I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay with a touch of sparkle and superb hospitality. Also the hotel's location couldn't have been more perfect. Situated in a central position directly on the port of Chios, the view were wonderful, offering a captivating panorama of the port and its bustling activity. Being in the heart of it all made exploring the city incredibly convenient, with numerous attractions, dining options, and entertainment within easy reach.

The rooms were not just lovely but also exquisitely designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and space that made our stay truly special, loved the loft room. Additionally, the location is excellent, conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

The aircon is not sufficient for the loft rooms, really needs two or to be placed above the bed. There is no breakfast. We knew this, but would give ten stars if they had it.

We were lucky that during our check-in we encountered Costa, who was also the manager of the facility. He helped us a lot in discovering the Chios Island with his best recommendations. Even though it was a very early check-in, our room was prepared and all set. The location is great. The facility does not have breakfast.

Location, towels and cleanliness.

If you choose room with breakfast, there is no restaurant in hotel. They bring you packed breakfast and you can eat in the room. Because of location is very central it is better to not buy a room with breakfast.

Very convenient and close to everything that you need at night. We loved the location and everyone was nice. Parking is very easy to find.

The only downfall was that our balcony was a shared balcony. I didn’t know when I booked….it would be nice if they would inform you-shades always had to be closed because they could see right in our room and no safe which also was a bummer.

I liked the location, view from the room, and attentiveness of the hotel staff.

Pillow was too high for me and I preferred selection of lower pillow. The toilet door did not close completely and stressful. The hotel owner said he will fix the door on the day so this should not be issue for future guests. :-)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Costa Point Hotel in Chios and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. In fact, they even helped me find a reasonably priced car rental for my adventures around the island, which was a huge plus! Overall, I highly recommend Costa Point Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Chios. While I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't try it, I can say that the hotel and its staff exceeded my expectations in every other way.

the location is great, the people working there too.

I was staying in a room with 2 floors (which was really nice actually). Upstairs there was a tiny tiny desk, but I would have preferred to have a table to work on somewhere in the room downstairs. unfortunately the Sofa wasn’t comfortable either. - but overall this wasn’t a problem.

Costa Point Chios is a fantastic hotel in an ideal location. We had a great stay and found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's proximity to local attractions made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it.

We wish there was filter coffee available in the hotel in addition to the instant coffee provided in the room.
