This was a clean, comfortable, basic hotel in a great location. It's on the waterfront and a short walk away from restaurants and the center of town/shopping street, as well as the castle area. There is a lovely bakery just a block away. One of the things I most enjoyed was sitting on my little balcony watching the massive ferries come into the harbor and dock right in front of the hotel!! I found that endlessly fascinating :)

Some people might find a room with a harbor view noisy as the ferries can come in at all hours of the day and night. Also, the restaurant downstairs was sometimes very noisy, and there was a lot of street noise when the ferries were loading/unloading. However, the noise didn't bother me.

The location was very good. It was advantageous to be very close to the ferry pier. It was also very good that they provided a service for car rental. The employees were very attentive.

I didn't like that the room we stayed in didn't have a balcony.

Nearby the port which is very practical when you need to drop your luggage and see the city starting early in the morning. Staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Hotel also helps you find a rental car with a very reasonable price. This becomes my fav place in Chios center.

The location is very central in the town, near all restaurants and shops. If you are travelling by ferry it is just a 2 min walk. The service was great, the room was comfortable and clean. They offer a lot of options for day trips, rental of cars and bikes, which is super helpful.

No lift, stairs to claim. In the early morning very noisy because it is on the harbor and the big ferry’s can be very noisy at early in the morning. Small bathroom in our room at least.

Internet connection weak. Kept dropping in my room had to go sit outside on stairs. Staff very accommodating put me onto a second wifi but still probs with that.

Uncomfortable mattress and pillows , there’s no window shutters so there’s plenty of light after 6:00 am . The bathroom needs renovation.

We stay at the City Point several times every year - we go to Chios to see friends and to get our motorcycle serviced. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. They nearly always give us the same lovely room and they always greet us warmly. It's like our second home on Chios. This time we hired a car from the hotel and it was a very satisfactory car hire experience.

It is in a very good location. The staff was quite helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception until the ship's departure after checking out. The facility was clean.

Hotel is located 1-2 min walk to the port and bars&restaurants. Nice view from balcony Room is equipped with all necessary stuff for cooking. Room is cleaning daily and everything in bathroom is renewed daily.

There was a damp smell coming from toilet, shower drain.
