This immaculate hotel has a beautiful pool and overlooks the Med, with the beach just to the left as you look out. The staff are plentiful, and are perfectly attentive without being intrusive. Rooms were very large and well designed. Perfect to relax or as a base to explore the Island. Beautiful and quiet (no loud music from evening events) and good for children and couples.

We had lovely rooms, but I'd be careful not to get the ones overlooking the parking lot. A tree to give the pool a little mid-day shade in places would be ideal.

First and for most I have to share my extremely positive experience with the staff, amazing people always friendly and willing to help us with our baby. The view from the pool is amazing and the room are big enough with nice view.

to be honest nothing that we did not like. Maybe the breakfast could have a few more options but other than that we had great time there!

Our room was large, clean and comfortable with a beautiful sea view balcony. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and so helpful in making sure we were able to take in all the sights that Chios island had to offer, including making dinner reservations for us. The pool was nice for breakfast and the pool bar was lovely in the evening, especially the Chios mastitha cocktails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location at Karfas Bay - close to airport, port, beach and city. Breakfast was included and great way to start the day.

Reception staff not educated on typical tourist questions. Eg where does the bus stop and first time to the island what do you recommend? Other hotels had great suggestions here they just gave us a pamphlet for very expensive tours.

Hotel was very clean, the workers were smiling and very kind. the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Comfortable and clean rooms, location near Karfas beach just 5 minutes walk. I suggest this hotel and hope to return. Thank you very much for everything. I had a fantastic holiday with family.

I could not be happier with the stuff, super friendly people who made us feel comfortable all the time. It is worth mentioning that we forgot a valuable item in the hotel and they informed us immediately :) Very convenient place for a family, the swimming pool is really nice and the apartments quite spacious!

Nothing that I could really think of!

They were really good hosts. Breakfast was excellent. We fell really welcomed. They even let us keep the room during the check-out day because the Hotel was quiet that day. Room was fantastic really big with a living room, two balconies, bedroom and kitchen. View was full and panoramic to the Agean sea. It is 10-15 minutes away from Port and maybe 5-10 minutes from airport. There were nice places to eat close by. There is a beach in walking distance.

Everyhting was perfect and up to our exceptations and they even exceed our exceptations.

Wonderful hotel - highly recommended. Located a walking distance from the beach and Tavernas. Excellent hospitality by very attentive staff. Very good breakfast - variety of local foods. Big rooms: living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining space. We asked and received a coffee machine. Nice and capacious bedroom, 2 balconies, very good air-conditioning! Nice swimming pool and poolside bar.

There's nothing not to like!

Excellent place to stay in Karfas. The personel and the manager are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good quality. My room-apartment was very big. Exceptional unique cocktails from Katerina the lovely smiley lady at the Bar.

Location excellent, breakfast very good - but beans would be nice with breakfast
