ever need for self catering, or home time relaxation. The outdoor areas, fittings and doors and windows were of a very high quality. The location suited us perfectly, with great local restaurants very close buy that serve quality food. (Unlike the tourist traps in near the acropolis) We also enjoyed the small 2km walk to the main attractions, thus avoiding the usual tourist stampede. The code entry system is much more preferable to a physical key.

Lack of gym.

Such a good apartment in a location that was a short walk from the centre of Athens and many tourist sites including the Acropolis. Our host Panagiotis was extremely helpful and provided a lot of useful information and was at hand to assist with any questions over whatsapp. The apartment was a great size, was fully equipped with everything you would ever need and more for a holiday and was stocked with quality food and drink for breakfast. I could not recommend Athens BlueBuildings highly enough and will be returning for sure.

Nothing at all

The Bluebuilding apartment had all the comforts for a great stay in Athens. It was very clean the bed was such a dream to sleep in. The ladies that looked after the house keeping Tamara and Linda were amazing, loved them. Thank you we highly recommend the Bluebuilding apartments we will come again 🙂 clean we’re so

Nothing everything was great

Second time here. Such a lovely apartment and wonderful host. Cant get over the quality of the linen as good as any 5* hotel. Set in a vibrant young neighbourhood with public transport, a taxi stand across the road and a superb supermarket on the corner. Plus lots of food options nearby. Easy walk through the park to Plaka and Metro etc

This is a uniquely beautiful property in a great location in Athens. My only choice for stays in the city. Close to everything without the chaos of the downtown core. Great for families and the nicest management and staff you could wish for. An excellent choice.

My only regret was leaving. Staff made us feel like family. Always available and responsive. Coming back to the apartment feels like coming home and everything is available to make for a wonderful trip. Athens is an amazing city but can be tiring and it is lovely to come back to this relaxed oasis in the heart of the metropolis.

Our stay at the BlueBuilding in Athens was great. This modern building, established in 2019, stands as a symbol of contemporary architecture and design. The modernist solutions were flawlessly incorporated, adding a unique flair to the space. The apartment on the third floor was spacious, bright, and equipped with all the modern amenities that make you feel right at home. From the roof, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Parthenon. The owners ensure that guests are provided with a variety of products for the breakfast, further enhancing the experience. It’s an excellent hotel for a short stay, and I highly recommend the BlueBuilding to anyone seeking true comfort during their time in Athens.

Super nice area, very comfortable, well designed and super bright apartments with two balconies and a beautiful rooftop.

The communication within the booking.com app works very poor. I got asked about my arrival time tho i put it while booking. I was asking if i could drop my luggage a while before checking which I got told would not be a problem. But then there was no-one there to open the door. And finally the owner came about 10 minutes after checking time to the apartment. Nothing dramatic, but not the way you want it to be either.

Everything! The property had everything we could ever ask for, and it exceeded our expectations entirely! The location, the apartment, the facilities within the apartment, and the hosts themselves were perfect. The size of the apartment was amazing and I wish we stayed longer! I would definitely recommend BlueBuilding to anyone who is thinking about going to Athens. If we ever come back we will be staying here again no questions asked!
