The room on the ground floor is light and airy. The shutter keeps the space cool in the day. Bed linen is fresh and presented attractively. All fittings and furnishings are good. With the additional bonus of a fridge, pots and pans, crockery and a hot plate. There is an air conditioner. The bathroom is also very lovely. This is a return visit for me and I really like coming to stay. It’s a property that is like a family estate. It is quiet and green. The garden is pretty. I can walk to two beaches, shops, cafes, ATM etc.

Maria is truly the best… the appartment and the quiet location as well;-). Chios is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled Islands I have visited in Greece and I was, after a day exploring the island, so happy to go back to Maria Rooms/‘my home’ (as it really felt like that) every day. Maria is the one who gives you that feeling. She truly is the most patient, professional and kind person I’ve met. The appartment is spacious, bed is comfortable, WiFi perfect and the kitchen well enough equipped to prepare a diner. I take the nicest memory with me back to Holland. Thank you so much Maria!

Maria must be one of the best hosts! Very welcoming, flexible and responsive. We had a very last minute booking and yet she stretched her schedule and went out of her way as I came for a surprise visit for my dad’s birthday. Our studio was perfectly sized, has great amenities, with a great balcony offering a wonderful sea view! Beach was couple of metres away from us! We were staying only two nights and yet our room was refreshed and new towels were provided. The location is an ideal distance to airport, ferry port, Karfas, Pyrgi and other great locations on the island. I really recommend this place and certainly the host. A very warm thank you to Maria again!

The location of the hotel was easy to find and reach. It was close to bus stops, the main road and the Bahari restaurant. The sea view and nature were so relaxing and amazing. The hotel was so quiet that we could hear the buzzing of the bees. When we first entered the room, we were impressed by its simple decoration and cleanliness. Air conditioning, mini fridge, TV, electric cooker, kettle and hood worked perfectly. The internet was good enough for video chats, and playing online games in the room. The bathroom has a small shower and toilet but plenty of shampoos, toilet paper, towels and soap. The bathroom window had a mosquito net so we could leave it open for fresh air. The wardrobe was enough for two people's clothes. It had a lot of hangers on it. There were also extra blankets. Although it was a suite with a balcony, there were chairs and a table in the room. There is lots of light in the room and the blinds on the balcony block out the morning sun, helping you sleep comfortably. The bed creaked a little but was a generous size, soft and very comfortable. The room was secure, the locks worked perfectly, and a large fire extinguisher was in front of the stove. We felt at home and the owner's hospitality was beyond genuine. They are very helpful, kind, hardworking and warm people. We've already planned our next trip with our mothers to the same place.

The shower and toilet were small for my (plus) size but were clean and worked well. Some of the utensils were missing like a fork and knife when we asked for them Maria brought them in two minutes. They weren't an issue at all.

Maria is the best host we have ever had so far. I don't think we will have a better one. She is kind, energetic and helpful. She made us feel like we are at our own home. The room was clean, it was big enough, it had everything we need, the view was amazing, it was close to the port (by motorbike,10 min.) Maria gave us valuable suggestions about where to go, what to do, she even helped us solve some vacation crises. All in all, everything was perfectly Okey.

This place is the real feel of living on an island without tourists and noise. You have a little harbor 5 restaurants stretched within a mile and most important a little market with prices and one lady that speaks english and also sells bus tickets 10cents cheaper.

Cant think of anything with the view of turkey cosme or izmir out my window. Who's complaining? Oh oh ask the lady at market which bus to go the long way into city center. That way you can go inside the island and see more real chios before you hit the tourist trap.

Maria is a great host and a wonderful human. She did her best to make our stay comfortable. Everytime we come to Chios, we prefer this hotel. Also the rooms are clean and scenery is amazing, the balconies are great. Surrounding is peaceful and very quite.

Maria is a pure soul, so nice, she picked up us at the airport the night we arrived. Our studio was spotlessly clean, all facilities worked. The location of the accommodation was good, but you have to have car. Without car it will be hard to go to the even nearest beach. Big hug to Maria.

This was our honeymoon. Maria and her mother helped us a lot with everything. The room was always cleaned. The view from our balcony was very nice. We felt like at home. If we come here again, we want to stay at Maria again. Thank you very much for everything Maria and her mother!
