It's located centraly on the eastern shore of Chois. It's a reasonable distance to all of the beautiful beaches with a variety to choises from those with water sports activities, umbrellas, chairs, food and drinks as well as those that are quite with just umbrella, chairs and restaurants, no water sports and remote quiter where you bring your own umbrella/ chairs. Some beaches are 5 minute walk, others 30 to 40 min Cab/drive. It's within walking distance (2 to 5 min walk) to several tavernas on the water with excellent food and a 15 minute drive/cab ride to the pier or center of Chios where there's a mix of upscale, mid and inexpensive restaurant all with excellent food, bars, dancing and shopping are located. They have a beautiful pool for days you want to not travel and relax. There's parking for all the guests in the hotel for those renting cars. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean and the service is prompt. There are Eastern Orthodox Churches within walking distance. Their complementary breakfast between 7am and 10:30am served a nice variety each day

Spacy and very comfortable room. Available space if you needed to work(had a pc also) Free Coffee in the room, A working fridge!!!! Which was a plus. And a bottle of wine was offered An underground parking which was great to put your car into. Protecting the car from heat and a safe plaCe plus almsot direct access to the room Location was very good. Just 10 mins away from chios and by the sea. Clean pool.

The breakfast was poor. Nothing special. We missed it most of the days. The jacussi buttons were damaged so we had a few issues while taking our bath. Also the drainage was poor. Last but not least, the staff/managing behaviour could be improved. Not particullary friendly.

The hotel has excellent rooms fully equipped with facilities and comfortable beds. The location is also excellent and very near the city of Chios. We also liked very much the spacious underground garage that the facility has, and the garden with the swimming pool.

The breakfast room was very small and as a result at the peak breakfast hour (8-9.30 am) one could not find a table. Also, some facilities needed service (e.g. the safe did not work most probably due to lack of a new battery).

Good location, right on the bus route. Nice beach nearby and great pool. Good continental breakfast.

I wish the double mattress is changed to two separate ones. We are two restless sleepers and every time one moves the other can feel it. The worst part were the sharp ends of the bed and the angular sides. My shins have proof of the damage caused by these corners. A way must be found to cover the sharp corners or have them rounded off.

Staff was always friendly and willing to help out in anyway. Coffee and liquor bar nice to have on the premises. This location is nice as you are centrally located. Parking garage is great as parking along the roads is crazy and difficult to find. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms are very clean and modern for the Greek islands. Nice to have sea right across the street with a beach and option of a pool which was not crowded.

Again unfortunate that breakfast was indicated by booking.com but was not served. Not a deal breaker. Our room had kitchenette with plates, pans and silverware but no utensils for cooking if that is what you were indenting to do. Also pool was very clean when we arrived but as the days passed water was cloudy and cleanliness could have been better. A roll of paper towels in kitchen would be nice. Getting into shower tub had to be done carefully as it was aliitle higher than most so someone elderly would really have to be careful.

Location of the hotel and the distance to the centre was very convenient, there are local taverns and markets around in a walking distance 100-300meter away. Staff was very kindly and helpful, room cleaning was very good, we stayed with my two years old daughter, i did not need to worry about any cleaning issue, daily room cleaning was good enough and neatly done. We did not spend much time in the room: however the sizes of the room and the balcony were big enough to stay comfortably. We will definitely consider to stay here next time as well!

This is our second stay at Pearl Bay Hotel. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the room is serviced every day. It’s the perfect location for our needs, 10 minutes to the main town and you can access a number of picture perfect beaches easily.

Clean apartments, super friendly staff, great location. It was wonderful.

I wasn't happy with the breakfast. It was pretty basic with not many choices. The cold cuts didn't taste good, and everything seemed packaged, not homemade. Also, peeling the hard-boiled eggs was a hassle—it would be great if they were already peeled. Plus, the coffee machine was broken for two out of the three days we were there.

We had a wonderful stay at Pearl Bay this July!! The hotel was always clean and our rooms made up each day. Very friendly staff and always willing to accommodate your requests. I really enjoyed the daily breakfast as well. The pool is beautiful, it was a great way to cool off from the heat. Would highly recommend!

This is my second visit to the hotel and I will definitely think of staying there for the third time too. Location is perfect if you travel with your car (or rent a car from Chios). Rooms are easily liveable for 3 person. Employees are helpful.

I basic kettle (water boiler) would be nice, it is hard to use filter coffee machine for hot water. Exit signs at the door tops are too bright for the night sleep, they should be changed or dimmed down.
