We loved Everything it was beautiful

The girl at breakfast (who took Room numbers) was a bit rude with what I wore and it was a bikini with a skirt and a top over it. She looked me up and down, made me feel so uncomfortable also she said it Infront of other families which was embarrassing.

We stayed in a bungalow with shared pool which was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Breakfast is excellent with a very good selection of cold and hot food. Our room was very clean and the beds very comfortable.

Before we were able to check in we hoped to use the pool and gardens however for the size of the hotel there are not enough sun loungers available and people were reserving them from 8am

Breakfast had great variety, the personnel were helpful and friendly, the sea view of the hotel was awesome.

I had two different reservations due to the billing requirements of my company and although I mentioned this at the check-in, I was asked to change rooms for my second reservation (which was only for a night). The new room was exactly the same as my previous one. I find it super odd that in a five-star hotel during the off-season with several rooms available, it can't be arranged to stay in a single room...

Breakfast, pool, beach and location

The room prices are poorly graded. For regular rooms there are 3 grades depending only on the floor level. The top floors 5, 6 and 7 are the most expensive and claim to have the best views. I paid booking.com rates for top floor rooms, I was assigned rooms on the 5th floor and at the extreme end of the building which had limited view due to large trees in front of the window. I have been there before and had a room in the middle of the the 7th where the view was fabulous and yet paid the same price. Also friends booked through a different agency, paid considerable less than me and was assigned a room in the middle of the 7th floor, booking.com needs to negotiate better rates.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff pleasant and responsive. Locale is perfect. Decor and layout of the hotel is very tasteful. These is a palatial feel to the lobby and adjacent spaces. Landscaping is likewise beautiful. The panoramas of the sea looking south to Athens and east to Epirus are as beautiful as they are inspiring.

Beach needs a serious face-lift. It is cluttered, a bit dirty, and not very inviting. There was at times an odor of sewage, especially in the lower levels of the hotel and at times in the outdoors. There are signs of incipient infrastructure dilapidation. The air-conditioning filter in our room was very dirty and behind the unit dust and dirt was caked on the wall. I was surprised given the reputation of the hotel. On the positive side, maintenance personnel took care of the issue immediately once they were advised of the situation.

This is a lovely hotel with amazing views, I would definitely recommend getting a pool view room as you also get a great view of the sea. The room was spacious and clean and has great air conditioning! The hotel is in a great location with a bus stop right outside which made it easy to get in and out of town. It is quite close to the airport and it’s cool to see the airplanes taking off and landing whilst sitting at the pool. The monastery and mouse island are right next to the hotel beach (you take a lift down to the beach) and are definitely worth looking at, the boat to mouse island is only €2.50 return. It is also well worth going to Sky View restaurant just 2 min walk from the hotel as you get an amazing view of the sunset and the plane runway.

The only downside was the pool area was very dirty. It is a lovely salt water pool with comfortable sun loungers but unfortunately the pool is full of leaves and pine needles from the trees surrounding and they don’t clean the sun loungers or side tables at all.. they were covered in bird droppings and sun cream and sweat. If they had cleaned this area it would have been 10/10.

This place is fantastic. It has been newly renovated and tastefully decorated. The charming cottages are secluded and tranquil. However, the beach and restaurants are only 10 minutes away by scooter or car. The host, Daisy, was very nice and accommodating. A bottle of chilled Rose wine was waiting in the fridge, along with plenty of Nespresso coffee capsules and a fruit basket for the following day. How about that for a welcoming greeting! It was an absolute pleasure to stay at your beautiful retreat. Thank you very much, Daisy!

The Buffet Breakfast choice & quality was the best ever. Good wide time range to have breakfast. The bar & nights entertainment was very good with class singers - modern songs some retro. Beautiful balcony area to sit out on. Lovely lounge area as well. We had some issues with our room which were promptly sorted out by Constantina (Customer Services) with a lovely good will gesture, she checked in on us to ensure everything was good. All in All, fabulous hotel, fabulous staff. Friendly and professional

There was no help for us with our luggage on checking in. Very difficult to get to the bungalows if you have heavy luggage. Up steps and down steps.

Extremely nice staff and helpful. The hotel was absolutely perfect and we had a nice view over the Corfu airport where we saw airplanes start and land. The hotel was unique and an amusing stay with good food. thank you

if I had to complain is that there was not a lot of options for vegetarians or meat alternatives for Muslims.

Room was lovely we had a little garden very special better with no wasps but great privacy. Room was lovely, comfortable beds, air conditioner tricky to work and shuts off so took time to cool room especially at night. Bath was a bonus, robes would have been nice especially with the SPA use too. Breakfast exceptional, View was very nice pool and the sea, I did not use the lift but the steps were fine to the beach, the beach has nice bar and food and ice cream and beds (free) and water lovely and warm. Pool area brilliant for all. The spa massage was amazing highly recommend back and neck, great treat, indoor pool and gym. The driver service to and from corfu town was a bonus we did not expect and cheaper than local cab, including taxi to airport
