Erytha hotel is situated 10 minutes walk to the center of Karfas where you will find few restaurants, shops and bars. We rented a car so we could visit sites of interest and enjoy some very beautiful beaches around the island. They have an extra parking near by hotel, so parking wasn't an issue. Our room was a deluxe room in the new wing of hotel and was very comfortable with a nice view of the sea. The AC was working well, the size was good and beds ok. The bathroom was clean, the shower could use an extra closing door, so water wouldn't spill on the floor, but we manage as it was. The beach and pools were very nice, quite, clean and with easy access. We tried twice the restaurant and food was good.

Breakfast was just ok, except for delicious loukamades, coffee not very good. Some times we had hard time to find towels to use for pool or beach, they could definitely be more organize on this front. Wi-Fi was bad.

The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind. Especially reception and bar staff. The beach is located right on the pool which is really beautiful and practical. We really loved our balcony and sea view at night. The location is close to karfas beach which is lovely at night time. Overall, the hotel is a really relaxing place and we would stay again.

The breakfast had good options although we found the break with no food option available between 10.30am-1pm challenging as the children became hungry. We also found the pool opened very late which is not practical for children. We had trouble with our AC in the room but it was cleaned everyday and provided with shower condiments and towels. Theres no entertainment or music on the main pool which made the atmosphere slightly flat.

Hotel is divided into various blocks All the staff were excellent, professional and very helpful. Rooms are quite spacious with beautiful breath taking seaview and pool view. Breakfast was ok. There are 2 outdoor pools very clean with enough sun loungers. Pool bar and restaurant have a variety of food and drinks. Small sandy beach with sunbeds available at no cost. Bus stop right outside the hotel entrance and bus timetable with routes available at the hotel reception.

Boring. No hotel events. Nothing closeby to the hotel. Few shops that were near have closed down, so you had to walk around 20m to get to a restaurant where there were 2-3 restaurants a cafe a souveneir shop. This was where the main karfas beach was and it was nice there. Any where else you need a bus or taxi to get around.

Rooms smell cleanliness. Love this! Everyting is always very well organized. I have never called '0' that is "key" for me to spark the rating level. Breakfast was delicious.. This summer session was planned as our second time in Erytha H. Personel is really lovely, you feel you worth to have good time here! Thank you, and please keep it in this way. Beach & sea was very good - especially for children- pools are as well.

..just quantity of umbrellas etc. may better to be increased..

The pools were beautiful. The bar at the pool had a magnificent view and the hotel has its own little beach if you want to have a dip in the sea. We had a great view from our room of the sea and we were located near Karfas beach that had sea beds and tavernas .

My room needed an upgraded hair dryer but I noticed my daughter’s room had a better one so they may be upgrading them already. I also think they need a bit of training in the bar on cocktails.

Almost everything was perfect! We needed baby cradle, they provided. The hotel itself is stroller-friendly, we were able to reach everywhere without any help/problems. The staff is helpful, everyone spoke English, and willing to help. The breakfast was also great, there was plenty of options, 3 types of eggs, bacons, fruits, orange juice, ping grapefruit juice, cappuccino, americano, espresso. The restaurant was also great, the food was delicious and the portions were more than enough for 1 person. And if you can learn the bus schedules, you dont need taxis (bus ticket is 2, taxis are 12-15 euros)

Our view was excellent. Room was big, bathroom was clean and breakfast was really good. Facility is, in general, a nice facility and we'd like to stay there during our next visit to Chios. Hotel has a very nice beach. Due to season we could not swim but enjoyed the beach anyhow. In addition, Mr Giannis and other members of the hotel were so helpful. We specially wish to thank them so much.

Public transportation to Karfas was extremely poor due to season. But this is NOT hotel's mistake. On the contrary, hotel did help us to ease our transportation.

This was our second stay at this hotel and the room's location and the staff's attentiveness exceeded even the previous round. The hotel's own beach is a little gem with sand dunes in the sea and they do their best to keep it clean despite extremely messy guests.

I think the staff can be a little tough on guests who violate all rules of civility around the beach and on the poolside and maybe charge penalties for scattering cigarette butts and used diapers around, for not showering before the use of the pool and take diving equipment into such a tiny pool.

Karfas was very nice location to stay with your family. Hotel is in the center of the village with own pools and beach. The breakfast was very nice with a lots of choices.

The beds are not that comfortable we got double bed but they actually two single beds joined together. Also the noise cancellation was not that good as we also had a family next door with small children we couldnt able to sleep one night.

The hotel was nice, very close to the sea, and the sea view from the room was amazing. The pool was clean as well. They provide towels for the pool and beach. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was satisfying; we had it at the hotel for one night. The seafood was cooked excellently by the chef and everything was very delicious. The prices were also reasonable. We were pleased with our stay.

There are no serious issues; any minor problems were quickly resolved.
