The hotel is almost brand new (2024): beautifully designed and finished, with large bedrooms and fabulous bathrooms; and with very stylish public spaces. Upstairs rooms have spacious glass-fronted balconies; downstairs rooms have luxurious outdoor 'swim-up' sunbeds. Excellent spa, outdoor pool and (quite small but high quality) gym facilities Only 48 rooms/suites made for a very civilised stay and an atmosphere of 5* exclusivity. Car parking was free of charge The hotel staff, from General Manager downwards, were outstandingly helpful, professional and friendly. While the lunch/dinner menu was temporarily limited for operational reasons, the food on offer was excellent. The buffet breakfast offering was very good and varied in detail from day to day.

The location was OK but just a little too far out to allow for easy walking to/from town. Local taxis (unmetered) were responsive and well driven but the fares varied widely: we would recommend agreeing the price before getting in!

The best hotel in the island. Rooms are very big and comfy. We also got a free upgrade so stayed in the ground floor next to the pool. We lost the sun glasses of my sun in the pool and the staff found it. Thanks for this. They have plenty of parking place for your car. The breakfast is very good compared to island standards. Room cleaning service was good but they skipped it one day.

We ate dinner in the restaurant. The person who welcomed us was not nice. He was asking us if we will eat or drink in a way that he was shouting and attacking to us. Probably he didn’t like our physical look. I didn't feel comfortable with my wife and son. This guy then focused on the restaurant part and we sat to cafe part. I paid 119 EUR for the dinner. Other people who served us were ok. The interesting thing: This person was very polite to local people. So I don't recommend dinner option to foreigners.

It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. We prefer it for our honeymoon and it was the right decision. The lady at the reception was really kind, nice and helpful. The room was very clean and large. The personal care products in the room were high-qualified. The breakfast includes variety of delicious and healthy food. The pool and spa was quite relaxing. Also it's near the sea so you can go swimming as well. Loved the whole experience, totally recommended!!!

Location and ammenities

The breakfast could have had more variety for those with intolerances and perhaps offered ala carte. Towels were too small and restricted. Water should be replaced daily considering water from tap is not consumable. Recommendations via concierge regarding local eateries and things to do etc. beaches, restaurants , weather beaches permissible. In room dinning was disappointing based on quality and options. No turn Down service Manual blinds?

Gorgeous facility. We had a spacious suite with a dedicated pool. Though we didn’t use the pool because the weather wasn’t warm enough and the pool wasn’t heated.

The first night and 3rd night, we didn’t have hot water in the shower. The hotel maintenance tried to fix it. Also, we stayed just as they were switching over the central HVAC to cooling for the summer season. That night was freezing in our room without heat, but it was just our bad timing. We suggest going in the heat of summer so that you can enjoy the AC and the pool!

Breakfast is good and location is OK just a little long walking distance to town center if no vehicle available. entrance of the hotel if not very good for unloading/loading activity (we did not see any help to assist at first). Only after we parked behind in the not paved area and had to carry suitcase through dust. It is OK if not raining but if rains, it could be a muddy walking

No place to hang or place towels as in the bathroom. Some type of under sink or side furniture is required to place amenities, personal effects on this furniture. Room felt large but missing proper furniture to place some personal things. It is OK if you are staying an overnight or 2 but for longer stays it may be irritating. As a frequent visitor to Chios, I think EUR 265 / per night rate seems little high compared to Chios island's nightly average.

Brand new facilities, everything spotlessly clean. Excellent location and great pool. Very nice (mosty local) breakfast, superb dining and cocktails. Beyond all these qualities, the hotel's greatest asset is its personell (very professional attitude, genuinely polite approach). Overall, a real gem on the beautiful island of Chios!

EVERYTHING !!! Smiling, cheerful, and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Pleasant atmosphere and uplifting mood. Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Simply delightful.

1) Shuttle service to and from the airport and the port should be provided complimentary, in line with this hotel’s standards. 2) Additionally, the pool ought to remain accessible during the summer months, extending its hours slightly past 19:00

Exceptionally beautiful hotel and facilities. A really picture perfect hotel.

The Aircons only blew hot air, even if you changed the mode to cold, it blew hot. When I called the reception they said that even though there was a control panel in the room it was controlled centrally and it was all set to hot and could not be changed. We ended up sleeping with our sliding door open. As the fan made a noise as well.

Great place to stay! Everything was lovely. We were first given room 302, but the heater wasn’t strong enough — especially important since we had a baby with us. As soon as we brought it up, they switched us to another room right away. Staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit too cold and windy for the pool, but we’ll definitely be back in the summer to enjoy it!
