Reception staff very welcoming and informative. It is an older hotel and needs a makeover but the bed was comfortable and the linen was very clean. The breakfast was included and was very nice with a good selection on offer. We slept well as the street is not noisy and the air con was great :) Thank you for having us

The toilet did not flush properly and the shower is very small and water goes all over the floor. Typical of most Greek bathrooms - why have they not learned to provide better showers?

Hotel very close to the harbour with many food options around. Despite not requesting it the hotel had a room avaiable already shortly past 6 am when my over night ferry arrived, which I did appreciate a lot. Maybe because I stayed there during pre-season but still exceptionally nice.

The employees are friendly and very interested. They allowed us to enter our room early, thank you again for that. The location of the hotel is great... In the city center and within walking distance to everywhere.. Breakfast was nice. The beds were very comfortable... It was a very enjoyable stay, thank you.

Location is good. The room was clean. Hotel is old but it is ok when you consider price. Breakfast is acceptable. So I can prefer hotel again because of price/efficiency ratio. You can choose expensive hotel instead of complaining.

Bed could be softer but it is ok.

It is well located, has a lot of restaurants and the port is in walking distance. The room is dated, but clean and big and has a fridge to keep some beverages or sandwiches cold. The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options.

Very central location. Room was decent. Breakfast was ok, but it was nice that you could take it in the rooftop (nothing fancy).

Quite worn down, it obviously used to be in a much better condition decades ago but not anymore.

Really good central location especially if you're willing to visit during winter.

Sound isolation of the room was a little poor, we could hear people talk next room, still not that big of a problem for me.

Perfect location right near the port. There's a bus stop that's about an 8ish minute from the hotel and a bunch of restaurants/bars along the marina strip. It's in a busy area but I didn't find it noisy. The breakfast was simple but great, and the rooftop area where you could eat and drink coffee in the morning was a perfect way to start the day!

Only complaint that I had is the mosquitos! But that's no fault of the hotel - that's just Chios! Make sure you bring bug spray or something to keep them away.

The breakfast being served in the terrace was lovely, althought the terrace itself could do with a bit of renovation.

The 80-ies retro style is a bit dated.

Perfect location, kindly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and tidy rooms. Price/performance is the Best. Second time we stayed this Hotel. İt satisfied us both time.

There is a noise at the evening because of the position of the Hotel.
