Clean, well equipped, nicely furnished flat. It is a great price for what you get including a nice balcony. There are shops and restaurants nearby and the area is nice. There are bus stops near by to get into the centre.

The location isn't always the best when you want to go into town. Lots of walking and waiting for buses, and often switching to the metro on a journey.

Lovely , clean, modern, well equipped apartment and great correspondence with the owners.

The step up to the bed is a little dangerous. I forgot it was there on the first night and fell down it and hurt myself on my way to the bathroom. You need to put on the low level lighting which we found the next day and then it’s ok. It is advisable to prebook a taxi to return at night from the city centre as we had great difficulty booking uber at night - it kept cancelling and taxi drivers refused to take us to the apartment location because of too much traffic. One night we waited 2 hours and eventually a taxi driver agreed to take us for 4 times the usual fare in cash! We had no problem during the day and lots of other people were also waiting a long time for cabs at night so it could just be a general problem rather than one specific to this location. Overall it is a great property.

I reserved a 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartment. It is located in a residential area and the neighborhood seems good. The apartments were clean with all amenities in good working order. Also the rooms were spacious and the 3 bedroom apartment had large attached bathrooms as well. There was a cafe downstairs and a 24/7 grocery store close by which was very convenient. Getting to city center was not a problem with plenty of taxis available. The apartment managers Chris and Eva were both very helpful, prompt and courteous with all the questions /information I requested.

It is nice to have an attached bathroom for the 2 bedroom apartment as well. The 3 bedroom apartment had an attached bath with all bedrooms.

This apartment was great, very clean and comfortable. The rooms were big and had a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We traveled with kids so it was very convenient to have a full kitchen. It was not in the center of the city but that was exactly what we were looking for, a less crowded, tourist area. They have a cafe on the first floor. The food there was very good and the people were very friendly, honestly the only friendly ones we met in Athens. They have many restaurants with local food around the area within walking distance. We had a car so moving around to the acropolis and other places was not an issue. The instructions to get in were very simple and easy and Chris was very nice and always available via whatsapp. We recommend this place and would stay here again.

If you rent or have a car parking will be the only issue. They do not have a parking lot so we always have to park on the street and parking in Athens in general is very hard to find. We did manage to find parking on the street but once we parked we tried to not move the car and just walk instead.

Good location, with plenty of people around. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, with AC in both the main room and bedroom (separate units), and hit water always available. Wifi, TV, balcony, full kitchen inc. washing machine all great.  Balcony on two sides, with patio table and chairs available. Gregory's downstairs is very affordable and brilliant for coffees, pastries, breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Everything was honestly great. Would be good to have dishwasher tablets, maybe some Nespresso capsules.

The apartment is large, clean, with almost everything you need: a washing machine, a dishwasher, two toilets, a comfortable bed, a large fold-out sofa, convenient for children, comfortable furniture, decent equipped kitchen. Necessarily information have been sent in advance. The owner responded very fast and we could use the central heating, as the weather was chill for a few days. The area is reasonable quiet for a dense populated city. Be aware is not in the center or subway, but the transport goes well. We had no problem walking to the center, but it is not a short distance. Shops, cafes, bakeries, some restaurants are all within walking distance. Gregory's is just beneath for a coffee, pastries or a sandwich.

Just a few minor things I mentioned to the owner.

We really enjoyed the decoration of the apartment as long as how clean it was. The mattresses were very comfortable and size of bedrooms were quite descent. It was a very good choice for four people.

The fact that we had a car was a big trouble for us because the apartment is located close to the city center where there are a lot of cars and very few free parking spots. So, if someone has a car has to either rent a space in a private one or search for too much time to find a free spot and not necessarily close to the apartment.

The property is easy to spot which is sometimes a challenge with airbnbs… in this case the apartments are located upstairs from a Gregory’s cafe so it’s super easy to spot ! The instructions provided were clear and allowed us to check in late at night after a delayed flight and to check out on an early morning . The apartment itself was modern , clean and had anything you would need , utensils , plates , soap , towels etc Lastly the neighborhood was nice and safe with many shops in walking distance as well as restaurants and supermarkets and easily accessible to Athens center by a quick taxi ride . We’d stay again !

Nothing to note

This is one of the nicest city apartments I have ever stayed in. It has everything you need, even three tvs and all the kitchen facilities for a longer stay. Everything seemed quite new and the communication with Chris was well over normal good service. The location was great with around 30 minutes to Syntagma by foot and it still felt very local and Greek. The cafe downstairs and pizza (almost like real Italian pizza) place just by the next corner were a bonus as well. I would definitely be coming back, as the value of the property was just perfect too.

The only thing if I would have to mention something was that I had to buy my own bin bags, otherwise everything was excellent and I wished I could have stayed longer than three nights.

The place is spacious, well compartmented with bedrooms on opposite sides and the kitchen + living area in the middle. It has a 360 view with balconies running on each side, good coffee downstairs at Gregorys. Has everything you need for a short or long stay: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove etc. Amazing value for money

It wasn't that clean but I'm cherry picking. Pretty far from city center but well connected nonetheless. We only got one set of towels and we stayed 6 nights. They didn't include coffee although downstairs, at Gregorys, you could get a 10 pack of capsules for 3 euros but they would charge you 10 euros for some.
