The house was brand new and with all comforts.

At the upper floor, the window on the top/ceiling. It couldn't close, so the sun woke us up everymorning.

The apartment is amazing and has two double rooms and two bathrooms. Nice to have parking onsite. I would definitely recommend it..

The apartment goes way beyond my expectations and had everything we needed. The only negative was it was a little far from the sea front, but I managed on my mobility scooter. It would have been nice to have a toaster, but the accommodation is excellent. As I get more disabled I am going to have to think more about ground floor accommodation or a decent lift, but that is my issue and I really enjoyed your apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Chios. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and everything inside was brand new. We stayed as two couples and found the two-bedroom layout perfect for comfort and privacy. The location is peaceful, about 1 km from Chios town—close enough to reach easily, but far enough to enjoy some quiet. The host was excellent—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chios!

I loved the cleanliness of the suite. It was brand new, equipped with all necessary amenities, modern design and very good location near Chios centre. One of the main reasons I chose this place was that it was pet friendly and I have two dogs. The owner (a very polite young lady named Helena) absolutely loved them. Another very important thing is the free private parking just outside the suites because parking is rather difficult in Chios.

I would be ungrateful if I could find anything that I wouldn’t like about Almeta Suites.

Location is very close to the city center. I really like the neighborhood, it is quite and safe. Rooms are very big, bathroom is so clean. Even there is a balcony for the enjoyable breakfast ! I highly recommend.

For the Wi-Fi password, I have to call the host, because I did not have internet with my Turkish cell. She was very helpful when I call her but I have to paid additional cost for the international call. There can be a welcoming box including some tips about home such as Wi-Fi password, oven usage etc.

Brand new facilities, very well equiped, sparklimg clean, private parking, central location and amazing staff!

Could further enhance the amazing experience by having some basic stuff to enable eating/cooking (eg salt, peper, oil, napkins or kitchen paper etc.) Additionally a shelf or container in the shower would be useful.

Last year we stayed 8 no room we liked it but this year we stayed at no6 room and upstairs room has very low ceiling. Not a big problem but if i knew room 6’s ceiling is low, i would prefer room8.

Clean, spacious and quiet self-catering accommodation providing all amenities (toaster, coffeemaker, washing machine, big fridge, well-functioning air conditioning), in a residential area of the city of Chios and very close to the municipal beach, the airport (without suitcases, one can reach the airport even on foot in about 25 min. walk, by car it is a 3 min. ride), 15 min. walk away from the port and with a variety of options for grocery shopping nearby. Upon arrival, we found two bottles of cold water waiting for us in the fridge (a very welcoming gesture given the high temperatures!) as well as shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. We especially liked the fact that there were three verandas/balconies to choose from when we wanted to chill out, which meant that there was always a shadowy option to spend time outside during the day (as well as another sunny place to dry our clothes at the same time). The owner was very friendly and available on the phone at all times in case of need for information of any kind or if something extra was needed and personnel is also very polite and accommodating (thank you, Lola!). We felt like at home, we had a great time and all that at a very reasonable price! To be recommended!

We liked everything. Late birds should note, however, that this is a residential area. That means quiet evenings as there are no bars, clubs etc around, as well as that life begins at a normal hour in the mornings when people go to work etc. ´ Party animals ´ should therefore consider that, although nightlife at Chios port is easily accessible on foot, normal noise from the outside world in the morning might reach their bedroom earlier than they wish :-)
