The Hotel is a GEM in the beautiful town of Chios. The breakfasts were sumptuous with a variety of fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, and bakery specialties. Both breakfast and the delicious Dinners were served in a lovely dining room with views to the harbor. The staff were personable, helpful, and made every effort to make our visit so pleasant. The location was within walking distance of cafes, shops, restaurants, and historic sites. Plus, it's only about a 10 minute drive from the Airport.

Absolutely nothing!!

The one thing that impressed me the most was the politeness and hospitality of the people working at the hotel, their work ethic, their excellent communication skills. The location of the hotel was convenient all rooms (regardless of position or elevation) enjoyed a good view of the sea. My room was very clean and the bed very comfy and large. The bathroom was a bit small, but all in all very satisfactory.

Location was great, parking was excellent for our rental car. Location was convenient to our day trips around the island. We felt comfortable and secure during our stay. Breakfast was very good. We had a quiet and relaxing stay.

Staff was helpful and polite. Minimal staff. No assistance with luggage to or from room - self service. Huge restaurant at the hotel that was empty every night we were there.

Everything is perfect.

Chios Chandris is centrally located in the port of Chios and we have also received a room overlooking the port which was really nice. The room including the bed were comfortable and the staff very polite and helpful. The food at dinner was very tasty!

I think it was a bit overpriced considering that we visited the island off season. Also, the room could have been warmer as once we increased the fan there was a weird noise coming in. I would also expect a better variety in the breakfast. WiFi had some issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay though!

Location was fab-I arrived in the dark, left the balcony door open hearing the sea lapping on the coast, to waking with the most fabulous view of the sea in front of me. I sat on the balcony watching the ships at night. Located next to restaurants and the port. The staff were lovely.

The view from our 5th floor balcony overlooking the harbour and entire seafront was stunning. The swimming pool was just the right temperature and there was also an on call lifeguard at all times - handy if you have small children. The sunbeds, however, were very uncomfortable with no mattresses provided.

Unfortunately, all of the above was spoilt by the cold and spartan cooked breakfast. The bacon was also cold and the fried eggs only warm if you waited until the dish was replenished. The rest was adequate. The restaurant was rarely open evenings so do not book half board.

Eleni was most helpful and am grateful for the Sea View room! Bed very clean and comfortable. Beautiful balcony, everything I needed was available. Wish I could have stayed a second night! I would most definitely STAY HERE AGAIN. Great staff. Especially at the front desk.

More air conditioning in the main areas such as lobby and restaurant would be nice. The walls in the bathroom are paper thin. In the morning someone was showering and it sounded like they were in my bathroom, flushing the toilet in my bathroom, etc. A fan for the bathroom after shower is needed to let out steam, and the carpets in hallways need changing (on 1st floor at least.) But it’s ok for a short stay and wasn’t really a big problem. Pool is covered by a net in the evening so if you have a late check-in, you won’t be able to swim until the next day.

Almost everything. The location was perfect, rooms, baths were clean & renovated, staff was friendly and the breakfast was quite sufficient for a non-morning family.

By judging from their appearance, I think the owners of the hotel are also working at front desk and restaurant areas. I suggest that they should smile more :-) I know tourism sector can be real frustrating sometimes but hiring professionals with this respect may transfer such burdens to people who are paid. Also, the night audit at the front desk should be deployed at another department where does not require any communication. We're unfortunately did not hear any welcoming word nor see a friendly attitude ... I know it was 4:30 am in the morning but it was not our preference to show up that much early but forced to disembark from Piraeus ferry at that time.

The staff was SO accommodating. We really appreciated their efforts to make sure the stay meet our expectations. The port view - I mean you don't get much better than that. Beds were great (although pull out beds a bit old). Breakfast yummy and showers worked well.

The pull out bed from the couch needs a renewal..
