The hotel is just 2 min to the beautiful Karfas beach. We booked the room with a small kitchen and the room was large enough to host 3 people. The breakfast was rich and acceptable. The personnel was very kind and helpful all the time.

The room was located next to the pool and it was noisy time to time. We recommend the management to screen the windows to prevent from insects, bugs etc. The breakfast options were rich but tastier products can be chosen to improve the buffet.

The location, breakfast and the pool was a delight. Also being able to stay away from other rooms was nice in the sense of silence. And if you have a car being able to park in the basement under a shadowed/cool place is priceless in this hot weather

A little renovation might be nice, also some amenities were missing in our room, compared to what was advertised. We didnt need them so it wasn’t a problem for us.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, especially 'mikri' Angeliki at reception who went above and beyond providing information about things to do and where to eat. Ευχαριστούμε!

Some of the facilities, like the restaurant, were not open during our stay.

Staff was very welcoming and very helpful in answering our questions. The view was spectacular! Loved staying so close to such a beautiful beach.

Perhaps some updates on bathroom shower. Other than that it was perfect

The room was enormous and had good airconditioning. The balcony was large and contained clothes airer. The WiFi connection was perfect as there was an access point in the room. The hotel has free underground parking, which is an excellent service especially for summer. One remark: Not every room in the hotel is handicapped accessible, so be sure to inform the hotel in advance if you have such a need.

The faucets in the bathroom was rusty. There were too many steps to reach the room. It was very tiring to climb these steps and carry suitcases in the heat of summer.

Our room view was spurb. Center of Karfas. Room was clean and taken daily care of. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

During our stay, there was a local celebration, which may explain why the pool area wasn’t as perfect clean as usual.

The breakfast is delicious and filling. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even helped us make restaurant reservations for the evening. It's quiet and peaceful, a good place to relax.

The Wi-Fi signal is poor in the rooms.

The sea is only 1 minutes by walk. family friendly . This is my fourth visit to Chios, and this is the most beautiful, family friendly hotel. the breakfast is fantastic. staff is helpfull. rooms are very wide, even you can cook if you want in the room. very near to sea and food places.

The only thing is you have to walk somehow uphill for 1 minutes.

Beautiful resort next to Karfas beach (2 min. walk). Spacious, comfortable room, large balcony, daily cleaning, rich breakfast, parking underneath the studios of each building, small swimming pool. 

The swimming pool needed to be cleaner and most important, the Wi-Fi was not functioning properly.

Breakfast was outstanding. Staff really great

Lack of room facilities such as coffee and tea. Machines available but only 2 coffee pods for 5 days and no tea bags. Showers a bit small, no soap in the shower dispenser
